Well it’s not my first time here that’s my second time . I loved the stuff esp Duran the receptionist who works at night he was too kind and helpful.even the ones during the day were good .the food was varied and delicious. Love it . Also fatema the room cleaner was very effective and worked well . I really recommend.💖💖💖💖

Well at first I found the room a bit small but later I get used to it .in general it was a good experience.

Our stay was really nice here, we left very satisfied and would love to come back when road take us in Istanbul again. Our room was for two, really small, but we had everything we needed. It was clean enough, only bathroom should be tidier, but for the price we pay everythig is acceptable. Breakfast was excellent, very tasteful and fresh, with a very good choice for every taste. Staff in the kitchen are very proffesional, but friendly, like other stuff in hotel. Very satisfied! Would recommend to everyone on a buget. ♥️

I really liked this hotel! It's clean, quiet, and in a great location—very close to both the metro and tram. The rooftop swimming pool is a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and always smiling, and the breakfast was correct and satisfying. A very pleasant stay overall!

Only one small detil, I wanted to weight my language before leaving and unfortunatley the balance was off service.

I stayed at Laleli Gonen Hotel for 2 days this summer, and was very content with my stay. 1) The room has all the amenities you need at a hotel, and a fantastic shower. 2) The rooftop has an excellent view of the city and sea, with seating and a nice pool!! 3) The free breakfast I believe has a great variety of foods (though some items were cold). I was very impressed with the variety of foods provided - mixed vegetables, potato, eggs, sausages, breads/ bagels, multiple salads, yogurts, sauces, cheeses, cold deli meats, fruits, cereals, oatmeal, etc. 4) The customer service from most employees. I was always greeted with a smile, and the employees were eager to help with any query I had. They even left a fruit plate for me on my birthday. I was so happy! 5) The location - it is 4 minutes walk to T1 tram, the stop is Universiti Laleli. This is VERY GOOD! You can get to sultanahmet (Turkish baths), Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, Karakoy ferry and more all from this one tram! Also there are many eateries and clothing stores in walking distance. If you dont want to eat out, there is a store basically next door that sells some groceries and fruit and they give you the normal price 😊. The metro is very near also. Also in regards of location, you will not suffer walking up and down long steep hills as you will in Taksim. So if by chance you have any knee issues for example - this is a much better choice than most apartments in Taksim. Also, they have an elevator.

1) The room size was very small, however they do include the room size in the online information, and from what I understand, many hotel rooms are quite small in the city. 2) If the hot breakfast items were kept over warmers it would be better. I arrived for breakfast at the beginning and the mixed vegetables and potatoes were already cold.

The reception staff were very helpful when I booked. The breakfast was very good and there is a lot of choice. The hotel is very well situated in a quiet street just off the main tram line, very easy and central. My room overlooked the street and I was able to watch the world go by while having a nice cup of tea! There was nothing I disliked I would definitely stay again in the future it was excellent value for money and the reception staff are very helpful

Location good especially shopping wise. Good vibes around the area. Good views of the Bosporus and Istanbul Sky Line. Lovely pillows and mattresses. Nice breakfast buffet. Guys at the hotel were very nice especially Yashar, Duran the guy from Azerbaijan.

Lifts are on the smaller side but I guess it’s due to the geography of the area but they are 2 lifts serving us.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight – perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and offering great recommendations. The surrounding area is also lovely, with plenty of nice spots to explore and a peaceful atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again!

breakfast was great, typical turkish, good selection. pool area was quiet and good for sunbathing. staff was friendly and helpful, the location is very central (10 minutes walk to great bazar, good connection to public transport).

even though rooms were cleaned daily they weren't exceptionally clean, especially in the details (stain in the curtains, hole in the towels, etc.). the room was quite spartanic. no water dispenser in the hotel, wifi was slow
