I liked the location and the rooms.

The Front Desk clerk pressed us to book dinner or sightseeing thru him. We did not as they weren't good deals. He lined us up a taxi to the airport thru "a friend" and insisted we pay 200 Turkish Lira over the actual fare. The cabbie didn't even use his meter. In short, beware of the night Front Desk clerk!! (When we called the night before, same guy said no hotel shuttle was available, so we had to take a taxi there!)

A bit too dark in the lobby but eco friendly probably 😁 don’t get me wrong, they just have so beautiful chandeliers and table lamps that it was said that they were turned off all the time.

The major highlight of this establishment is actually the staff which were all very friendly, respectful and helpful. Overall it is a good hotel located in Fatih/Aksaray which is a very crowded popular area in Istanbul (not at all a touristic or quiet area). The hotel is situated in a bystreet within several several curtain and toggery massive sale stores, so busy and noisy during the day, but very quiet during the night. The hotel was very clean and we had no issue in this sense.

There is some important infrastructure issues in the hotel: the rooms are not well isolated for sound and you can hear other rooms. The worth part was that you can easily hear everything from the bathroom when someone else in another room use it including the toilet flush, and even worse, sometimes you smell the toilet of the other rooms in the morning which is actually very unpleasant. The breakfast was average with almost no variation during 10 days of our stay.

The location was very convenient, the lobby is very spacious with lots of seating areas to relax in. The restaurant on the roof terrace had lovely decor and views

The only down side is the WiFi didn't work much on the 6th floor, maybe they can look into this in future

The room had few problems I.e electric keep switching itself off and the toilets doesn’t stop the water.. but the it was rectified

Staff really friendly! It has an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The SPA and Turkish bath is quite good as well, me and my boyfriend really liked it, though it was a bit expensive. BTW really liked the fragrance they use in the lobby

Sound proofing is not very good, can hear the tv sounds from next door and voices from the corridor.

The rooms were clean and the hotel staff very friendly. The hotel is somewhat close to public transportation and at the same time it's hidden away from the busy main street so you have a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

There was work being done on the 6th and 7th floors and you could hear the power tools, but that was only during the day. Other than that there really isn't anything negative to say.

Hotel was very cozy and excellent staff especially Onur and Murtaz. They both were super helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good variety and freshly prepared. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi connection. we will definitely recommend the property for families. the tours were also easily arranged by the staff as well the transfers on our request.
