The location is very good with nice sea view from the balcony, there were restaurants just down the hotel. Sea waves sound was soothing for the ears, the room was sound proof enough. Staff were friendly, especially the kitchen staff was very kind and helpful. Parking is very good. They don't have lift if you have many luggage's like us then you should carry it

Bathroom was not up to expectation, the toilet seat was loosely fitted and flimsy and there was a bad smell which was coming out of the bathroom as soon as we entered the room, they should have opened the windows for ventilation

The Location was fantastic a highlight and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Right next to the beach and the sunset from the balcony was just amazing! The bathroom was nice and the room was tidy.

It would be good to see mattress protectors on the beds. Flies at breakfast so may be good to cover it as its a buffet style, although this is a minor thing. Beds upgraded to more comfortable mattresses

Staff very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Friendly and respectful. Location is on the beach, we had a sea view room on the side of the hotel and you can hesr the sea at night abd during the day from the balcony. swimming pool and sun beds at the back of the hotel, quiet and pick and choose when you want it. Nobody reserving anything. Food and restaurant all local and in the hotel with the menu on display. Shuttle bus public service is on the main road and taxi base is 1 minute to the left if you are facing the beach. The Bus is called Calis on the front of it, it travels up and down all day. There is plenty of shops and supermarkets locally on the strip. ATM on the front to the left next door . Overall it was a nice stay and I would come back again 100 percent.

Television wouldn't work but it was a minor problem. Not a big issue, signal was bad or the card wasn't working. Public beach at the front but you have to pay for the service sunbeds and umbrella every day or just sit on the beach without a sunbed for free. Again it's a service and not a problem. Its your choice. I have done both options depending on how long I am on the beach.

The sea view room was just lovely and a stones throw from the beach. It was very clean, compact but had everything you needed. Good shower, efficient fridge and powerful air con together with tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in and to hear the crash of the waves at night was wonderful. The staff were lovely, breakfast was plentiful with masses of choice. Standout was the lady on reception who was truely a kind soul, so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much.

There was nothing not to like!

One of the first stops on a transfer from Dalaman airport. Excellent breakfast, that I would describe as a Turkish/Continental style breakfast with a variety of foods on offer, so if you book the hotel (and you should) don't expect "English style" breakfast. The hotel also has a bar and a restaurant at very competitive prices. Calis beach is on the doorstep, a bar/restaurant adjacent to the hotel and two cash machines within twenty yards. A bus stop (D) - D for "Dolmas" - type of bus, approx 150 yds on the road to the rear of the hotel for frequent buses to Fethiye. There is also a water taxi to Fethiye near by - 400 yds.

Can't think of anything I disliked, it was just good.

We like the breakfast which included eggs, cheese, honey, olives, marmalade, bread, turkish tea etc. The sea view was great from the balcony. At night the sea waves sounded very peaceful. The hospitality was amazing. Staffs went beyond and above to help.

We were not given clean cups while the bedroom was made daily. There was no tea bags in the room. There is no shelve in the bathroom to keep accessories. The toilet cover was not stable. The mirror was broken. The rooms could benefit from redecorating.

Perfect beachfront location. Staff so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. Stayed in a standard room but we asked for a kettle and they brought one within two minutes. Rooms very clean and comfortable and maid service every day. Clean towels daily and fresh sheets every two days. Breakfast was usual Turkish breakfast but all very fresh. Bread, cheese olives jam butter small cakes, Turkish sausage and scrambled eggs, tea coffee and juice. Room was a generous size with a king size bed plus a single bed. Fridge and hairdryer also provided. Bathroom had a walk in shower. Beds were firm but very comfortable and air conditioning worked great and was also free. Safety deposits are available but are kept at reception.

Our only issue was all of the sunbeds round the pool were in the shade under a huge canopy so we went to the beach instead. We would have spent more time around the pool if the sunbeds weren't all shaded. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of steps in the hotel and around the pool and no ramps or lifts

As a 3 star hotel it was clean and overall very good - it is however rated much higher due to the staff who were excellent in every way - breakfast was a decent local style spread with great quality food. Location for us was why we chose this hotel and that was the key reason for booking - by the sea and all faclities. Some rooms smaller so we did ask for a larger room and although no direct views from the window our room had a good sized terrace and a great side view of the sea.

Original room was small but fortunately we were offered a larger room on the 3rd floor - with no lift not ideal but kept us fit. The room was a little dated and a few issues at start resolved quickly so overall no real negatives for this stay.

This is a great little hotel - the staff were brilliant, couldn’t do enough to help our family of 5. Very clean and we were well looked after. Booked expecting very basic 3 star but were pleasantly surprised. Location great (right on the beach) everything you could need from a holiday right on the doorstep. Breakfast lovely Turkish style, plenty for all and very fresh with different things each day. Restaurant and pool area lovely - slide was a bonus for the kids and the staff were happy to put it in when they wanted it, food was all freshly cooked and reasonably priced. Would return and recommend.

We had a family room on the third floor and there is no lift - but worth the stairs for the view so not a problem (just needed to remember to bring everything you want rather than back and forth)

The location is perfect, right opposite the beach and able to enjoy the stunning Calis sunsets from our balcony. The staff were all great, really helpful especially the very lovely Eylem on reception. She is a mine of information, happy smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Our breakfast was good too: fresh, tasty and plentiful, I love the Turkish breakfasts but there were other choices available.

My only wish would be for a lift, but that's mostly down to my dodgy legs.
