Superb and extraordinarily large Turkish style breakfast served al fresco by the beach or inside the hotel restaurant which has great views of the Bay of Fethiye. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel has two superb restaurants offering a wide range of meat, fish and vegetarian options for lunch time and evening dining at very reasonable prices. Batu on the front desk was unfailingly helpful and friendly.

Wi-Fi was a little slow at times. The hotel does not have a lift which means that bedrooms can only be accessed by stairs and people with mobility issues should be aware of this. Bathrooms and shower cubicles are also modest in size.

The hotel have quite good location straight in front of the beach. The beach promenade leads in front of the hotel. There are two restaurants connected with the hotel as well as plenty of other options throughout the promenade. We had room with partial sea view (having the opportunity to find out what that means personally). Which means that there is some sea in the view, but quite limited. The room was big just enough. Clean all around. The breakfast was of served type and you can see on available hotel pictures what it is about -> great ;-) Hotel has it's own parking place (but a bit limited). We find some parking space on the street some 50 meters from hotel

We had room right opposite another hotel, towards its air conditioning unit battery. It produces never ending muffled sound. We stay there for one night, so it was not that much unpleasant. But question is what it could be for longer stay

Location totally on the beach, to get to city centre you need a taxi for about 160-200tl and it takes 10 minutes drive. We had a room 307 which has a nice big balcony with noone else next to it. Staff are brilliant especially Zeynep who can speak a perfect English. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Nice beach as well just walking distance in front of the hotel . Highly recommended 👌

No kettle and coffee in the room.

Great location on Calis Beach. Loved staying on a beach front property and the fact that it has its own private section of the beautiful beach was a bonus!! The sun lounges are comfortable on the beach and the beach is extremely clean. Loved that there are so many restaurants within walking distance along the esplanade. Breakfast was exceptional and the on site restaurants were fantastic. The pool and sunset views were beautiful.

The room was fairly small, including the bathroom, making it difficult to move around the room.

Breakfast was amazing. So much food was brought out.

A lift would be nice, though they did offer us help with our bags when we checked in.

This hotel is just by the beach with free access to sunbeds. The area is very nice for walks as well. The hotel restaurant is also one of the best rated in the area, and it was really tasty. Totally worth it and with a beautiful sunset view. All the hotel staff was helpful and nice.

If you need to pay something by card (to the hotel, not the restaurant) there is a high fee added. We were not informed of this beforehand, although we specifically asked if we should get cash for our payment.

Excellent location, has a beautiful sunset view every evening. Amazing restaurant (Zoi restaurant) attached to it. Staff is very kind and helpful. And their breakfast is so delicious and huge! Towel is provided for swimming. Has it’s own nice clean swimming pool too.

Bathroom is extremely small hardly any space and no ventilation. Rooms can be cleaned better and basic facilities such as kettle and cups are not provided. Bed also isn’t comfortable.

Breakfast is incredible and it incorporates many local delicacies and excellent staff service situated in the open air next to the beach. When we had a medical emergency the staff acted immediately to get us hospital assistance and were very fought full afterwards. Room is small but fully equipped and very high standard of cleanliness fr the daily cleaners.

Fantastic location view and setting, friendly helpful staff, amazing breakfast (marks out this hotel as very special) Great fish restaurant, fridge safe and water every day included in price. Free sunbeds on beach in front of Hotel, rooms cleaned and serviced daily.

Only one thing, a dog that didn't seem to have an owner but had a tag in its ear defecated on the beach daily, creating an environmental and health hazard. This was not cleared up and seriously needs addressing, the beach including this could have been cleaner, cigarette butts etc. Never had this problem in other Turkish resorts but there are several references to this on Tripadvisor. The same thing was happening outside of the Sundia Hotel nearby. The hotels, restaurants and authorities need to address this problem as it will put people off from staying there.

It’s clean and located right across from the beach. The accommodations are simple and basic, but you get what you pay for. The standout feature is the cleanliness, and the staff are incredibly helpful.

A tip: bring a travel kettle with you in case you fancy a brew in the evening. Otherwise- there’s no negative feedback for this accommodation.
