All reception staff were friendly and helpful. Emre was exceptionally helpful, friendly and happy. The hotel had personality and was warm and friendly (compared to the corporate hotel we stayed at provided by the airline for our last night). I would stay here again despite the negatives.

The internet access didn't work most of the time and when it did it was slow so we used mobile data - the signal was pretty good. The bed sheet wasn't big enough for the bed, neither was the duvet. The duvet was missing a cover. One gown was stained and another missing a belt loop. One of the towels had a lipstick stain on. It would have been nice to have less processed meat and more meat options for breakfast (difficult to have high protein and low carbs and/or calorie meals)

The hotel was a good hotel among many other I have stayed at in Istanbul. I appreciated its central location between the Fatih District and the Sultanahmet area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Room service was polite and helpful. The front desk was generally very responsive to any needs and was accommodating. We had breakfast included, which was a good way to start the day before traveling out.

They have a rule of very limited towels. This wasn't helpful for us since we had two kids and often needed extra towels. The rooms had four different pillows offered. 2/4 pillows were decent, the other two were not good however we couldn't switch them out.

Our stay at Hotel Vicenza was wonderful from start to finish. The location is truly unbeatable – right in the heart of Istanbul, with many of the city’s most famous attractions just a short walk away. It made exploring the historic sites and vibrant streets so easy and enjoyable. The room was the perfect size for a couple – comfortable, well-kept, and thoughtfully arranged. It offered just the right balance of space and coziness, making it a great retreat after a day of sightseeing. A special mention must go to Zehra from Customer Relations. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. Her warm approach made us feel very welcome and well looked after. Overall, Hotel Vicenza exceeded our expectations. With its ideal location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding service – especially from Zehra – we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Roof top pool was a bit small but that didn't spoil my experience staying at the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for the city and only a few minutes walk to the nearest tram stop. The rooms are as pictured on the site and more than comfortable for 2 of us. Bathroom was clean and well presented. Breakfast had plenty of options and was kept well stocked even during busy periods. The pool area is small but adequate but during busy periods it was a bit chaotic - however having an outdoor pool in a city centre hotel is a bonus. All the staff I encountered were excellent, helpful & friendly.

Unfortunately due to the open nature of the inside of the building it was quite noisy - especially with slamming doors. However it didn't detract from the overall stay.

I spent 2 nights in this hotel. As I understand it, this is a hotel chain, but it was my first time experience with them. My choice was based on proximity to metro, pricing and the distance to the main attractions. The location, combination of quality and price satisfied me 100%. I liked the double room with one large bed on the fifth floor. The room was neat, clean, the facilities were in good condition. The bathroom had the all of necessary things, with the exception of dental supplies. I got a room near the staff elevator. In general, the room and the hotel were quiet, but when people were talking near the elevator, it was very disturbing. Also, the windows of the room overlooked the inner courtyard. In the mornings, forklifts start rattling, beeping and cars honking. Earplugs were very useful. I think these inconveniences were reflected in the price of the room. Breakfast is until 10 o'clock. On the first day, I came at 9 and was unpleasantly surprised. There were no free seats and I had to wait for one of the tables to be cleared. They clear the tables, however, quite quickly. By this time the coffee machine had run out of beans and no one had replenished it. I couldn't drink coffee, only water and milk came into my cup. The same thing happened with the juice machine. The juices ran out and it only gave out plain water. So, tea was the only choice. I had dinner in their a la carte restaurant, I liked everything there. The food was delicious, the waiters were attentive. During breakfast, the room was cleared, thrash removed, the bed was made, the towels were changed, and drinking water was provided. In terms of service, it was good. On the fifth floor, the wi-fi level was weak (one ). The air conditioner worked properly.

The pool outside was not working. The one on the rooftop is too small and all sunbeds were occupied. There were few people but other places were covered by towels even their owners were not there. Nasty thing to do like this. The view from the roof is quite nice and worth seeing.

The breakfast was overall good and always varied not focusing on one single type of food. There was 3 machines for coffee and juices and there was always filtered coffee ready to drink on breakfast. There staff really striving to keep it up and friendly with customers. Ms Ece presence during breakfast was really positive entertaining some talks with us to see our mood and if our activities were okay and that dialogue was appreciated. Mr. Djokai ( sorry for spelling) whose shift in the night was helping us constantly from the minute we reached the hotel : he gave us indication on finding cell phone data, accompanied us nearby to make it easy, gave us a metro card free of charge! Kept welcoming us during our stay. But also the other staff at reception were great : Mahmut, Hasan, the two other clerks who carried our bags ( sorry for names…), and a great room cleaning staff with that lady on 4 th floor who is absolutely human and smiling ! The location is great. Near the Vicenza hotel in same street a restaurant manager great to visit he was making magician for my 7 y. Old son . He gave us a reserved table for New years festival at 10 pm ! Go and enjoy their food too.

The hotel is well maintained but the structure is becoming old. The rooms furniture is getting old and may be some renovation could make it even better…

Lovely hotel in a great location with a marvellous garden restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The one thing I did not like about the hotel was that their lovely roof top pool closed at 6 o'clock in the evening, far too early. Most people who visit Istanbul, are there for sightseeing or business and so will be finishing their sightseeing or business at 5.30 to 6.00pm and then would like a swim. In the summer months the pool should be open until 8pm.

I am delighted to leave a review for this wonderful hotel! From the very first moments, we felt right at home. The staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and cozy, with attention to details that truly create a warm atmosphere. The food deserves special mention – breakfasts are diverse and delicious, with a wide selection of dishes to suit all tastes. The hotel grounds are well-kept and beautiful, perfect for walks and relaxation. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service! We’ll definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Minor issue with windows, not fully cosing

We were very satisfied with our experience. The breakfast was rich and very tasty. The room and room service were very pleasant. The room wasn’t luxurious, but still comfortable. I would especially like to thank the receptionist Yunus. A very nice and helpful man. The location was also excellent – there was a tram stop very close by, which took us quickly to Sultanahmet and Beyoğlu. There was also a metro station and various bus stops nearby. The area had plenty of restaurants and shopping streets.

The air conditioning didn’t always work perfectly, but the room wasn’t too hot.

This hotel provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, with amenities that exceeded expectations. The location was ideal, with easy access to attractions. Every detail reflected quality, and I highly recommend it. A special thanks to Emee Soydam and the entire team at Hotel Vincenza for their exceptional service—I look forward to returning! In addition to sightseeing, I highly recommend visiting the Cagaloglu Hamam. Though a bit pricey, the experience was worth every penny—the service was excellent, and I left feeling completely refreshed.

I chose this place mainly for the swimming, but unfortunately, it was unavailable due to being broken or under maintenance. Although I was very disappointed by this, the staff’s warm welcome was exceptional. The location is amazing, and I would definitely return. On my first day, the gentleman at check-in was outstanding. He went the extra mile to assist me and provided all the information I needed to ensure I had the best experience.
