Icin(host who we met a lot at the breakfast), Farida and cleaning lady on the second floor, Dilfuza, were really great at their job! We were really impressed! Staff in general were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave really early for our flight and this was arranged smoothly with the breakfast pack (a bit strangely composed but nevertheless given) provided. Thank you!

I think it is probably the general issue with hotels in Istanbul that rooms are not very big and windows have limited light access. But this is just an impression and not a complaint. If possible get a room on a higher floor. Ours was on the second and was a bit dark.

Location was amazing. Just a short walk from the metro and tram stations. Breakfast was good but not fantastic. Nice variety but it got boring after a few days. A king named Turgut found my orthodontic trays that I had left in a napkin on the table during breakfast and instead of throwing them out kept them safe until the next morning! Wish him all the best. In general, all the staff were very polite and welcoming. The pool was small but nice. The bed was comfy.

Rooms were noisy, you could hear music and all sorts of other stuff from the rooms next door and outside. Sometimes the dishes at breakfast weren't really clean. They take away all breakfast items at 10 AM sharp, I don't have a problem with that but they do it in a weird way like quick pack all this up and they turn off the lights even if you're still eating to make you leave ASAP. The massage at the spa wasn't anything special. The rooms had bad mirrors and lighting but were clean enough.

Firstly the staff were very helpful from the beginning till the end with everything! We stayed there for our honeymoon and the staff made sure we got everything we wanted! We got the requested room with a beautifully written letter, decorated room with celebratory roses all over the room and bed and balloons. We also got some delicious fresh fruits. The room was very big and spacious and AC worked really well. The bed was comfortable. The toilet was beautiful and had everything you need. Breakfast was eaten at the| top floor and the sights from there are so beautiful! The food was varying and there was food for everyone from soup, meat all the way to fruits and sweets. It was delicious! They also have a good restaurant on the bottom floor with excellent food and a good singer. They also do have a swimming pool and sauna but we didn't use it as we were busy with other things. Looked really nice though and for sure we will try it out next time we come! Special mention to Feride who helped us a lot with everything, she is the best! Also to Ali who helped us with transportation.

The location is excellent, very close to many landmarks and lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good but gets too crowded. Ferida, The customer relations manager is a very active lady. She is friendly and helpful. She helped us with all our enquiries.

The hotel website says that they will park the car for us at a privately owned parking free of charge but when we arrived they told us that this is an error in the website and parking costs €25 euros per day

The hotel was very conveniently located in a great area with excellent access to public transportation. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room featured a jacuzzi, which was a delightful and relaxing treat after a long day of exploring. The hotel breakfast, served on the 7th floor, was an absolute delight! The spread was incredibly diverse, offering a wide array of delicious options to satisfy every palate. And the best part? The stunning city views that accompanied my meal! What's more, the 7th floor also housed the hotel's stylish bar and restaurant. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink or a meal while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a metro station just a minute away and a tram line connecting to the main sights only a few minutes’ walk. This made exploring the city very easy. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of local selections with great quality. The personnel were very helpful and attentive. Daily cleaning was thorough, and the complementary water, tea, and coffee were a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience.

Although the room was clearly well-maintained, signs of aging were noticeable. There was also a slight but continuous cigarette smell in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, despite staying on the sixth floor, relatively strong bar noises from the ground floor persisted until late at night, which could be disturbing for light sleepers.

Excellent location. The hotel has everything you could need, would it be a business trip or holiday. Nice pool for a swim on the upper floor with a panoramic view. Night club with superb DJ, great shisha, cocktail, and food selection. And I must mention: the stunning night skyline of Istambul Breakfast was nice. Great surprise was a Steinway and Sons piano in the breakfast hall. Great view to the harbor and relaxing live quality piano music - the way to start your day. And last but not least: wonderful and polite staff. This hotel is worth a strong 5 stars 👌

We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Zurich Istanbul Old City! Overall, everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh options that made for a great start to each day. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul's historical sites – just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar and other major attractions, which made sightseeing with a family very convenient.

The only downside was the club on the first floor. While the atmosphere of the hotel was otherwise calm and relaxing, the noise from the club at night was a bit disruptive, especially since we were traveling with a baby. It may be worth asking for a quieter room if traveling with young children. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend Hotel Zurich Istanbul Old City for families, couples, and anyone looking for a central stay with excellent service and amenities!

Hotel is at fantastic location , staff is very helpful and friendly specially gentlemen at 06th floor where spa and swimming pool is available. Swimming pool is heated . Sauna and steam is free that’s the best you can get in this much money. They can pack you breakfast if you can’t get it or leaving the hotel earlier than breakfast time.

Everything was good except one miscommunication which happened from their end . They informed us that we can get breakfast packed if leaving the hotel early time and we got our details mentioned to them. But on final day we didn’t get that because she forget to mention that. Nothing major and we were not even expecting it but yeah kind of raising our hopes and then shattering them . Kinda!

Fatma Hk was very helpful and really professional, she was such a kind lady. I really like the hotel it was perfect stay we really enjoyed our trip in this hotel everything nearby, very comfortable and relaxed, the staff were very friendly helpful and professional a specially Inci and Feride. In my Birthday Inci came to my room with a birthday cake, she made me a supper happy I really appreciated, thank you for all the stuff Definitely I will go back there 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
