This is the hotel I always stay at. I have always been satisfied. The staff welcomes you like a queen. Since I cannot give up on comfort, I stay at this hotel every time I visit Istanbul. An excellent breakfast, lots of variety and all delicious. I am very grateful for the attention they give.

Everything was perfect. The location , the facilities, the staff….. everything.

There was a little bit of noise from the rooms around.

Great location♥️, close to both European and Asian side. Lots of food choices near by. Breakfast in the hotel is amazing, again lots of choices. Kind and helpful staff. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Turkish bath available for free to hotel guests, and our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are cleaned every morning, which was also great 👍🏼 Oh, and last but not least, great view of Istanbul from the terrace.

The hotel decor is a bit outdated, but was not an issue for us.

All was good as expected.

I would like the Swimming Pool etc to be open for longer.

The staff were all very courteous and attentive. The breakfast was stupendous. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the old town, but if you don't want to walk, a direct tram line is nearby.

The light switches were hidden behind our pillows and were also very temperamental. The terrace bar was closed. The WiFi connectivity was poor.

The Hotel Is very nice, including the SpA Area and the Breakfast. Only the Hamam is very expensive, but the prices are that hight in the whole city so I did not take advantage of it. The personnel is very nice. I particularly would like to thank Mr Umet from the reception desk who helped me with all my questions and wishes. This hotel is definitely worth a staying

It was a lovely hotel. Very comfortable rooms. The swimming pool was very nice. We had a massage from a lovely lady called zareena. The spa manager was of great help. Mustafa, the receptionist was a great guy who helped us out throughout our stay. 5 stars for the whole staff. Will definitely stay there again

The 10 $ they charge after 6pm for the swimming

The hotel is in a typical building, located at the very heart of the old city. The staff is outstanding: friendly, helpful and striving to go the extra mile: definitively a 5-star service! Our room was also great: spacious, comfortable, clean and modernly equipped. Facilities were good (swimming pool, spa, and - for an extra fee - a very nice massage), only the fitness centre would definitively need a revamp!

The fitness centre would definitively need a revamp. If you like quiet nights, ask for a room facing the back / courtyard as the street in front of the hotel are busy with restaurants and nightlife.

The walls are so thiny 2 nights I could not sleep because I woke up around 3 am. because of the noise from my neighbours room For 7 nights stay, we receive 1 bottle of 1.5 L of water Very low or no signal of wi-fi

The room was spacious and our beds comfy. We would have expect to find some spare pillows and blankets (it was pretty cold in Istanbul), which were provided on request. Upon our arrival, we have been offered a free upgrade to the suite room. However, we decided to stick to the triple room for the simple fact the three beds were ready and it was past 1am. The breakfast was yummy and freshly prepared, the freshly prepared Turkish bread is amazing. The staff was really helpful and professional. Special mention to the F&B manager, I forgot his name, is really professional, helpful and patient. He really took car of us, especially considering I have been sick for couple of days.

The SPA area was too cold, especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi. We experienced some late night noise, coming from the roof-bar of the hotel next to our, but manageable.
