The hotel is good value for the price, comfortable, clean, and the location is exceptional - 3 mins from metro and 3 mins from tram. The breakfast was okay, there is enough to start your day. The people hosting it are very friendly, kind and always helpful, Mohamed is a great person and it was pleasure for us to have a chat with him!

Very good and nice hotel to stay in Istanbul If you want good place,clean, unbeatable location,bus,metro,tram... few steps, unbeatable prices,you will find this in Falcon hotel, my room was 504 , very nice room, clean,all I need I Found in my room , Safe, refrigerator,TV, comfortable bed, comfortable pillow,prayer director, clean towels and sheets, everything everything was nice ,good breakfast, the 2 ladies in breakfast room are really very nice, always smile, always do their best to make you satisfied, Mr Mohamed ( Hemeda) in the reception is a great man, he told me he is Turkish but speak Arabic very well, did his best to make my stay wonderful and comfortable, when you talk with him, you feel that you know him from years ago, he is very nice and give you the perfect answers and advise for any questions.... Also Mr. Arkan in the reception,the first one I meet in the hotel gives you the sense that you are at your home very kind man , and always ask you if you want anything tell me or tell one of our colleagues and do everything make my stay comfortable,,, Thanks Arkan I recommend falcon hotel for anyone needs clean, good, cheap,well located place to explore Istanbul, this is my 13 time to visit Istanbul... Now I decide to make falcon hotel my only choice in the future visits... Thanks Falcon hotel...

For me, everything was fine

Close to tram and metro, rooms are pretty comfortable, good internet connection, nice breakfast.

The only thing we didn't like is the lack of working electricity outlets in our rooms, we had only one in the room and one in the bathroom.

Lovely room located near metro, shops, restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of hot water in the shower. Extensive continental breakfast, including soup, sausage, and eggs.

Wet bathroom floor due to water leak bidet, small lift (2 people), breakfast room was full.

Unbeatable location Mr. Mohamed ( Hemida) as usual kind and supportive Mr. Arkan is very nice did his best to make my stay very good

The woman in breakfast room isn't welcoming for guests I go to take water just water from breakfast room after the breakfast is finished she told me NO NOOOO although the reception told me at any time you want water go the breakfast room SO I insist to enter and take water and I mentioned this complaint to Mr. Hemida who apologize for me .. But this woman is rude in behaviour

Location is perfect - very close to metro (to airport) and tram line (Sultanahmet, Eminonu etc) . Within walking distance from Grand bazaar, Hagia Sophia etc. Great breakfast. Helpful staff.

Location is great, easy access to public transportation, lot of restaurant and merchants nearby.

You can only pay by cash and we were not informed about that beforehand.

Neat and tidy place. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Excellent location.

Quite small and less fancy compared to a few hotels nearby, but that's not a big deal.

The property should have payment option via card in advance, while booking. That relieves person from stress.
