This is the best resort ever , hence my 7th visit . I kindly received a free upgrade too . The drinks are first class and the food is excellent. The live music and entertainment in the amphitheatre are the best . Cannot fault thus hotel or it's wonderful staff . Every year they have made improvements or added extra facilities.

On arrival our bags were taken so we could do check in comfortably. It took literally 10 minutes and we went to our room 322 in A1 block. Amazing attic (and cheapest) room, super clean and modern either way great super silent aircon working even when balcony door is open. Crazy beautiful sea view room with celebrations package including bed decor wine glasses and heart shaped cake with note from hotel. Bars open almost non stop including 24 hr bar with soops sandwiches drinks and desserts. Main restaurant huge and drinks served to tables. Saturday evening performance of Phillipino band and DJ at 21:30 was really good all hotel guests dancing around activity pool till 23:00. Breakfast at 8:00 not busy with great sellection. Pools very clean around and max 140cm deep. Private beach with comfy beds and beach club style brand new bar. Bottled water and towels available non stop. Staff absolutely the best always smiling and helpful. Super clean grounds. Cabana beds (5 all together) need to be reserved upfront as for €85 euro daily in September you get full service including drinks and a la carte meals brought to you from 10:00 till 17:00. Mini bar safety box and 4 sunbeds are included. The hotel has amazing evening activities for everyone. Mostly British guests there. Very safe ground and taxi prices to town very cheap. We would like to thank all the staff for their great hodpitality. We will be back again!!!!

Guests reserving sunbeds at 6am which is completely unacceptable in a 5 star hotel

As soon as we got the to resort we were promptly upgraded to a honeymoon suite. The room was incredible! The pools were perfect, and the bars were always available and easy to order from. The staff were so lovely and helped with any request we had making us feel so welcome and comfortable. The food was delicious! We were particularly happy with the variety of food on display. The many facilities and activities available meant we never got bored and were always entertained. It was my birthday, and without even telling the staff, they surprised me by decorating our room and gifting us wine and deserts. It was so amazing! We very much plan on coming back next year!

The choice of food and how it was cooked was exceptional. We have never eaten better food in any other 5 star all inclusive hotel in the world. The cleanliness was second to none, everywhere was spotless. The staff went above and beyond in helping you with anything you required. They were extremely kind and friendly.

The weather! Unfortunately we had 3 days of non-stop rain which had a huge impact on our Jiva experience. It did make you aware that everything was geared up for outdoor living. There was only one bar indoors and all the entertainment was outside so we had nothing to do in the evenings, or during the day as nowhere to sit, apart from your room. Think staff need to have a Plan B for when weather is bad, as when they sun finally did come out on our last 2 days we realised what we had been missing!!

Loved everything! Wanted to stay longer if I had a longer holiday. The staff at guest relations are super helpful, especially Beyza❤️❤️

The staff at the sauna and Turkish bath spa place was not very friendly, and a very rude guest came in to interrupt us many times, didn’t stop cursing, super Karen…This was the only unpleasant thing happened during our stay.

The question should rather be what don’t you like about the property? It is a property set in a most natural environment and highlights an ambience that provides high-end facilities with customer-centric state of the art designs; swim-up rooms, inter-connected restaurants with out-door entertainment spaces, multi purpose-built pools, etc. The Resort is home away from home.

Honestly, there is nothing that did not impress. The five minutes limit for the arrival of a taxi/cab was even lowered to two minutes.

We loved our stay at Jiva Beach. Before we arrived at the hotel, we received regular communication from Guest Relations asking if we needed anything. A special shoutout to Derya who went out of her way to make sure our stay was very special. From the moment we entered the resort, we were greeted by friendly staff and a delicious glass of homemade lemonade. We received a free room upgrade and our room was decorated as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. A bottle of wine and some chocolates were left for us to enjoy. The food was delicious with great variety throughout the day. We loved our four days at Jiva Beach and hope to return soon.

Review: Jiva Beach Resort room 718 We’ve been returning to Jiva Beach Resort since our kids were small, and once again, it delivered a memorable stay. The addition of a heated pool made a huge difference during an unseasonably cool week—such a thoughtful upgrade to an already well-equipped resort. As always, the staff have been outstanding. From the warm welcome at reception to the friendly, attentive service in the main restaurant, we truly felt at home. A special mention goes to Tayfun, Mustapha, and Erdogan, who went above and beyond in ensuring our dining experiences were enjoyable. The Guest Relations team were also fantastic—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. Housekeeping deserves a gold medal. Returning each day to fresh towels and spotless sheets is something we’ve come to rely on, and they never disappoint. Another shoutout to the towel management team—often overlooked, but absolutely vital in keeping things running smoothly, especially during peak demand. The undercover boss! It was also reassuring to see the owner’s visible presence each morning at breakfast—observant, attentive to detail, and clearly invested in maintaining standards. My congratulations to him; his dedication shows. Jiva has, once again, pulled it off for us. However, as much as we love the resort, it’s becoming clear that some areas—especially rooms and communal spaces—are ready for renovation to higher standard. With newer, more modern resorts on the rise in the area, this should be a business priority to stay competitive. All in all, Jiva remains a special place for our family, and we’re grateful for another wonderful stay.

The food overall is exceptional, with plenty of variety and high quality, but we did notice some repetition after the third day. We understand the challenges of maintaining sustainability, but a bit more rotation would enhance the experience. The Italian section, in particular, could use some improvement—pasta dishes are consistently overcooked and lack that authentic al dente touch. Also the ongoing frustration with the slow and often faulty coffee dated machines, which also pull staff away from serving tables it’s an urgent area to address for the owners which again falls into modernisation drive. The gym though well equipped which I have used daily was often flooded with water on rainy days.

Doesn’t have a big resort feel. Food good for an all inclusive. Staff are fantastic. Super clean.

If you have small kids that maybe are light sleepers there can be a late night discos/club nights. They alternate between pool area and beach so can’t imaging you can escape the noise from any room location on the resort. For example we were beach front and really chilled all evenings bar the last when the beach party started at 10:30, even when it stopped we had to listen to rowdy singing from guests until well after 1pm. We didn’t mind so much but had our son been younger we would have. Maybe there should be designated quieter rooms for families.

Cleaning could have been better for a five star hotel. sometimes we had to remind them few times to clean our room throughout the day. We stayed for over 10 days, 7 days prior to booking.com reservation we reserved it through an agency.

Food. A la carte restaurants were 5 out of 10, service and meal prep vise. main restaurant menu can and should be diversified. we stayed for over 10 days and having same food everyday day by day, sometimes lunch and dinner exactly the same. We were not thrilled by it lets say. and it is one of main reasons we are not considering going back to this hotel.
