Superb and extraordinarily large Turkish style breakfast served al fresco by the beach or inside the hotel restaurant which has great views of the Bay of Fethiye. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel has two superb restaurants offering a wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian options for lunch time and evening dining at very reasonable prices. Batu on the front desk was unfailingly helpful and friendly.

Wi-Fi was a little slow at times. The hotel does not have a lift which means that bedrooms can only be accessed by stairs and people with mobility issues should be aware of this. Bathrooms and shower cubicles are also modest in size.

Fantastic Turkish breakfast. Attentive staff who did everything to help us on our arrival and during our stay. A very well run hotel. The private beach and pool area had more than enough sunbeds for everyone and the beach service was an added bonus. I would love to return there again sometime in the near future.

An elevator would have been nice. Although our room was in a prime position on the first floor there was a lot of noise from the stairs just outside our door and the maid's station was also directly opposite.

The hotel have quite good location straight in front of the beach. The beach promenade leads in front of the hotel. There are two restaurants connected with the hotel as well as plenty of other options throughout the promenade. We had room with partial sea view (having the opportunity to find out what that means personally). Which means that there is some sea in the view, but quite limited. The room was big just enough. Clean all around. The breakfast was of served type and you can see on available hotel pictures what it is about -> great ;-) Hotel has it's own parking place (but a bit limited). We find some parking space on the street some 50 meters from hotel

We had room right opposite another hotel, towards its air conditioning unit battery. It produces never ending muffled sound. We stay there for one night, so it was not that much unpleasant. But question is what it could be for longer stay

The rooms were very clean and well-organized. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful – they assisted us with everything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – we could’ve stayed here just for that! :) We had no issues with the Wi-Fi anywhere in the hotel. The fact that the hotel has its own private beach and the prices are quite reasonable is a big plus. We’d also like to give special thanks to the housekeeping staff, Ms. Songül and Ms. Canan, who cleaned our room every day as if it were the first day. They were always smiling and did their job with great care. The location of the hotel is perfect; it’s easy to reach everywhere. You can go for a run by the seaside in the morning or take a lovely evening walk with a drink in hand, enjoying the lively atmosphere along the coast.

The room we stayed in was a bit small, and unfortunately, there was no ironing service available.

Exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the end of May and it was still low season - very clean and quiet, never anyone by the pool. Pool was pristine clean. Some praise need to be said about their reception workers, especially Batsu who was charming and very helpful. Breakfast absolute banger, very tasty, very authentic Turkish and HUGE but to be honest, probably way too large for two ladies 😅 but hands off best breakfast we were served in a hotel, ever. Their fish restaurant was also exceptional even if not cheapest, but lovely atmosphere food and service. Rooms were cleaned every day and everything was very convenient, even though room wasn't very big. Beach literally just across the promenade with sunbeds and parasols, free for hotel guests, beach towels provided upon request.

AC blowing over the bed, I am sensitive to drafts, so we ended up sleeping without it, thank God it wasn't too warm yet.

This was our second visit to the hotel. It is in an excellent spot with overlooking the sea and we had a beautiful view of that and the pool area from our balcony. Lovely spacious room and bathroom with complimentary toiletries. The room is kept spotless and the housekeeping staff are excellent and so friendly. In fact all members of staff are exceptionally nice. The breakfast is amazing, so much choice and all delicious. Being right on the prom it is quite noisy in the evenings but if we were in bed before the music stopped some earplugs blot out all the noise.

My only issues were (i) the WIFI which was very poor. Despite being connected to the main WIFI we constantly struggled for signal and constantly had to wait for the connection to restore. It was very frustrating. The other thing is the quality of the hairdryer is very poor considering this hotel is not a budget one. The lowest speed, and cuts out after about a minute of drying time meaning you have to wait about 5 minutes before it can be used again. I did query this last year and was told it was normal. A small suggestion - a stool under the counter in the bedroom would make it much easier for applying make-up etc.

Location totally on the beach, to get to city centre you need a taxi for about 160-200tl and it takes 10 minutes drive. We had a room 307 which has a nice big balcony with noone else next to it. Staff are brilliant especially Zeynep who can speak a perfect English. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Nice beach as well just walking distance in front of the hotel . Highly recommended 👌

No kettle and coffee in the room.

The location was fabulous. Highly recommend a sea view room. The breakfast was out of this world. The food just kept coming! Amazing. Reception staff were top rate. Especially Sherif?! Not sure that is how you spell it but he couldn't do enough to help us. What an asset to the business

Unfortunately the restaurant manager ( I think) didn't have the same service skills as the rest of the staff. Impatient, indifferent and we definately got treat differently to the rest of the guest. Every other table were shown up the see the mezze available, not us. He simply rolled his eyes when we hadn't decided without offering any interest in assisting us or offering us a drink first. Such a shame. The evening meal was average also.

Great location on Calis Beach. Loved staying on a beach front property and the fact that it has its own private section of the beautiful beach was a bonus!! The sun lounges are comfortable on the beach and the beach is extremely clean. Loved that there are so many restaurants within walking distance along the esplanade. Breakfast was exceptional and the on site restaurants were fantastic. The pool and sunset views were beautiful.

The room was fairly small, including the bathroom, making it difficult to move around the room.

Breakfast was amazing. So much food was brought out.

A lift would be nice, though they did offer us help with our bags when we checked in.
