A really great place, perfect location, promenade, the sea just 30m away, delicious food, very nice swimming pools built in a way that the wind from the sea doesn’t quite reach them. The staff were friendly and helpful, drinks were fine. No kids here, and not that many around, I think because of the sea which is deep in just few meters from the shore.

The only thing that could be improved is unnecessary loud party like music on the swimming pools, not all the time but often enough to be annoying. I believe this place could be even better with calm, soft, nice music or even without it at all.

The room was really nice, we were lucky to have the one with private "balcony" that was on the ground level with the pools. We had our own private sun beds. It was also very clean and spacious. The whole resort has very decent WIFI, which also covers most of the beach. All the drinks included in the all inclusive were amazing, and bar staff also was able to mix anything even off the menu. The evening entertainment was also great, mostly singers but we also saw few dancers and acrobats. The daily activities like darts, water polo, etc. were more or less none existing, but this was not fault of the hotel, as they were trying to convince people to participate, but rather the guests being lazy and not participating. The food choices were not huge, but for the hotels this size it is understandable, that it is not efficient or sustainable to cook 50 different options each night. However the food was quite tasty and I would rate it 8/10. Also I missed not having any "special" nights, e.g. Turkish, see food, Italian, etc., that are often part of the turkey experience. The Italian ala carte restaurant was amazing. The beach itself is quite limited when it comes to number of umbrellas and sun bends, so either wake up early to reserve the sun beds, or I would recommend for the hotel to actually uphold the statements about removing unused towels after 45 minutes. We did not spend much time by the pool, but it was very refreshing and we especially liked the included water balls we could throw around. Overall it was an amazing stay, and for the money we paid for it, it was definitely worth. We also paid 150 euros for the two-way taxi, which is quite a steep price, and we would for sure next time look into some cheeper option. So if you can get a good deal on this hotel I would 100% recommend it.

- the food choices were quite limited and some of the food was cold or went stale by the time it was "consumed" and replaced by fresh batch - we sometimes felt ignored by the staff, we are young couple in their 20s, so we might not look as "lucrative" of a guests as some of the older couples, but it just felt unreasonable - the sound insulation in bathroom is just non exiting, and you can hear every single word from the adjoined bathroom or somebody doing their business on the toilet - the reservation of the sun beds and hotel not upholding their word about removing unused towels after 45 minutes, as even at 8 am, there was barely any space left on the beach

The hotel is right next to the promenade and the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was quite satisfactory. Facilities quite new and in good shape. They took great care with cleanliness, everything in the room was immaculate. Overall we were very happy with our time there. Bonus: had an excellent massage at the spa, well recommended.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The sunbeds around the pool are placed a bit too close to one another. There was one animator who thought his job was to shout at the top of his lungs (and was also quite rude), apart from his noise pollution it was quite peaceful. Lastly, Fethiye has some amazing bays with crystal clear water, but in this area (Calis) the sea is murky and with big waves, which is not so bad, but maybe not ideal for swimming.

The facilities in the property are great, swimming pools, spa, private beach access. Enjoyed our stay there. Booked seaside view room with balcony. It was spacious and comfortable.

The spa service needs to improve to level with its 5 star hotel credentials. I booked a traditional Turkish bath with massage. The masseuse barely spoke or understood English. Her scrub technique was too forceful and ended up with irritated skin on my neck and back. Not great.

The view from our room was fantastic. All staff is extremely friendly and food is really really tasty, a lot of dishes to try! I've never been that full!

Personally, I didn't like the beach itself (but its not a property of hotel). Its a small strip very close to the embankment and Ive feel relaxed enough because people are walking just a few meters from you.

The staff is brilliant, supportive and caring. I came to meet my parents there and they were impressed how everything was adapted for their language, which made their stay very comfortable. My room was on the first floor near the Beaty salon and it was very convenient. No complaints

Stray dogs run around the beach and poop everywhere—no one cleans up after them, so you can step into their droppings quite unexpectedly. We also didn’t like dinner at the Italian restaurant and left it after 40 min of waiting for the main course. However we went directly to the main restaurant and met there 3 other guests who were waiting their meal with us 😂 I stayed for 5 nights, my parents—for 9 nights, and all this stay there were no seafood or delicious fish at all, also very poor choice of seasonal fruits like strawberries or pineapples. Just regular oranges and apples, not tasty. My mom made a pedicure at the hotel beauty salon and it was a disaster, the lady cut her toe. Not recommended to anyone

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The rooms and spaces are wonderfully spacious, making it very comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights for me was the sport activities in the morning – a big thanks to the amazing and fun trainer who made every session energetic and enjoyable. The swimming pools are beautiful and spotless, perfect for both a refreshing dip and a relaxing lounge. On top of that, the variety of food offered was impressive.

What I didn’t like was the smell in the prepared room. Although it was beautifully decorated, it clearly carried traces of smoke from previous guests. It seemed like the staff tried to cover it up with perfume, which unfortunately made it worse. I’ve had this experience in other hotels before, and usually had to change rooms immediately. For a 5-star hotel, this was very disappointing and quite annoying to encounter.

Great location on very nice beach. Beach has boardwalk and on Sunday there were vendors selling crafts and other items. Lovely to walk up and down. Chaise lounges in the beach were very comfy and usually not a problem to find some available. Food good and plentiful, but snack bar was our favorite for a delicious lunch. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Nice shopping street a 5 minute walk away. Rooms are nice, entire hotel seems fresh and very clean. Very comfy sofa bed, like a regular double bed. Parking right across the street. Lots of Brits

I really liked the general vibe in the hotel. The people working there really are delivering top quality service at all times, they are always friendly and approachable and generally very cool people. The food was amazing, lots of dishes to choose from, always fresh and full of flavour. The entertainment at the hotel must be the best in that area, I am sure that if the shows were open for people outside of the hotel, everyone would want to be at Sundia's shows! I also enjoyed the services at the spa in the hotel and I left there a whole different person - they have real professionals performing the massages, assessing and informing on best options depending on what the customer is looking for but also depending on different areas of the body that seem to require attention. Overall, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I will 100% go back and bring more people with me next time!

10/10 – Perfect holiday! We spent 6 days at Sundia Exclusive in Fethiye and honestly had the time of our lives! The hotel’s location is amazing—right by the sea with beautiful views. The cocktails and drinks were great, and the vibe was always relaxing but fun. We loved the little kitten that walked around the hotel—it made the place feel even more cozy. Special thanks to Mete—he was the heart of the fun! Always laughing, dancing, chatting with guests—just a great guy who really made our stay more enjoyable. Also want to thank Asti for her amazing massages, and of course Alex, Patria, Osger (yoga instructor), and Adnaan—you were all awesome! The staff were so friendly and always smiling. One of the best parts of our trip was the Ethiopian Acrobatics show—it was just incredible! And on our last night, we enjoyed a great live singer who gave a perfect end to a perfect trip.
