I didn't like that i was charged 50 euro for a 1 way trip from Istanbul airport 15mins drive and then 30 euro extra for transfer to Kagithane 40 mins though hotel was reasonable with the outrageous transfer charge i would have booked a 5star hotel with airport transfer that would not cost 80euro😡😡😤Definitely will not use hotel in the future as everyone i have met are shocked with what i got charged Great hotel, but order your own transportation

Location from the airport, options to purchase meals right there with no need to figure that out. Grocery store not a far walk and facility aesthetic

Not fully ADA adaptable but we managed. The room was severely small to maneuver a disabled person in an oversized wheelchair but the staff accommodated us as much as possible

The staff is really pleasant and available. The room was decent; I only stayed for one night during a layover. Speaking only about my room (I can’t comment on the others), it’s not ideal for a long stay, but for a layover, it’s perfect: a bed and a bathroom—that’s all you need. The shuttle service to and from the airport is well-organized, with very clear instructions. We also had coffee in the lobby with the manager, who is very knowledgeable about history. For a few hours between flights, it’s an excellent spot for a break and a short rest.

it was a bit noisy at times, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The stay was great, the hotel is near the airport and easy to reach by Taxi. The staff was great and we immediately ordered food with them, they had a menu at the reception and the food was great too. The hotel seems very new and still under construction, but it's cozy and definitely would stay there again.

Of course there was some noise from the planes landing to the airport, and the bathroom flush from other rooms were too loud and disturbing while trying to sleep. We also found the decoration on the top of the bed strange and we did sleep upside down (there are some rocks glued on the roof pointing to your head)

it was very clean, new, it had all the amenities i needed for a short stay of 12 hours... good wifi, plenty of packaged water to drink, bed was quite comfortable ... the staff was helpful enough...

well, it is a typical facility (as all the others around) serving airport travellers, i think for short time stays... the room had no window, a wall on the other side... a bit claustrophobic, prison like for more than a short period. I also found the prices of food in it... but also in the area aroud quite high for Istanbul, especially for its suburbia, pretty high, i had a feeling everybody was up to extract an extra euro or two out of my pocket. also logistics is a problem, a bit unreliable bus service, better take cab in the evening... about 400 liras... maybe next time i will pick a faciliy along the metro line stops.

The hotel is very close to the airport, which we needed, as we had another flight in the morning. The room itself was clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. We were in there for a few hours overall, and we got what we needed. We also paid for airport transfer, which was comfy and efficient.

The walls are very thin. I sleep with earplugs anyway, so I did not hear anything, but my partner said he could hear what other people were watching on their phones in neighboring rooms.

Everything was so clean, looked new and we loved the village vibes / neighbourhood with a lot of big fig trees and chickens when you walk around the neighborhood to find a local BBQ restaurant.

We stayed 1 night, so it was not a real problem for us, but I can imagine the airplane noises can be too loud if you stay a long time. However, this isn't something the staff can change of course and the reason we chose this hotel was because it was so close to the airport and our first flight was cancelled.

Really friendly staff, clean, provide quick laundry service, room service was arranged smoothly, located close to the airport. Convenient both with a metro (if you don't mind walking or catching a taxi) and a taxi to reach the airport. Great value for money! All negatives are fully covered by the fair price.

- the toilet lid was broken - the AC remote wasn't working properly - broken skirting was really annoying.

It is very clean and staff was very nice. Is near the airport but if you do jot negociate taxi will charge much more than it is. The hotel had nice and clean rooms and bathrooms

No balcony, very noisy as it is in a traffic area and i ordered a cot for my baby and they confirmed it on booking but when I arrived the room was without the baby bed…they improvised something but still was an inconvenient as i did not have the baby cot .,.
