The personell is exquisite. Reception desk - Mr Gazi, Mr Azad and Mr Tekin, very helpful, polite, friendly, hard working gentlmen. Good English which is definitily necessery to understand each other. All the others nice young people, helpful and kind. Only there is a presence of lack of English.

Daily room cleaning is OK, but during the years ( this was my 3-rd in Zagreb hotel ), extremely seeable no changes, no yearly cleaning and not checking the status of every single room. The swimming pool is the feature of the hotel, but every year something is wrong, something is not working. This year 1 of 2 jets in the pool was not working and nobody did nothing. I spent every year about 2 month in the hotel and dont like to make complaints about something that should be working. Food fantastic, guys at the reception desk fantastic, as well as all the others, but somebody should take complaints very seriosly. Probably manager if there is one. Educate personell English. I am trying to learn some Turkish. Regards Lidija

Great location, close to many attractions. lots of restaurants nearby, too . Public transport a few mins walk, with links to the whole city and the airports. Rooms spacious and comfortable , fridge in the rooms is definitely a plus! Staff was helpful and attentive, accommodating all requests from arranging airport transfer to keeping our luggage after check out as the flight was later in the evening, which allowed us to explore the city for the day. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and really good food. It would be great if there was natural coffee instead of instant coffee, but there was the option of tea, which was great .

The hotel is an amazing and excellent location at the laliy area is safe,room is very nice and clean the staff are very friendly and helpful Mr Gazi Mr Azad ,Mr takin and Mr youns and Mrs Rahma all make our stay more comfortable and unforgettable the breakfast is amazing and very delicious and variable evey day fresh ,tasty food .the pool on the 6th floor is perfect for relaxation and swimming . The housekeeping is available for any time and replies to your request immediately .it is very close to the tram and metro station (Aksray) .everyone in the hotel makes you feel like in your home. My stay was 5 days from 10 :15sep 24 . I will come back to the hotel in every visit to Istanbul. On our arrival at 10 am, Mrs rahma invited us to take our breakfast before checking in

good location, near a tram stop. 20 minutes on foot to the old town, there is also a clothing market nearby. there is a teleisolator, a dryer, an iron, you can ask at the reception, a refrigerator with water, and an air conditioner bed linen and towels were changed every other day. the bathroom is a little small and the shower is aromatic, but causes slight discomfort. on the 6th floor, the pool is clean and warm. the breakfast is tasty, there are fruits and vegetables, there were new dishes on the code day

We didn't like the pool, the person in charge didn't treat us with respect at all and refused to close the roof because of the cold and didn't let us swim freely like any pool, he was really racist

I was in Zagreb Hotel for 7 days with my husband, and the staff were very nice, polite, and hard working. Mr. Hakan is one of the staff during breakfast, I have never seen a man so hard working, always made sure the table is clear and clean for the next person to use. Rahma is just a gentle soul. She always asks people if they are okay if they there is anything they are not happy about. She gives information. I will definitely come back with my children. The woman making the fresh pancake was just too good. Good for tourists, lots of restaurants, you can never be bored. Cleaner comes in every day to clean, and she's a very nice woman Close to ground BAZAR, LALELI, FATIH, Trainstation. and so much. I will recommend this hotel

The breakfast is repetitive. On our arrival, We were given a small room, but it was changed the following day after we said it to them.

I stayed at this hotel for the fifth time, and once again, it was a pleasant experience. The staff, especially Reham, was very helpful. She gave me great advice regarding my luggage when I traveled to Trabzon Airport. I left my luggage in a secure place at the hotel and returned today. Upon my return, I requested a bigger room, and they gladly accommodated me. The breakfast is fantastic, featuring an open buffet with delicious fresh bread, cheese, Turkish tea, eggs, and more. It’s the best open buffet breakfast I’ve had. I truly appreciate the staff who assisted me with my luggage and made my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent and very quiet. As a traveler from Saudi Arabia, I highly recommend this hotel.

Hello everyone. My experience in this place in general is for everyone, especially for the British. Its location is in the middle of everything you need. It is a very wonderful place. As for the staff and management, they are wonderful, very kind, polite, and respectful. When they see you, they smile and work to make you happy and comfortable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I thank all the staff. They are all nice. In my opinion, the hotel deserves five stars because its cleanliness is excellent. The staff were warm, and welcoming from the start to the finish. The breakfast was awesome in variety, and taste. There was a lady preparing local pastry in the morning fresh! Waiters and staff were all knowledgeable on the locations and advised in professional fashion. The young front staff member waited with us at the departure for the taxi arrival right to the end. Nice touch.

The shower and bathroom was incredibly small. toilet and shower were almost touching. The bedroom was great though, very comfortable beds.

The location is very close to the public transportation (tramvay and metro) aksaray and vezenclier stations. Also, the staff are very friendly and professional.

The only thing I did not like is the fact that the reception is in the 1st floor and you need to take the stairs to reach the elevators. This was a kind of tiresome because I was traveling with a baby and have a baby stroller with me.
