The room was really nice, we were lucky to have the one with private "balcony" that was on the ground level with the pools. We had our own private sun beds. It was also very clean and spacious. The whole resort has very decent WIFI, which also covers most of the beach. All the drinks included in the all inclusive were amazing, and bar staff also was able to mix anything even off the menu. The evening entertainment was also great, mostly singers but we also saw few dancers and acrobats. The daily activities like darts, water polo, etc. were more or less none existing, but this was not fault of the hotel, as they were trying to convince people to participate, but rather the guests being lazy and not participating. The food choices were not huge, but for the hotels this size it is understandable, that it is not efficient or sustainable to cook 50 different options each night. However the food was quite tasty and I would rate it 8/10. Also I missed not having any "special" nights, e.g. Turkish, see food, Italian, etc., that are often part of the turkey experience. The Italian ala carte restaurant was amazing. The beach itself is quite limited when it comes to number of umbrellas and sun bends, so either wake up early to reserve the sun beds, or I would recommend for the hotel to actually uphold the statements about removing unused towels after 45 minutes. We did not spend much time by the pool, but it was very refreshing and we especially liked the included water balls we could throw around. Overall it was an amazing stay, and for the money we paid for it, it was definitely worth. We also paid 150 euros for the two-way taxi, which is quite a steep price, and we would for sure next time look into some cheeper option. So if you can get a good deal on this hotel I would 100% recommend it.

- the food choices were quite limited and some of the food was cold or went stale by the time it was "consumed" and replaced by fresh batch - we sometimes felt ignored by the staff, we are young couple in their 20s, so we might not look as "lucrative" of a guests as some of the older couples, but it just felt unreasonable - the sound insulation in bathroom is just non exiting, and you can hear every single word from the adjoined bathroom or somebody doing their business on the toilet - the reservation of the sun beds and hotel not upholding their word about removing unused towels after 45 minutes, as even at 8 am, there was barely any space left on the beach

The hotel is right next to the promenade and the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was quite satisfactory. Facilities quite new and in good shape. They took great care with cleanliness, everything in the room was immaculate. Overall we were very happy with our time there. Bonus: had an excellent massage at the spa, well recommended.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The sunbeds around the pool are placed a bit too close to one another. There was one animator who thought his job was to shout at the top of his lungs (and was also quite rude), apart from his noise pollution it was quite peaceful. Lastly, Fethiye has some amazing bays with crystal clear water, but in this area (Calis) the sea is murky and with big waves, which is not so bad, but maybe not ideal for swimming.

The facilities in the property are great, swimming pools, spa, private beach access. Enjoyed our stay there. Booked seaside view room with balcony. It was spacious and comfortable.

The spa service needs to improve to level with its 5 star hotel credentials. I booked a traditional Turkish bath with massage. The masseuse barely spoke or understood English. Her scrub technique was too forceful and ended up with irritated skin on my neck and back. Not great.

The view from our room was fantastic. All staff is extremely friendly and food is really really tasty, a lot of dishes to try! I've never been that full!

Personally, I didn't like the beach itself (but its not a property of hotel). Its a small strip very close to the embankment and Ive feel relaxed enough because people are walking just a few meters from you.

The staff is brilliant, supportive and caring. I came to meet my parents there and they were impressed how everything was adapted for their language, which made their stay very comfortable. My room was on the first floor near the Beaty salon and it was very convenient. No complaints

Stray dogs run around the beach and poop everywhere—no one cleans up after them, so you can step into their droppings quite unexpectedly. We also didn’t like dinner at the Italian restaurant and left it after 40 min of waiting for the main course. However we went directly to the main restaurant and met there 3 other guests who were waiting their meal with us 😂 I stayed for 5 nights, my parents—for 9 nights, and all this stay there were no seafood or delicious fish at all, also very poor choice of seasonal fruits like strawberries or pineapples. Just regular oranges and apples, not tasty. My mom made a pedicure at the hotel beauty salon and it was a disaster, the lady cut her toe. Not recommended to anyone

Great location on calis beach and promenade. Modern and clean hotel with a good selection of drinks. Staff are hard working..It is good place if you want to just chill and relax. Music is great during the day at the pool bar. Private beach is also very clean and loungers comfortable. Lovely sunny weather for end of October.

I wouldn't say it's a 5 star hotel by international standards, more of a 4 star. Service was mixed. Staff are attentive when required, and reception was not always helpful with requests. Finally our mini bar was not replenished on a daily basis, which was advertised. We had to constantly ask for water at the bar to take to our rooms for the 7 nights there. Food is also repetitive and not varied. No themed nights. Its prominently 80% British clientele, so may not be your vibe !

The hotel was great - comfortable beds, great service, good shows, excellent food. Everything was nice and clean and overall it was a very good experience.

Spa was just bad. 1) For some reason you can't just use the facilities, you have to book spa ahead of time. Lots of time it was completely empty but still booked by people who hadn't showed up, and staff still wouldn't let you use it. 2) This was by far one of the worst massages I have ever had. I have paid for a 60-minute relax massage. What I've got was 30 minutes of super painful experience and a face mask.

The hotel staff were very attentive and all the staff went out their way to make sure we was comfortable and looked after well. Had some lovely massages and enjoyed the private beach . The restaurant was run very efficiently and swiftly lovely array of food to meet all dietary requirements . The cleaners always smiled and said good morning the room was cleaned very well each day. Reception and bar staff were very helpful and friendly too. Ticked all boxes for us! 😁 Look forward to returning next year!🥰

Maybe improved English though there was always someone to call on if we wasn’t understood. Only thing can say really it’s was so lovely .

A lovely hotel, great staff, great food, room comfortable and nicely decorated. Pool side never too busy, could find a lounger, but think preferred the hotels private beach which is just across promenade. I was solo traveller, but had great stay.

All good, only slight downside was the quite loud evening entertainment which could hear from room, finished at reasonable time though. Hotel is a few miles from Fethiye old town, but can take the public ferry which just short walk from hotel into Fethiye.

It's main positive were the all in catering. Breakfast was pretty lacking. I'd had better cooked elements elsewhere in Turkey. The lunch and evening meal were, if you looked and went through what was on offer, very very good. The salad bar, like breakfast, the cold food was a sort of international fusion food. The cooked stuff, more traditional. I'd definitely go again for the food! Ofc. Most drinks are free. Not all, but you'll find there's plenty of choice to satisfy most tastes, and you can drink as much of it as you wish. Staff are friendly, and there are multiple snack type areas where you can drop in and enjoy a drink or something to eat at any time of the day. There's entertainment at 9.30 pm every night, apart from Sunday. When I watched it, it was Ethiopian acrobats. It was a performance that everyone seemed to enjoy and you might pay about €30-40 to watch. It was a focal point, for the night which otherwise was a bit boring. The pool and terrace areas are top notch. Spotlessly clean and supervised. You can sip as many cocktails as you wish whilst you do your sunbathing! They also have an private area on the beach which is kept nice and clean. There is a lot to recommend this hotel. Few would be disappointed.

No real focal point after 10pm when entertainment finished. Maybe a music bar, or just a bit more effort given to those that don't want to go to bed at 10.30? The best they can do at the moment is the lobby cafe which feels like an airport waiting lounge. Reception staff seemed to think I'd come from another planet when I arrived in cycling gear! The mini bar fridge is one of those ones that doesn't do anything to cool the items in it. You might as well put the drinks in the sink with cold water, it does a better job.
