I gave an ‘excellent’ rating to this hotel because of outstanding crew of receptionists who provided exceptional service whenever we asked for. The room was very clean serviced every second day but if you needed to replace a towel for any reason they always did it. The small pool is great on hot days to relax after sightseeing. The Dolmus minibus stop to center of town is 6 min away.

For those with physical limitations: to enter the hotel you need to walk one fly down from the street level and then unless you stay on ground floor there are up to 4 floors of stairs with no elevator. On the ground floor you don’t want to stay in room 101 (we did). It is very noisy facing reception and corridor that all other guests must pass to their rooms often stopping and talking in front of the room. Unless you are immune to noise you don’t want to stay in rm. 101.

A lovely decorated apartment that had a real home from home feel to it. It has everything from a balcony to a dishwasher to a washing machine. The apartment is set for everything you need whilst you are away, particularly for anyone who is self-catering. The room gets cleaned every 2 days. TV’s all have Netflix. I was also welcomed with gifts from our stay. The balcony has an amazing view of the marina. It is located in a peaceful and quiet area. The receptionist’s were really friendly and welcoming, one of the young colleagues was really helpful. I checked-in quite late at night and he used his own personal phone to order me some McDonald’s to help me out as I was having issues with my phone. Thank you all for your kind hospitality. Two reasons I marked a 9 - 1st reason is because it is about a 25-Minute walk into Fethiye Old Town. This doesn’t bother me too much but going back and forth to the town can become tiring, I ended up getting a taxi back for 150TL (£3). There isn’t much near the Apartment from a very small local shop and a couple coffee shops. The 2nd reason is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof at all and you can hear everything going on in the hotel and above your room. I travelled solo, so it didn’t bother me but if you were a couple or family, this could be an issue. Overall.. would I stay here again? 100% yes!

The Staff were incredible! Really welcoming and helpful. The Cleaners were thorough and cleaned my room regularly, leaving fresh towels and changing the bedding. Nothing was too much trouble, I cannot fault them at all. Emir, Semra, Saniye & Hakan were all proactive and friendly. The hotel was preparing for the opening of the season and if they needed to enter my room for any reason they gave me 24 hours notice and said I could decline if the timing did not suit me. They all worked really hard to get the hotel ready for the start of the season, everything was inspected and cleaned, from air-con to hairdryers to toilet seats. Fantastic Team and brilliant hotel, well looked after, very clean and airy. Had a fantastic stay. Will definitely stay again!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The property is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and conveniently located right next to the pool, which was perfect for a quick dip and relaxing moments throughout the day. The quiet surroundings made it easy to unwind and the overall vibe of the place felt cozy and comfortable. We also really appreciated the welcome gifts and the helpful tips from the team during our stay.

The location was good for us, not in a busy, hectic area. Overlooked part of the marina which was lovely and relaxing sitting on the balcony. Only 15 minutes walking into town or could catch a dolmus. The towels were changed everyday, even if they didn't need to be. The pool was nice, we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves each time. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom was small and compact, the toilet was in an alcove behind the door. There were no hangers in the wardrobe when we got into the room, but they did manage to find us two. There seemed to be a problem with the safe it would not open each time the code was entered. The young girl on duty did keep trying, in the end she lent us a safety key so we could use the safe.

Cleanliness, staff friendliness and the view. This is a gem of a place, excellent pool and Emirhan could not do enough for you. Emirhan even brought fresh water melon to us at the pool to keep us cool. It was delicious and just what we needed. The room was great with everything required, the bedding was spotless pure white and the bed and pillows so comfortable. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. We will be back. Mustafa was the guy on reception who we interacted with most, and he was excellent. Calm, friendly & very helpful, spoke good English. Lots of space, it was a whole suite with separate kitchenette, toilet, toilet & shower, & bath (with jets). Great for the price. Location very good for what we wanted to do (the hike/walk around the peninsula), quiet, close to the working marina.

Location not that close to the old town if that's what you want, but easy enough to walk there or catch a dolmus. Not many restaurants close by. Breakfast adequate but a bit perfunctory. Not quite enough sheets/blankets/whatever but didn't bother us enough to complain about it.

highly recommend it. The stuff was incredibly friendly and supported us by guidance to navigate well the city. Their support was invaluable, and they truly made our stay more comfortable. One notable gesture was their flexibility with the check-out time, which was much appreciated. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the minibus station, and the view from the hotel is simply stunning. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous suite with everything you need including a washing machine. View from balcony and pool area are highlights. Staff were lovely and Emir went above and beyond with everything and we cannot thank him enough. Lovely cafes and restaurants close by.

Bad smell came and went in the bedroom though suspect this is nothing to do with the hotel as it was super clean.
