Great pool on the roof. Really friendly reception staff. Good breakfast. Great price.

Cleaners expect to clean your room at about 830am and if you put the do not disturb on they don’t bother coming back later. Also very rude cleaning lady on floor 4. Constantly had to go and ask for toilet roll myself. Meant to get free small water daily but she never bothered to replace them cause she expected us to be awake at 830am after being out till late with my young sons at the football. Only negative side of the hotel is the cleaners.

Staff were excellent, rooms were great and cleaning team was brilliant also! Buffet Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here and for the price it was excellent. Location of hotel was also great and you can walk around to all areas easily from here.

Biggest issue was that Wifi didn't work (which is why I deducted marks), when it did work it was really slow. Breakfast Buffet could have had more options also but was still good. We had interconnected rooms and the middle door to corridor was really noisy and heavy to open and close (I think it was broken). Walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes get easily disturbed from other rooms, especially water noises coming from other rooms such as when someone is using the Toilet Flush or shower etc.. the pipes can be quite noisy.

Hotel was good, good location but when I book room with booking.com its never correct, i booked room for 2 adults and child but booking.com booked double but I have paid for 2 double beds to booking.com, luckily hotel was nice so they accomadate us for free. No more booking.com

Excellent location, close to metro, tram, restaurants and major attractions, kind and accommodating staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, thick curtains, quiet aircon.

Not a 4-star hotel. The fuse box in the room made scary noises, like fireworks. Hard to get the electricity working, troubles inserting the key room in its slot each time I returned to the room. Dinner menu displayed, but without pricing. Outdoor pool extremely small and not too clean, uninviting.

Location is ideal, in close proximity to the Tram, the Metro and shops or restaurants. Also the restaurant on the top floor was superb with fantastic staff and is a must for a stay in this hotel.

On arrival the reception staff claimed I hadn't prepaid for my room several times, despite me showing a Booking.com receipt to staff. They eventually admitted I had paid and although it was an unwelcome issue to face on arrival, it was easily resolved. Staff also advised that they knew very little about the Metro and instead recommended a private taxi which was quoted at 100 euro instead, despite the obvious convenience of the Metro to our location. Other than that we had a fantastic stay.

A truly beautiful hotel in a great location, with excellent excursion and transfer services at a fair price. A special thanks to the reception staff, always helpful and welcoming—especially the young lady who showed genuine interest in our travel needs, creating a warm and homely atmosphere. I will definitely return—actually, we will!

Breakfast could have been more focused on Italian tastes, but after all, we're in another country, so it's understandable.

The Hotel, Location and specially the staff they was the best, better service than 5☆ hotels they was very helpful and make us to feel safe and special with our children we had early check in option even acces to a breakfast before our actual check in time. Brilliant service, I will definitely book again on my next visit. Thank you, Grand Washinton Hotel, for making our stay great

The staff were very freindly and helpfull especially Mr. Abdulkader.. when you arrive to the hotel just ask for Mr. Abdulkader he will take care about everything you need and makes sure that you are happy. .. You are at safe hands...

I liked the Sauna and rooftop restaurant. I also liked the location. It was close distance for all kinds of shopping even if you wanted 15 min walk to mall catch taxi back if you go overboard. The rooms are equivalent to a decent 2.5 to 3 star US hotel. I felt safe to explore alone staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

It is a smoking hotel and if you dont smoke you may have to switch your room. I had to change 3 times, they do not where masks and it was very crowded the pool was not open fitness equipment very old. It was an old hotel. The picture doesn't tell complete story.

The spa facilities need renovation. Towels and wraps looked worn and not very clean. The staff don't speak English and pool was empty first 3 days of my stay.
