On arrival our bags were taken so we could do check in comfortably. It took literally 10 minutes and we went to our room 322 in A1 block. Amazing attic (and cheapest) room, super clean and modern either way great super silent aircon working even when balcony door is open. Crazy beautiful sea view room with celebrations package including bed decor wine glasses and heart shaped cake with note from hotel. Bars open almost non stop including 24 hr bar with soops sandwiches drinks and desserts. Main restaurant huge and drinks served to tables. Saturday evening performance of Phillipino band and DJ at 21:30 was really good all hotel guests dancing around activity pool till 23:00. Breakfast at 8:00 not busy with great sellection. Pools very clean around and max 140cm deep. Private beach with comfy beds and beach club style brand new bar. Bottled water and towels available non stop. Staff absolutely the best always smiling and helpful. Super clean grounds. Cabana beds (5 all together) need to be reserved upfront as for €85 euro daily in September you get full service including drinks and a la carte meals brought to you from 10:00 till 17:00. Mini bar safety box and 4 sunbeds are included. The hotel has amazing evening activities for everyone. Mostly British guests there. Very safe ground and taxi prices to town very cheap. We would like to thank all the staff for their great hodpitality. We will be back again!!!!

The staff at the sauna and Turkish bath spa place was not very friendly, and a very rude guest came in to interrupt us many times, didn’t stop cursing, super Karen…This was the only unpleasant thing happened during our stay.

Review: Jiva Beach Resort room 718 We’ve been returning to Jiva Beach Resort since our kids were small, and once again, it delivered a memorable stay. The addition of a heated pool made a huge difference during an unseasonably cool week—such a thoughtful upgrade to an already well-equipped resort. As always, the staff have been outstanding. From the warm welcome at reception to the friendly, attentive service in the main restaurant, we truly felt at home. A special mention goes to Tayfun, Mustapha, and Erdogan, who went above and beyond in ensuring our dining experiences were enjoyable. The Guest Relations team were also fantastic—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. Housekeeping deserves a gold medal. Returning each day to fresh towels and spotless sheets is something we’ve come to rely on, and they never disappoint. Another shoutout to the towel management team—often overlooked, but absolutely vital in keeping things running smoothly, especially during peak demand. The undercover boss! It was also reassuring to see the owner’s visible presence each morning at breakfast—observant, attentive to detail, and clearly invested in maintaining standards. My congratulations to him; his dedication shows. Jiva has, once again, pulled it off for us. However, as much as we love the resort, it’s becoming clear that some areas—especially rooms and communal spaces—are ready for renovation to higher standard. With newer, more modern resorts on the rise in the area, this should be a business priority to stay competitive. All in all, Jiva remains a special place for our family, and we’re grateful for another wonderful stay.

The food overall is exceptional, with plenty of variety and high quality, but we did notice some repetition after the third day. We understand the challenges of maintaining sustainability, but a bit more rotation would enhance the experience. The Italian section, in particular, could use some improvement—pasta dishes are consistently overcooked and lack that authentic al dente touch. Also the ongoing frustration with the slow and often faulty coffee dated machines, which also pull staff away from serving tables it’s an urgent area to address for the owners which again falls into modernisation drive. The gym though well equipped which I have used daily was often flooded with water on rainy days.

Very clean and updated facilities with friendly and helpful staff. Buffet range impeccable with plenty of variety each night. Room upkeep efficient with no issues. Great bar drinks/snacks with options for children too. Four different pools with many staff around to serve drinks and maintain clean environment.

We had an issue with a faulty aircon in our room, maintenance came out a few times to resolve the issue but ultimately needed to change rooms on our second night. Felt like there wasn’t enough pool/beach chairs for all guests as many guests would drape towels on the chairs to save the seats from early morning.

The site manages to incorporate a delightful large natural wildlife lagoon into the grounds which is very unusual for a hotel complex. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the range and quality of food offered in the buffet was very impressive. The well-equipped bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

It was a little disappointing there were not the dance and acrobatic performances we'd enjoyed on previous visits. Instead there was loud booming 'music' across the site on some of the evenings, and even throughout the day on one occasion. This penetrated even the dining hall making it hard to have conversations with friends dining on the same table. It was much better when the volume was reduced to a more background level.

This hotel is fantastic, we did a lot of research and saw that most people go back multiple times - we can absolutely see why!! The food was amazing , so much selection and the quality was excellent. You can walk to Calis which has shops and bars and either get the water taxi from there to Fethiye or there is a bus at the end of the road by the hotel that goes to Fethiye which was super easy to use. Beach was lovely with lots of comfortable sun-beds as were the pools. The shows in the evening were great with a good variety. Rooms were clean and tidy. We will definitely be going back next year!!!

There isn't anything to dislike, loved every minute

We loved this hotel. It was a like a classy, boutique hotel retreat with big resort facilities. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Always well cleaned. All the facilities from pool to gym to restaurants and night time entertainment were exceptional. Food was amazing and a good variety(I am a foodie and not easily impressed) . Service of the staff throughout the resort was very professional and good. The quality/genre of people who were also staying at the hotel was upscale and classy. I have been to resorts where people can’t handle their alcohol consumption and can cause a bit of a riot, but it was not the case in this hotel. There was good music and vibes at the beach club sunset hour. Honestly everything was just perfect we are coming back 100%.

The “negative” points are really nothing. There was no tissue/kleenex in our room and when we asked for a box they didn’t have. We stayed at other hotels in Turkiye throughout our trip, and it appears that it is generally not in their culture to use tissues since none of the other hotels had tissues either. The music at the sunset hour beach club was the same mix every night. It was a good selection of tracks but it was predictable and repetitive but it didn’t bother us we laughed about it. But maybe get a dj with a wider selection of songs?
