Great location, friendly staff, really good value for money. Lovely views from the balcony. My room had a fridge.

Could’ve been a little bit cleaner. There was a lot of dust and other bits and pieces under the bed. There was a cotton bud on the floor in the bathroom

We have just spent an amazing 10 nights at Mia casa we had room 407 which is on the top floor and is a suite overlooking the sea . The room was cleaned every day and the cleaners were so lovely and friendly. The pool area is well maintained and all the communal areas are kept well . The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of of choice. We are looking forward to coming back and trying the new restaurant . The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the breakfast and bar staff. The location is superb and at the quieter end of the promenade . We will definitely be back

The internet is being upgraded and we could use the WiFi everywhere apart from our room but this was also not a problem

The hotel room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping department provided top-notch service. The room itself was cozy, featuring a large balcony glass door that offered a direct seaside view right from the bed — truly a highlight. The bed was of excellent quality and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Amenities included a small fridge, a compact table with a large mirror (something many guests, especially women, will appreciate), and most importantly, a functional AC — an absolute necessity during the late June heat. We booked a room with a sea view, and it was absolutely worth it. Watching the stunning sunsets every evening was priceless. The included breakfasts were another big plus, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the pool area, which had very comfortable sunbeds, along with convenient poolside showers and restrooms. The hotel’s location is a perfect 10/10 — right on the beach, with the promenade just below. Despite its central location, it was surprisingly quiet at night. There’s a bus stop less than 100 meters away, and grocery stores and other essentials are all close by. Lastly, the staff were kind and very helpful throughout our stay. We’re definitely considering coming back to this hotel in the future!

We generally prefer more spacious bathrooms, and the one we had was a bit on the smaller side. That said, it was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the fully refilled bottles of shampoo and shower gel — a lovely touch. The only other minor issue was with the TV. It appeared to have Netflix, but it didn’t work during our stay. To be fair, we didn’t report the issue to the staff, who we’re sure would have been more than happy to assist.

Location is amazing, hotel is literally one second away from the beach and you don't have to cross any roads to get there, which is great. Bus stop is 5 min walk and will take you to the city center Pool is small but clean and feels very private Room looks just like in pictures, we found a good hairdryer in the room You can see mountains and sea from your balcony, sunsets are stunning And 2 cutest dogs hang around the restaurant - loved them!

Room could use a bit more cleaning. We could use more sockets for sure. I would also make more meal variations for breakfast. Good for couple of days, but for 7+ day vacation - it can get boring

Centrally located and beachfront, new and clean, great breakfasts, staff friendly and very helpful! Near good restaurants, hammam. Bus stop to archeological Amyntas closeby, taxis also. They provided a conference room when I needed to work online. I will come back.

Internet in upper floor rooms is a bit spotty, as new facility, but first floor, restaurant, conference room and pool area always had internet.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful its in an ideal position for the water taxi and bus stops as well as exploring Calis. The breakfast was a traditional Turkish buffet, and there was plenty of choice. We had a side room, so we had a view of the sea and boats. with a lovely little balcony to sit on. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge with the bonus of a TV with Netflix.. The room had really good air conditioning, and they have now added a lift.

Although the shower was good and there was plenty of hot water so only a slight personal thing for me was that it didn't have a window or extractor fan.

Great location,central to everything. The room was very clean and no mould or bad smell in the bathroom. The little toiletries and tea tray is a nice touch. A fridge in the room that works is also a huge plus.The air con is a lifesaver when it is incredibly hot outside. Finally, I must mention Mehmet the receptionist who was very helpful and kind and will help you with anything. He speaks very good English as well

Fantastic location right next to the beach. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great view of the sea and mountains from the balcony (3rd floor facing the pool). Breakfast was simple but nice. Several dogs, including the owners, patrol that part of the beach and provide great company (they’re very friendly, calm and don’t beg for food - they just seem to enjoy the company which is lovely).

The wardrobe needs fixing - it was not fixed to the wall and so was quite wobbly - a minor issue though and not a problem for us.

The hotel is almost on the beach ! Beautiful. Breakfast included, European but with plenty fruit bread and cereal plus local dips. Near lots and lots of restaurants and places to drink/coffee/alcohol etc. Double room comfortable and newly furnished. Pool perfect size. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lots to do and excursions at very competitive prices. Nothing negative at all ! We will be back very soon !!!!!!!

Good hotel in a great location. Calis Plaji it's a beach, location with a great view, restaurants, bars and shops. Water taxis station is 5 minutes walk from this hotel and also a bus stop, easy to get to Fethiye. Breakfast was included, and it was good, we enjoyed it every morning

About cleaning the room. We've stayed one week, the room was cleaned twice, but without changing the bedsheets, and both times they took the towels without leaving the new ones. So we had to ask for new towels, shampoo, toilet paper...
