Very nice and welcome staff everywhere and in spa area the guys were very kind and taking care of guests.

Swimming pool area need renovation. Coffe machine in breakfast is not with coffe beans, is sort of nescafe machine and if you want real coffe, you had to pay extra which in 4 star hotel shouldn't be.

The hotel was located close to both a metro and tram stop and was surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. However, these remain pretty much the same if someone stays for several days. In any case, it was exceptional with a good variety of cheeses, fruit , sweets and bread. Maybe there could have been a larger variety of hot dishes. Our room was spacious , clean we were very satisfied with it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Not really much to complain about! As mentioned above, there could have been a slightly larger variety of hot dishes but this is not exactly a serious problem, The pool was smaller than I thought it would be and the overall pool setting was not too inspiring for someone to spend a long time.

The room was very spacious and well equipped, even with a prayer rug, though we didn't need one. The breakfast was amazing, lots of options, from bread to tea, olives and desserts. The beds were really comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. The spa area was large, and with refreshing cool water. Positioning of the hotel is great, close to Suleyman's Mosque, Baiazid's Mosque, the Grand Bazaar and a 40 min walk from the Hagia Sofia and Topaki Palace. We went on food the whole trip.

The shower had 2 showerheads, one of which was leaking due to high pressure. Wasn't too much pain, if you could get the lever in the right position. The spa was nice, but the jacuzzi wasn't working. After a certain hour, even though it's open until 23:00, the saunas weren't working without assistance either.

Location is excellent, not right in the middle of the old city but close enough. So it is a bit quieter. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The front desk staff were wonderful, had all our keys ready on arrival, and offered any assistance we needed with a smile. Lovely people. The breakfast was good, not stunning but still offering a good choice. The restaurant staff were also very, very nice.

Waiting for an available lift at busy times was tedious. One of our group waited over 10 minutes to come down on the morning of departure. Minor issue, though. The shower door in our bsthroom has come off its runners and it was difficult to open and close. Needs attention.

The staff were really welcoming, the gentleman at the reception was especially nice giving us information about places to visit and more. The room was amazing, it was really big, clean and the bed very comfortable. The spa was great! We had breakfast included and the kitchen stuff has done everything to satisfy our taste and expectations, even more they made our experience at the Beethoven even more special by singing an happy birthday song to my partner and bringing us a fabulous dessert.

We loved location. Close to laleli station. The staff were very friendly. Making special mention of Islam and Safia. Islam is a true asset . He is hands on and very friendly. He goes the extra mile to make the stay amazing. The breakfast was also great.

I loved the Hamam bath however feel that a little more could have been done to prepare the area for summer season. Looking at a very mouldy ceiling was distasteful. A good paint could have solved that .

I recently stayed at this hotel and while I should have given them a 5-star for their service, there are a few things I had a problem with. First, the bathroom. I stayed in the Deluxe single room, and bless the cleaning lady, she came every morning with a bright smile to do her thing. However, the bathroom in room 415 had an unpleasant smell that the daily cleaning couldn't get away. I read a similar review on bookings.com and thought this would have been sorted, but it hasn't unfortunately. The hammam which was advertised as free between some hours of the day isn't actually free, and I believe this should have been communicated clearly in the details. Unless you do it yourself, it is paid. For someone who hasn't done or seen a hammam done before, it's bonkers to walk into the room when you don't know what to do. Typical way of getting bucks off customers, but I only booked this hotel because of the facilities that came with it, but I was only able to use the sauna once. Also, because room 415 was close to the elevator, all sorts of noises were coming into the room. While I don't have so much problem with that, light sleepers would definitely do. The staff, however, were always full of smile and ready to help, hence the 4-stars. Breakfast was great from 7-10am and they switched some foods everyday. I recommend, but make sure to read the fine print – if at all it is written.

Absolutely brilllant hotel the staff are exceptional especially the breakfast staff they were the highlight of our morning they were brilliant with our daughter Aiyla and even took care of her while we ate sometimes, the man making the omelette always made it for us as soon we walked in as he knew what we ordered and would bring it to the table, the cleaning ladies who did the rooms did a exceptional job every morning and would leave extra water for our baby. I was hesitant in going away with our daughter for her first holiday but the staff and the hotel I can’t fault at all they made it brilliant and it’s really spotlessly clean.

On our floor to get to our room there were 5 to 6 stairs which made it difficult because we had a pram

The staff were all very helpful and professional. The pool, although small, was a great facility to have and we enjoyed using the sauna, with both facilities having long opening hours. There was a great choice of food at breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and we both had an excellent night's sleep every night.

The drinks from the bar in the lobby were very expensive.

Rooms are spatious and clean, we got fresh towels, bath robes, slippers and water daily. SPA area was clean and very nice. Luxurious interior. Very nice staff and perfect breakfast - freshly made eggs, selection of fresh bread and vegetables, tasty ham&cheese and they even make fresh pancakes and waffles.

Old amenities - for example really loud minifridge. We missed basic utensils like spoons in the room. We had broken shower door so water was everywhere after showering. Jacuzzi is very very cold. They don’t advertise pancakes and waffles durring breakfast so we noticed it last day only :(
