The hotel is beautiful, wonderful, quiet and exceptional, one of the most beautiful hotels in Istanbul, everything about it is wonderful and beautiful, its view is beautiful, its location is good, wonderful and excellent, its price is exceptional and good, the reception at the hotel was at the level and wonderful, and always at your service, the hotel workers are nice and kind and always at your service and good treatment, its location is very excellent close to all transportation and facilities and tourist areas, close to the metro station and the tramway station, the hotel is clean and the room is clean, beautiful and wonderful, every day they clean the rooms and change the towels, the breakfast is wonderful, varied and delicious, I loved everything about it, it is an exceptional hotel, my sincere greetings to you,

My stay at Vander Valk Hotel was fantastic. The location was great, the staff were incredibly nice, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend Vander Valk Hotel for a wonderful stay.

Well located, 11 mn to laleli tramway, 2 mn to metro Vezneciler, 5-7 mn to akrasay and 10 mn to yenikapi! Around many shops, boutiques 20-25 mn walk theough laleli grand bazar to sultanahmet area Personnel are welcoming and helpful, they kept our luggage after check out Room is small, but was enough for two people with two big size luggages Daily cleaning Breakfast is varied, and the terrace is nice The lift is a plus, most of hotels in old town area do not have it For the little price, it was certainly worth it

The hotel staff first of all is very friendly and helpful. We have checked in very late in the night and were very hungry and tired. The staff member have helped us to order pizza at 3 AM. provided extra duvet, water etc. helped with booking taxi and also guided for the attractions to visit. What more? The location is very convenient to visit top attractions of the city via walking. Rooms and breakfast is good for the price that we have paid. I will give them 10 out of 10 for the services and facilities.

The Fridge in room needs a replacement. Lifts were not working during our stay so we had to walk through the stairs to 5th floor for breakfast, which was a good exercise in the morning though :)

Before the trip we were looking how to get there and knowing Istanbul as a vibrant city, we thought we would have a some hustle to find the hotel. This was far from reality. This hotel was easy to find and from this hotel you could just walk to the Sultanahmed area or take 1 stopt with the tram. All you need just walk 5 minutes to the tram stop and basically you can go to Grand Bazar, Hagia Sophia,Blue Mosque, Basillica Cistern, Bosphorus with this one tram 1. It all started 5 minute walk from this hotel. Hotel is clean , good air circulation, bathroom is also very clean. Would I like to go there again? For sure!

Good location, close to metro station (easy connection with the airport) and tram station to all atractions (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace etc) I prefer walking so from hotel to Blue Mosque was ca.15/20 min. Close to restaurants and shops. Breakfast section on the top of the building with small terrace. Rooms were cleaning every day. All the staff very kind and helpful. Perfect place to stay and visit Stambul attractions :)

The location is really comfortable, it takes 2 minutes to reach metro, also all the main sights are nearby. The street is really calm so we could sleep peacefully. The room and bathroom was clean, towels were changed everyday, and every 4th day bed sheets were also changed what was really nice. We also loved the breakfast and especially cute terrace where you could enjoy your meal with a beautiful view on the city. The stuff working at the kitchen was really welcoming and helpful, thank you so much!

Even though towels were changed everyday some of them were already really old and could be substituted with new ones. Also sometimes toilet paper and soap wasn’t restocked in time. I was also disappointed to get refused when I asked for an additional blanket since there’s just one blanket for a double bed that wasn’t enough for us. The receptionist just briefly said “no” and turned his head away.

The location of the hotel is great, close to Metro line M2 and T1 tram. The hotel is clean, the room was like in the ptohos, the hotel staff was friendly and speaking english. We where able to sleep well, the bed was comfortable and it's not a noisy neighborhood. The breakfast was tasty but we had the same things for 5 days.

Same breakfast for all days. Some fruits and yogurt would be great to have in the future.

Great location, very friendly team. For price & location it is a great hotel. It is a 2* star hotel so you cannot except super glamorous but you get what you pay for and more, breakfast included, amazing location, room is cleaned well daily, very friendly staff. We will definitely stay again.

Location - quite good - Sultan Ahmed and other historical objects can be reach by walk, 100 meter to the metro station, 150 meter to tram station. Accommodation: beds were soft, rooms are clean and sielent. Staff: very kind. Malik speaks english fluently. they help in any matters immediately, in particular, Malik replaced the refrigerator in the room for us, despite the fact that we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning. Erzhan is a very experienced admin, speaks Russian. The staff is very polite. The service staff during breakfast do everything to make the guests feel comfortable, special thanks to them. And from the tables on the balcony overlooking the sea.
