We rented 4 rooms and stayed at klas hotel for 11 nights as a family reunion. The rooms were spacious and clean, definitely a rare find for the price range in Istanbul. The breakfast was great with many options and fresh ingredients. We noticed that they threw all open leftover food after breakfast every day which we liked. We got the half board package and the dinners were simple, fresh and tasty, we thank Yasin for managing our dinners and for his hospitality. Receptionists (especially Emra) and others were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Also the manager Özgün was very accommodating and friendly. The location is also very central and safe. We thank all klas hotel staff for giving us such a great time

Our stay in Klas Hotel was wonderful, we got an upgrade on our room, and stayed in a suite. It was so nice! Our booking was with breakfeast and dinner, and we absolutely love it all. The location was perfect, we strolled around, many shops and restaurants, and public transport everywhere. We would like to say a special word of appreciation to Yasin from the restaurant: you do an amazing job and all ours talks were so kind and enriching; and for Emre from reception: thankyou, you could not be more helpful and welcoming, amazing job. All the staff is nice and professional, our first visit to Turquey was amazing and you were significant part of it. We wish you all the best and we hope to come back.

Breakfast was consistent and good. The hotel reception staff is excellent, helpful, and efficient. The cleaning staff also. The hotel's location is super, 40 M from some great restaurants, money change offices, and mini-markets. 50 M to the underground metro station. There is a 3-stop direct route to Taksim Square/shopping which takes only 10-15 minutes and couldn't be easier to use. A brisk 20-minute walk will get you to the Grand Bazaar and a bit longer to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The hotel neighborhood is safe to walk around. I would recommend this hotel and we would stay there again.

Minor details and some small updating and repairs in the bathroom would be beneficial. A shower head leaked, and an LED light blinked. The terrace ceramic tiles are slippery and dangerous when wet.

Location and service were exceptional. I have to pay my respects to the staff, especially to Emre who was really nice and helpful during our stay in Istanbul. Our rooms have been upgraded and he provided us a support in finding the parking space for our car, which can be an issue in this district. No wonder he was recognised as an employee of the year. :)

Being in perfect location has its disadvantages. Hotel is close to other hotels and restaurants that played music loudly. Elevator tends to be a bit of a problem, but nothing too unusual for old buildings.

Klas Hotel is located in Laleli near Istanbul university, attracts an excellent location and connections with the main metro and tramline destinations, even walking. The upgraded room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was fair. Would like to thank staff for their hospitality, Mr Harun, Siyar, Emre, Huseyin.

Repeated breakfast items with not much variety. Some rooms like the ones in the first floor were so small, no views and no space to hang clothes or keep items. This was upgraded when explained to the reception.

It's a perfect location also in terms of public transport. Staff were really super friendly and helpful! Great value for money. We had double room in one with two bathrooms which was very convenient as a family of 4. Also the food during lunch or dinner, when we order it's really tastes good and fresh. It is also freshly made.

Breakfast was not great. Sometimes a cigarette smell which was unfortunate. Some improvement to outdated interior/airco module needed. This need to improve to really get a 10/10

The room was huge and clean. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Metro. Their breakfast is yummy and nutritious with diverse fruits and healthy vegetables. Locally baked bread, an assortment of confections, and cheese varieties complement typical breakfast offerings. Their chef makes your favorite omelet presented alongside of a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice. Our package included dinner as well. Our waiter, Yasin with his high level of energy, and professional service made the experience memorable.

The breakfast was good, the room was cleaned every day, the location was fantastic, the communication with the reception staff was extra. All in all I am very satisfied. I sincerely hope that I will choose Hotel Klas again and be surprised by myself. I would especially like to praise Hasan, Emre and Nadir who are always smiling, kind and ready to help

The hotel is located perfectly, close to the main attractions and trams. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast and dinners were also great. The personnel and receptionist were extremely friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this place for the price range. I have stayed in different hotels in Istanbul before, and if you want a better experience you need to at least pay double the price.
