We had a fantastic week-long stay at Ten Apart Hotel with our family friends, booking five rooms from 16th to 23rd August. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and memorable. ✅ Location: Perfectly situated—peaceful yet close to everything. It was easy to get around and explore Fethiye. ✅ Cleanliness: The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Very impressed with the upkeep! ✅ Breakfast: While the breakfast spread is limited, it’s more than sufficient for a light, fresh start to the day—and at €7 per person, it’s excellent value. ✅ Hospitality: Special thanks to Nesrin, the owner—a wonderfully warm and hospitable lady who made us feel truly welcome. Her presence added a personal touch to our stay. ✅ Pool: The pool may be small, but it’s just the right size for a refreshing dip. Clean and never overcrowded. ✅ Extras: They also own Doc Coffee, a charming little café nearby where we enjoyed great coffee and breakfast on a couple of relaxing mornings.

Nothing all good but if I’m forced to pick on something it will be bathroom needs refurbishing (214) but it’s ok in its current form too.

We liked the quieter location but within easy walking distance to the busier area of Calis. This was our 3rd visit. The staff are all friendly, courteous and helpful from arrival to departure. The apartment had fantastic air conditioning. The shower was great. Although there was a mismatch of crockery, glassware, cutlery etc it didn’t spoil for self catering when we chose to eat in or sit on the balcony for a morning coffee. The pool area had comfortable loungers, no parasols, but there was shade depending on the direction of the sun throughout the day. The optional breakfast buffet was well presented with plentiful choice at a small extra cost.

We would have preferred larger bathroom towels after showering - as a personal choice.

Location great, accommodated our requirements for a ground floor apartment, very good facilities, very lovely pool, staff very pleasant, rooms cleaned every couple of days, bins cleared every day.

Lack of umbrellas by pool, pool could be heated, was not advised of 12 apartments being built next door, so lots of noise during our stay, drilling, grinding, banging, shouting, so not as relaxing as we had hoped, would not have chosen to stay if we had known this, but that said, would return when no building works taking place.

Ten Apart Hotel is outstanding. The complex consists out of two buildings with apartments with the pool in the middle. There is a small restaurant, where they offer an okay breakfast for 5€. The breakfast is simple, but delicious. And honestly great value for what you pay. There is also a small bar area besides the pool where you can get some drinks during the day for a fair price. The entire complex, buildings and the pool, is beautiful. There is lots of vegetation and vibrant flowers. The pool is large and clean. Shallow end is 1.5m deep, while the deep end is 2m. There is more than enough sun-beds and seating area around the pool. The apartment itself is great too. It’s spacious, it has two terraces. All the amenities that you would need are provided. Everything is very clean and orderly. You can get beach/pool towels from reception free to use, with a deposit of 2€, which is great. There is also bike rental at the reception. The staff of Ten Apart Hotel is polite, friendly and helpful. They speak English well. And they are always around to help. In front of the building there are a few parking spots. But there is also a lot of free street parking all around, so parking is not a problem. The location of the apart hotel is good. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk away from the beach, and 10 min drive to the city centre. A local grocery store is also 5 min walk away. Overall, I highly recommend Ten Apart Hotel for you stay in Fethiye.

Hotel is close to a grocery store and bus pick up points. Close to Calis beach. Room had a fully kitted out kitchen and was a comfortable stay. We loved our balcony. Lovely pool area with amazing bougainvillea surrounding. Bicycles available to hire from hotel.

Just a little far from many of the activities we chose to do, but just a quick taxi ride away so not really a problem. It does mean you are in a quiet area which is good.

The hotel in general and our room in particular look very fresh, clean and stylish. The staff members are very polite, professional and helpful. The room contains all the dishes required for basic cooking and eating in the room. Even toaster. The location allows to get to the beach in about 15 minutes by walk, and get to the center of Fethiye in about 30 minutes by bus (about 10 minutes by taxi). There are good places to buy groceries and food near the hotel. The neighbourhood feels safe and it was very quiet.

Very nice apartment. Every thing you need for a longer stay. Kitchenette with all the utensils needed for self catering. Good size private balcony with furniture, overlooking the pool. Very well equipped bathroom. Wide stairs leading up to the 3rd floor. Beautiful building with large swimming pool. Walking distance from beach, restaurants and shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean apartment, building and grounds. Very well looked after property.

- Friendly staff - close to çaliş beach and an easy walk/bike/ taxi into old Town - big, spacious room with 2 balconies - aircon was great - shower was large and pressure was good - pool area was nice, always able to find a sunbed - breakfast was really yummy!

Checking in was complicated, and they made me split the payment onto 2 different card machines, which seemed unusual. There were activity pictures all over the walls, but there were no brochures or information about anything. The bathroom had soaking pillow cases in the sink when we walked in. Any time we used the shower, the entire bathroom flooded. The air conditioner took a long time to kick in and was very loud. Only 1 pillow each.on the bed and no top sheet. The blanket provoded was thin and rough.

This hotel was so wonderful, I couldn’t rate it more highly. The staff were very kind and helpful (for example, they kindly booked taxis for us every day). The pool area was pretty and clean and the general atmosphere was very calm and laid back. The apartment is small, but comfortable and clean and the perfect base to go exploring!
