The hotel is directly next to Çalış beach. You can go to center with minibuses in front of hotel easily. And there are markets directly in the street. There are good fish restaurants and bars also with walking distance directly. The hotel workers were 2 cute couple, retired teacher, Zeynep abla and Nasuh amca. They were so nice, kind and help us to go paragliding in Ölüdeniz with a trustworthy company. The breakfast was also so nice so as the worker ladies. The room was okay clean, big enough and comfortable. Everything was functioning in the room with a balcony. This cute hotel in a cozy natural ambient is definitely worth it for its price. Especially if you don't want to get lost in crowded, overly touristic places. 😊

At breakfast it can be better if the food type changes sometimes.

Very friendly homestyle type of vibe, nothing fancy, but was a good room, our room was clean and had air conditioning, a small balcony, the staff were friendly, even though English was very limited. They also did a wash of laundry on site was very reasonable. Location is good, across the road from the beach, close to restaurants and transport out the door.

There was no safe in the room, even though it felt very safe, there were also no in room kettle for tea/coffee.

This is our second holiday in this hotel. I love it. Cozy little hotel, delicious breakfasts, strong Turkish tea for breakfast, but only instant coffee, shady green courtyard, two steps to the sea and the same to the embankment with cafes and beautiful views, 3 supermarkets within walking distance, friendly hosts.

I liked everything, but a nice addition would be: brewed coffee, a full-length mirror in the room. And what is especially important is a kettle in the room.

We stayed here on route to Kas after a late flight in Dalaman. It was an easy journey from the airport and a great place to stay the night. The location is excellent and just across the road from a sandy beach where we went for an early morning swim the next morning. The hotel is simple but clean, comfortable and friendly with a lovely courtyard garden and a great breakfast.

There I is parking on site but it’s a tight squeeze to get in to. The hotel is quite basic but good value for the price

We loved simply everything about Hotel Uygar. We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we stepped into the hotel. Our luggage hadn't been sent over and Zeynep was so kind and kept in touch with the airport until it arrived. The hotel had such a lovely family atmosphere. Breakfast was a beautiful Turkish selection of home-made delicacies. All the pastries etc were made at the hotel. You ate breakfast in a beautiful patio shaded by overhead vines. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. I wish all hotels were like this.

The owner, Mrs Zeinab, is an excellent hostess. Always smiling, checking if guests are comfortable and have everything they need, giving directions and recommendations. Breakfast, although repetitive, was a hearty and healthy one: cheeses, bread, fruits (watermelon), tea and coffee, and eggs. The location is 150 m away from the amazing.Calis beach and the beautiful pier. The bus stop is just outside the hotel. Loads of supermarkets and shops to buy groceries etc..The hotel is an authentic one with a nice garden to have breakfast in. Most rooms have a little balcony as a seating area or to dry your beach towels!!

Absolutely nothing!

I thought, that it is going to be really good, but it was beyond my imagination. That place is perfect - literally. Position- 3 minutes from beach, some good restaurants like 1 minute away. Every 5 minutes there is dolmuş going to the city. That place itself is relaxing, calm, clean. Breakfast is breathtaking. You are eating it in really great place - in a shadow of leaves. We had one problem with key and electricity, they solved it immediately. Thank you for everything. This place is gem!!

Good quality Turkish breakfast. Excellent location, beach is in 10 min walking distance. Bus stop just across the road from the hotel. Early check-in. Very friendly staff and owners of the hotel. Fridge in the room.

No lift. We were given a small room on the 2nd floor. We had a pushchair. Dated mouldy leaking shower cabin. Room was cleaned only once in 4 days. Instant coffie only. No kettle in the room.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful to have a mini bar fridge and air-conditioning was useful. Our rooms were towards the back of the property and were quiet. Close to nearby beach and promenade / restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here.

If you are doing a boat trip from Oludeniz, it’s about a 30 minute drive to get there.

The host family was so lovely and kind. They were ready to help with any questions. The host lady provided us with beach towels. The breakfasts were delicious and various. The location is perfect. Right in the corner there is a bus station, where you can take a bus(dolmush) to the centre of Fethiye. Next to the hotel, there are markets. Calish beach is in a 3-minute walk.

Everything was great. Although, cleaning ladies could have cleaned the room a little better, instead of just taking the garbage:(
