The apartment is big with all the furniture and appliances in good condition ,in special the beds and sofa in the lounge high quality.it is situated in a very quiet area close to the beach ,has a massive pool and a big garden with lots of flowers ,smelling like heaven.the host was very helpful.

In my opinion a bar will be excellent near the pool .

The best thing about this trip that literally made this whole holiday perfect was the cars and kitties around the hotel. I have a cat at home so being around these cats made me feel at home. I defo created a bond with the cats there so If you love cats then this will defo be the place to stay at they were all so sweet and knowing i was able to feed them and take care of them on my stay was amazing. I miss them already!! The apartment was clean and spacious loads of space the wifi worked great the beach was about 7/8 min walk where we booked our excursions

There wasn’t anything that we could think of negative about this apartment. I was just really sad to leave the cats behind but I hope the hotel staff and everyone else who stays here will lool after them also

The apartment was great location wise. It had everything needed, including laundry facilities. 10 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants etc. Ideal location for some lovely walks. Staff friendly all in all can't fault it. Will definitely stay again 🌞

Maybe you could do with an information folder for things like the washer, dish washer boiler, etc. (in Turkish on the machines) Also info on the closest supermarket etc.

Clean and well equipped apartment close to dolmuş and the Çalış beach which is really long and has a nice walk along it with restaurants, shops, bars etc. The hotel is in a very calm area and only five minutes from Macrocenter, a bit pricier supermarket. Migros is 10 minutes away and cheaper. You can go to Öludeniz with dolmuş from here if you switch at the otogar (bus station). Bring your own umbrella and blanket to save €€€. It will take around 45 minutes to an hour to go to Öludeniz. The staff is super nice and helpful. We took a daytime boat trip as well which I highly recommend.

Beds are a bit hard and sound proofing could be better. But not a big issue for us. A bigger sallad bowl would've been nice as well.

The best thing about Yasam Park is, first and foremost, Tolga, the customer relations manager, who speaks good English and went above and beyond his job description to make our stay enjoyable, from resolving any issues we had as quickly as possible, to helping us navigate public transport, to finding the best things to do in Fethiye, to assisting us when we needed to ask something in Turkish and much more. The apartments are quite spacious and very well equipped. The management have paid great attention to detail with a good range of kitchenware, good quality pots and pans (including non-stick and stainless steel), dish rack, laundry drying rack, washing machine, hair dryer and iron. There was not anything we needed that was not already in the apartment. They even provided toilet paper, washing up liquid, a sponge, cloth and dishwasher tablets, unlike many other self catering apartments which expect you to provide these kinds of items. The beds are firm but comfortable and there is plenty of storage. Wifi is also fast, reliable and easy to use. We did not use the pool but we saw it was well maintained during our stay. There were also plenty of sunbeds / loungers, as well as umbrellas and tables to chill around the pool. The location is also brilliant with a friendly, high quality supermarket that stocks a lot of organic products and has its own butcher, fishmonger and bakery counter just a few minutes walk away. The beach is just a 7 minute walk with plenty of attractive places to eat and the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes walk with buses going straight into town for only 50p each way.

There was very little to complain about save a few things outside of the management's control. On a couple of days there were people working nearby which made those particular days quite noisy. Some may also dislike the cats that live on the property but that was a bonus for me. Cats and dogs wandering around the streets is a common sight all over Fethiye and it seemed more a testament to the kindness of the people that they all seem healthy and cared for. We were even lucky enough to be there when one cat had kittens and we got to see them grow. There were not many English channels on the TV - but we were here to enjoy the sun, sea and sand - not be indoors glued to the TV!

Everything. Tolga at reception checked with us about 24 hours before our arrival time. We couldn't quite make it but he told us that reception is not available in late evening but just give 20 mins notice. We have that and he was ready to check us in and show the apartment. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Very spacious with view to the pool, Comfortable beds etc. It is just a few min walk to beach and super market. There was also a cat and new born kitten which my kids wanted to visit and staff and other tenants took care. Also, even though it was an apartment complex, it was pretty quiet.

None that I can think of.

Very clean and comfortable property. Spacious room with a nice Mountain View from the balcony. Very nice swimming pool too. Staff were also very friendly and pleasant.

Other customers at the property were complaining about us playing music (not so loudly) at 11am and 6pm. the property itself plays music which you can hear from the top floor, but nobody complained about that. Other customers staying at the property were very moody and not pleasant, literal vibe killers. In a nutshell if you stay here, you can’t breathe, fart, or laugh too loudly without someone complaint about noise.

The staff were really helpful and very friendly. The apartment was modern and very clean and everything you needed was available. The location was under 10 minutes walk from the seafront and restaurants. It was also easy to catch a Dolmus from the main road to take you to Fethiye, and from there you can go practically wherever you want.

The ceiling of our apartment was the eaves of the building, this was a bit problematic for us as we are all tall, but not a huge issue. The space around the pool was sufficient but there were not very many sunbeds available, this didn’t really affect us as we didn’t use the pool much as we were out and about.

Friendly staff, clean, walking distance from the beach and supermarket close by. It looks exactly as on the pictures - no bad surprises.

Well equipped with great aircon in the middle of summer. The pool was crystal clear and amazing after a day away.

It is a def family location, but at times, having 10 small kids in the pool and screaming turned us away to the appartement. No issues with the kids, but management could have come out now and then to hush everyone, ito mindfulness towards other guests.
