Location was perfect as we could get Metro and rail station. 3 stops to all the main attractions and mosques and walking distance to Suleymaniye Mosque. Mosque across the road, was beautiful, heard the call to pray in the morning and we prayed fajr there Free top up water every day by the room person. Staff were helpful Wifi was brilliant Spa and swimming was good. Walking distance to local park and where locals eat. Designer fake brands and main streets behind the hotel.

Car parking fees in Turkey are too high hence why we parked outside. Gym - not brilliant can use for very basic exercises, there was a dead cockroach in there. I don't think anyone uses hence why there is very little in there.

Rooms were very comfortable. We had a deluxe room and a triple room both with mosque view. The pool was fantastic, kids loved it. Please remember swim caps (we forgot). Breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful, but please be mindful of food waste, there is plenty of food available to go back and forth. Was really sad watching people waste so much food. The hotel is in a very good location, tram stop is 5-10 min away, so easy access to Grand Bazaar, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque, and Karakoy(Galata Tower)

Air conditioning wasn’t working, might be because our stay was in February.

Location is good. Walking distance (~25 min) to the Blue mosque, or by tram (~10min). Safe and clean neighborhood. Good stuff. Pool and spa are good (free of charge). We also paid the VIP massage (massage + hammam), was good (price was ~70e pp). Rooftop restaurant (which can be seen on pictures) is for lunch / dinner (hotel restaurant for breakfast is in the floor -2)

The location was excellent. Easy access to many shops, buses and Metro. Walking distance to the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. A Beautiful Mosque is just in front of the hotel. We were given a room with the mosque view. It was amazing! We were sleeping with our curtains open coz we've wanted to sleep with the lighted mosque. The rooftop view is also great! The staff were nice and helpful. Our cleaning lady whom I forgot the name was superb! We've even hugged when we said goodbye. 😍 My family enjoyed the breakfast selection. Very healthy options available. The staff there were very attentive also. They work very hard clearing the tables and making sure the guests are taken good care of. The pool area was one of our favourite. Yunus and Deniz were amazing and has good customer service. They're were super friendly with our family! We will definitely come back!!! The gym equipments need to be updated. The steam bath was not working during our stay. But that is nothing major.

We had an exceptionally pleasant experience during our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with professionalism and kindness that immediately made us feel at ease. The staff was always courteous, attentive, and ready to assist with any questions or requests, ensuring we felt right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a true delight – diverse, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The ambiance of the hotel exudes warmth and attention to detail, making the overall experience truly memorable. We were equally impressed by the care and hospitality shown during our departure, leaving us with wonderful memories and a desire to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable stay!

I like the staff, and they also helped us when Turkish Airlines lost our stroller, Sercan (one of the staff) was helping us till we actually got our baby stroller back! Great location also with great breakfast , really liked our stay here :)

Rooms are neat and tidy, rather small but not too small. Amenities are ok, and hotel services are great! The biggest + of the place is its location - walking distance (20-30 minutes max.) for ALL of the Sultanahmet / Fatih and old City center attractions! And great value for money too! And the view from the atop restaurant and bar is just what Istanbul is ment to be :) (check out my 2 posted pictures)

Avoid rooms located at the 5th floor, as they can be rather noisy from the big AC units atop the building (or other "machinery" located up there and this can become a nuisance during the night time sleep!

It was a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel late night, gentlemens took your luggage and explained the services they provide. Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience, our room wasn't overall big but spacious enough. It was very warm in the rooms and you was able to change what temperature suited you best. Cleaning services from the maids were excellent, they respected your privacy and were smiley & pleasant. Ate at the rooftop restaurant twice, view is stunning, food was fantastic, reasonable portions and worth the money. Cafe downstairs located by lobby, was also very good. I loved their lattes! It compares nothing to UK, England coffee and I miss it very much! Staff at the cafe very pleasant and cute. Tried the breakfast once. It had a good variety of food to choose from but unfortunately not being a morning person, I did not eat there again. Overall my stay there was great, I would come back again despite some reception staff not showing any enthusiasm, some of them didn't smile at you.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Received a very warm welcome from this young boy as soon as I arrived. The room was not so big but it was warm and cozy. The maids was always helpful. Unfortunately I’m not a morning person so I tried the breakfast only on the first day and it was tasty and had many options. The staff was great just they’re not so good with English. The cafe was pretty nice and the staff there was always smiley and kind( they know how to make some good coffee as well). The rooftop restaurant was perfect, the view, the food (big and very tasty portions) and the staff there was experienced, so friendly and always smiley. They knew how to make your meal better!

The only thing I didn’t like was some of the staff at the reception. Most of them was good and friendly but there was some who was always a bit cold and short answered. And to think that’s the first thing you come into contact with, is not that nice. So maybe they need to work a bit on that.

Hotel location is great and on a walking distance from the main street leading to the old town and bazaars. Nearby is also a tram station and if one wants to take a ferry, it's also relatively close. Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is really nice and comfy. Room was daily cleaned, towels and hygiene products were always replaced, water pressure was great, heating was working fine as well, bed and pillows were comfortable enough and the room was spacious. Also, every day water and coffee/tea were replaced/refilled and the only strange thing was a small closet so it would be good if it could be bigger. Breakfast was fine, but it would be good if it were more diverse and if it were more vegetarian options and options for the people that are fasting (for example, there was no fish or hummus and similar...). Spa is included in stay if you're a hotel guest and you can use the pool and saunas. At the time we went there, Finnish sauna wasn't working tho and the pool was a bit cold, so it would be good if water temperature is higher and if the area around the pool is also heated more.

Nothing major - just the things that I previously wrote can be improved.
