The size of the room is great. It’s spacious and modern. Good facilities. And comfortable.

The staff are horrible. The reception staff are very unfriendly and helpful. Won’t even make eye contact when you are talking to them. And won’t greet until you try to get their attention. The housekeeping staff also tend to still knock on your door or just enter even when there is a do not disturb sign on. Had a very noisy neighbour who kept us up one night- was given an adjoining room so I don’t think it had proper sound proofing.

Great location near the Suleymaniye mosque and many restaurants. A short walk to the tram line and metro. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. Breakfast and cleaning staff (Muharram) very helpful.

Poor reception on check in. Personal incharge of tours and excursions were absolutely misleading and not very pleasent when we did not book a tour through them. It must be mentioned that the tour we booked was the same as the one the hotel offered at double the price.

The room was clean and spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. The staff were great, and they did everything that we asked of them. We must've requested water bottles at least 2 to 3 times a day and they never charged us. Every time that we asked for fresh towels they were delivered within minutes. The washroom was large, as was the shower.

The location could have been better. On a map at times, it is difficult to tell how far you are from the main attractions when it comes to booking accommodation. This hotel is about 5-7 minutes walk from a tram stop. Suleymaniye Mosque is about a 10-15 minute walk. The Grand Bazaar takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to. Overall there are more accessible locations, like Taksim Square or around the Blue Mosque, if you prefer the old city, that don't require a long walk for good food and attractions.

Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff. The public spaces were excellent and the location perfect for exploring Sultanahmet.

Tiny rooms, to the point of uncomfortable. We booked a deluxe family room, this is simply a standard room (they're all the same size) with a single bed added to the only unoccupied floor space in the room. We couldn't open the fridge without having to move the single bed and there was nowhere to store our luggage. I suppose the room would have been fine as a double but we paid A LOT for a family room and didn't enjoy being couped up. I would avoid if travelling as a family.

Location excellent, close to attractions and the metro. The room was large and comfortable. Staff did let me check in a few hours early although it was to a different room than I had booked, so I did not have a city view- floor 1 with windows but looking out at a wall. However, it was my choice to take the room and I was informed prior. Just something to be aware of. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating particularly Enes who booked me a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price €30. Food at breakfast was good.

Breakfast was busy and as a solo traveller, on one occasion there were no tables for me to sit at. The pool was also closed due to a maintenance issue and I specifically booked the hotel for the outdoor pool.

Location is great - Staff was helpful and cheerful and responsive - Room was generally clean and bed was comfortable

Arrived 8 hrs before chekin time, staff desk manager - ALI YUSEFI and CEBRAIL, were amazing helpful staff, to sort out our checking, and provide us with room, for amazing extra price. The staff desk manager also spoke very good English, to easily make bookings for DAY TOUR and AIRPORT TRANSFERS, as by experience, very few people in Turkey speak and understand English. The rooms were also very clean, and room service was amazing clean and left the room and bathrooms fresh and scented for next day. Overall, the management was excellent, and location wise, also, it was amazing to access BOSPHOROUS tours and other late night shopping experience, and Walking distance of 15 mins, to GRAND BAZAAR shopping experience. Value for money, as we booked 6 months before was amazing, and the staff manager Ali Yusefi matched that price for us, for extra 12 hr stay. Will recommend and be back again.

We did not have car, but I think car parking might be a problem, if u have hire car. Do check with hotel directly.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Eren! From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. He kindly upgraded my room, making my stay even more special, and was always attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming.
