Samir Deluxe Hotel provides excellent hotel service. I was greatly assisted by their service. In terms of facilities, the hotel delivers as promised. The breakfast provided was also very good and delicious. The most beneficial aspect of staying at Samir Deluxe, aside from its competitive price, is its premium location. I was pampered with easy access to the Tramway and metro train, which is just a 2-minute walk. It's also very close to the beautiful Laleli Mosque. I stayed for over a week and will return if I visit Istanbul again. Thank you, Samir Deluxe Hotel."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the metro station and just a few steps from Taksim. The surrounding area is very quiet and safe. Regarding the hotel and its services, I can say: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Just a big problem of my room was lacking of safe box and tee maker .

The accommodation is excellent, tidy, and clean. It is located in a very good area, close to a metro station and a tram station. The Grand Bazaar and all major cultural landmarks of the city are also near the hotel. The staff are very kind and helpful. Mr. Latif, the receptionist, assisted me in every situation.

The location is perfect to see the tourist attractions. Good sized family room, few mins away from Tram station. Staff were really attentive and friendly. Ken at reception was really helpful and provided a service with a smile. Room service was on point. You really can't go wrong for the price. I will be booking again on my next trip if I want that location.

Breakfast was good but the same everyday. A/c with set was pre set to the hotel. Not much really any more negatives for the price you pay.

I’m giving a rating of 9 solely thanks to the person who received us – Owen. He answered every question, welcomed us before check-in time, and helped me a lot. The price was excellent for what we booked.

The other staff members were not helpful. We were asked if we needed breakfast since we were leaving early, and we said yes – but in the morning, they told us there was no bread, so they prepared nothing. Booking.com states that a baby crib is available, but it turned out there wasn’t one at all.

If I had the chance, I would give this hotel 100 points!! Modern, exemplary cleanliness, cleaned daily. Varied, fresh and delicious breakfast! The staff and the hotel manager are special people, welcoming, kind! Excellent location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and the main central attractions. I highly recommend! We had an amazing stay! The breakfast was phenomenal – very diverse, fresh, and delicious. Everything was spotless clean, and even though we stayed only one night, the towels were changed and the room was perfectly cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I enjoyed my stay in this exceptional hotel which is near the metro and the tramway.I find everything top including the reception staff which is very professional and kind as well as the sweet lady doing the cleaning. The breakfast is delicious.

The bathroom is very small but this doesn't diminish the value of this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions. You can easily walk to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace. The tram and metro stations are also nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The staff is very helpful and even offered a free breakfast on the day of our arrival. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-situated stay!
