Everything was excellent.the rooftop pool, whilst tiny, was great to take a dip in late afternoon to cool down after a day sightseeing. The room was clean & well equipped & breakfast had a good selection tion of food. Taxis know the hotel so there's usually one outside if you need one.

Price quoted for taxi to airport at reception was,a lot higher than the taxi drivers outside quoted me. Standard taxi transfer from airport to hotel wasn't offered before arrival. Only private transfer was offered which is extortionate compared with normal tax so I wouldn't recommend taking their private transfer offer

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of Hagia Sofia, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The mini fridge in the room was handy, and there’s a mini supermarket right in front, which is very convenient for any needs. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The shower was also good. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool.

The internet connection was not great, and there’s no option to pay for better Wi-Fi, which was quite frustrating. Some rooms might have windows that face inside, which can affect natural light and privacy, so it’s worth checking before booking.

Had a great stay at this lovely hotel! Big thanks to Mr. Ozgur — a true professional — for making everything so comfortable. Really appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. The staff were always polite and ready to help with anything. Our room was always perfectly clean thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of great options. On our early check-out day, the staff kindly arranged a transfer in advance and even prepared breakfast to go — such a thoughtful touch! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back again!

Klas Hotel was just prefect ,i had the pleasure of meeting Mr Özgür, the manager of Hotel Klas , an amazing guy . One valuable lesson i learned from him : never promise something that’s out of your control until the day comes . He is polite , a true gentlemen , and also a great photographer . I even learned a lot about Turkey rich history though our conversations . Location : The metro is just 2 mins walk away . There are also two restaurants absolutely must visit , both just 2 min from the hotel : Class Restaurant and chef murrad . Breakfast : is not bad . You will need to buy the fresh orange juice and the omelette , but the boiled eggs are free . There also plenty of fresh fruits 6/10. The staff was really friendly and helpful .

Absolutely loved my holiday in Turkey , what a beautiful place and the people were simply amazing . I will be back soon .

Hotel is ok. Standard rooms are small. If you need to work, it could be very difficult. But deluxe is great! Big room, great view, nice mattress. If you can choose, take the deluxe. There is a small pool on the roof, but it is enough to cool off. Great hotel staff. Ozgur, Aybuke and Hasan helped us a lot. Thank you very much! If you want a more european breakfast, there is a coffee shop near the hotel with filter coffee, matcha and sandwiches.

Small standard room

We rented 4 rooms and stayed at klas hotel for 11 nights as a family reunion. The rooms were spacious and clean, definitely a rare find for the price range in Istanbul. The breakfast was great with many options and fresh ingredients. We noticed that they threw all open leftover food after breakfast every day which we liked. We got the half board package and the dinners were simple, fresh and tasty, we thank Yasin for managing our dinners and for his hospitality. Receptionists (especially Emra) and others were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Also the manager Özgün was very accommodating and friendly. The location is also very central and safe. We thank all klas hotel staff for giving us such a great time

Everything was great.

Our stay in Klas Hotel was wonderful, we got an upgrade on our room, and stayed in a suite. It was so nice! Our booking was with breakfeast and dinner, and we absolutely love it all. The location was perfect, we strolled around, many shops and restaurants, and public transport everywhere. We would like to say a special word of appreciation to Yasin from the restaurant: you do an amazing job and all ours talks were so kind and enriching; and for Emre from reception: thankyou, you could not be more helpful and welcoming, amazing job. All the staff is nice and professional, our first visit to Turquey was amazing and you were significant part of it. We wish you all the best and we hope to come back.

First of all the reception members were so welcoming and supportive for everything, rooms were very good , clean & comfy, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic & delicious for every taste، the pool& sub beds were very clean & convenient, the staff were incredibly nice , kind & helpful , specially Ozgur, Hassan, Aybuke & Yildiray, thanks for all their kindness and nice hospitality, hotel location was perfect, great access, 3 minutes from metro station and bus station to every destination with nice restaurants & cafes around, all the hotel prices were reasonable Will definitely come back again. Everything was perfect, great location with good access to everything I needed, great restaurants and cafes around, public transport just 3 minutes away, one of the best hotels in terms of its staff, staff were all amazing, with incredible guest support & best hospitality, the pool and sun beds were nice, convenient & clean, breakfast was completely prefect & yummy for all tastes, the reception staff couldn’t be better than this, they helped me for all my requests properly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I have a special thanks & greeting to dear Mr. Ozgur, Mr.Aybuke, Mr.Hasan & Ms.Yildiray for their lovely kind support & hospitality which I will never forget. I will come back next time definitely.
