The hotel is luxurious and better than it was expected. The rooms are spacious, clean, warm, quiet and the room service perfect. The breakfast is very decent and in general is a very good hotel.

It is not near the city center and if you want to move around you will definitely need a car. But for relax after a days work is perfect!

We arrived very late in the morning time just for a sleep during a road-trip . We had schallendes with the booking at the beginning and the receptionist was not able to find a n acceptable solution . Even if it was in the middle of the night , the director did arrive for us and organized an upgrade room . He did everything possible in order to satisfy us and excuse the first ( not so good ) experience we did

Communication of the receptionist on that night was very poor - but the senior management / director it self was able to clarify the situation very professional

Taxi driver belong to the hotel , now ? Later in season ???

Its far from center , its difficult to rent car , taxi rate to center iş not fixed 240tl , 300tl , 400 tl , some cheater 😒

Room was very big and clean. Bathroom was big with a walk in shower and a separate bath. The shower had a monsoon shower head. Plenty of charging points and a small work area. Bed not super comfortable.

Room service was expensive as the restaurant was closed. A shuttle from the airport would be useful.

This is ideal for stop overs and the staff were very polite.

It’s a little bit isolated but a little walk will get to you to some nice restaurants.

amazing.. in the night there was a jasmine odor roaming around the hotel ( I guess it’s natural).
