Especially: Firstly, as I am someone who attaches particular importance to cleanliness, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Staff: The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. When I left the room for breakfast I put green colored (You can prepare my room) card in door handle, the room was cleaned and prepared in that 1 hour, just perfect. Food: (Hotel provides 2 of 0.5l water, 2 coffee packs and 2 tea bags in room for free), Breakfast which is included in stay was nice and view of that restaurant was great. For rest of the day and real meal, most times we decided to eat in the terrace restaurant which has extra beautiful view of Istanbul and the meal there was really tasty. Rooms: Room was really clean which I loved a lot. I had 1 double bed, TV, AC, small refrigerator, wardrobe, 2 big comfort chairs and a table between them, table in front of mirror. AC works perfectly (when you open windows, the AC automatically turns off, which is smart tho). Bathroom in room: Big towel, feet towel, hand towel, 2 toilet papers, hair shampoo, hair conditioner, body shampoo, dry soap and hair dryer were provided. Pool/Spa: Swimming pool was clean, there were enough places to sit around there. Even the pool had great view of Istanbul because it was on 6th floor. I also got massage service which you can get by paying extra for it there and I loved it, nice one of relaxation. Finally the place of hotel: it was in touristic area, there were lots of hotels around there and it was safe. We were close to almost 3 mosques, Istanbul University 20-30 mins of walk to Kapalı Çarşı and more…

They could add at least cheap one of toothbrush and toothpaste into bathroom. My personal opinion, 27•C for water of the pool is kind of cold, the day we stayed there Istanbul wasn’t really hot, so cold pool water wasn’t matching it. At least 30•C would be ideal I believe.

Hotel Zurich Istanbul Old City, was Excellent hotel. Great service, with roofing amazing shiisha lounge and restaurant. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near Central Train Station was behind the hotel I would recommend to friends, and family and will definitely stay again if Im back in Istanbul.

The hotel is pretty nice, we stayed in the corner suite room, with a good view, spacious, modern, tidy, and the staff was helpful. Everything we asked for, was provided promptly.

Hotel drawbacks – smoking is allowed in some rooms, and the smell spreads to non-smoking floors. The breakfast was not very diverse; there could have been a bigger selection. There was no porridge, simple fried eggs, and so on. Also, the bar on the ground floor was noisy in the evening, with loud Russian music and karaoke constantly playing. When you are in Turkey, you would prefer hearing local music instead.

Icin(host who we met a lot at the breakfast), Farida and cleaning lady on the second floor, Dilfuza, were really great at their job! We were really impressed! Staff in general were very friendly and helpful. We had to leave really early for our flight and this was arranged smoothly with the breakfast pack (a bit strangely composed but nevertheless given) provided. Thank you!

I think it is probably the general issue with hotels in Istanbul that rooms are not very big and windows have limited light access. But this is just an impression and not a complaint. If possible get a room on a higher floor. Ours was on the second and was a bit dark.

The hotel is in a good location very clean with access to many attractions l. Lovely rooftop bar lounge where you can watch the sun go down. Rooms clean and bed’s comfortable.

Breakfast room gets a little busy and the layout wasn’t the best.

Location was amazing. Just a short walk from the metro and tram stations. Breakfast was good but not fantastic. Nice variety but it got boring after a few days. A king named Turgut found my orthodontic trays that I had left in a napkin on the table during breakfast and instead of throwing them out kept them safe until the next morning! Wish him all the best. In general, all the staff were very polite and welcoming. The pool was small but nice. The bed was comfy.

Rooms were noisy, you could hear music and all sorts of other stuff from the rooms next door and outside. Sometimes the dishes at breakfast weren't really clean. They take away all breakfast items at 10 AM sharp, I don't have a problem with that but they do it in a weird way like quick pack all this up and they turn off the lights even if you're still eating to make you leave ASAP. The massage at the spa wasn't anything special. The rooms had bad mirrors and lighting but were clean enough.

Firstly the staff were very helpful from the beginning till the end with everything! We stayed there for our honeymoon and the staff made sure we got everything we wanted! We got the requested room with a beautifully written letter, decorated room with celebratory roses all over the room and bed and balloons. We also got some delicious fresh fruits. The room was very big and spacious and AC worked really well. The bed was comfortable. The toilet was beautiful and had everything you need. Breakfast was eaten at the| top floor and the sights from there are so beautiful! The food was varying and there was food for everyone from soup, meat all the way to fruits and sweets. It was delicious! They also have a good restaurant on the bottom floor with excellent food and a good singer. They also do have a swimming pool and sauna but we didn't use it as we were busy with other things. Looked really nice though and for sure we will try it out next time we come! Special mention to Feride who helped us a lot with everything, she is the best! Also to Ali who helped us with transportation.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was a real highlight – there were plenty of food options, and every day featured new choices so we never got bored. Our room was surprisingly spacious, especially for Istanbul, and offered an amazing view over the city, which made our stay even more special. The staff were outstanding – very helpful and attentive. A special thank you to the lovely Inci for her kindness and warm hospitality. The hotel also has a wonderful restaurant with delicious food and live music in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent, very close to many landmarks and lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast is good but gets too crowded. Ferida, The customer relations manager is a very active lady. She is friendly and helpful. She helped us with all our enquiries.

The hotel website says that they will park the car for us at a privately owned parking free of charge but when we arrived they told us that this is an error in the website and parking costs €25 euros per day

Istanbul is a huge city but the hotel is Located very close to Veznecilar metro station which is easy to reach from both main airports, situated, a short walk to T1 tram which will take you to the Blue Mosque, the main tourist strip and Eminou where you can get regular ferry rides to the Asia side which is really nice with many bars and restaurants. A day ticket includes all public transport. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, Turkish baths, and a rooftop bar. The staff were great and the breakfast lovely with great city views
