The location is great, the breakfast is great, the room is clean. I really liked the sauna.

I booked a hotel for two nights on Booking.com. It cost me $170. In the end, when I arrived at the hotel, they charged $252 from my bank card and upgraded me without my consent, and put me in a business class room. I was very unhappy. I was deceived at the reception.

Location was perfect as we could get Metro and rail station. 3 stops to all the main attractions and mosques and walking distance to Suleymaniye Mosque. Mosque across the road, was beautiful, heard the call to pray in the morning and we prayed fajr there Free top up water every day by the room person. Staff were helpful Wifi was brilliant Spa and swimming was good. Walking distance to local park and where locals eat. Designer fake brands and main streets behind the hotel.

Car parking fees in Turkey are too high hence why we parked outside. Gym - not brilliant can use for very basic exercises, there was a dead cockroach in there. I don't think anyone uses hence why there is very little in there.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – within easy reach of the historic area, close to public transportation and surrounded by many restaurants, yet still tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

Breakfast could have been more in the traditional Turkish style – there were plenty of options and you certainly won’t go hungry, but I personally would have appreciated more local touches. Also, more clarity about the room details would have been helpful. The room we stayed in had no view at all – the windows faced a closed wall, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, still a good experience, and I would recommend it for its location and service.

Rooms were very comfortable. We had a deluxe room and a triple room both with mosque view. The pool was fantastic, kids loved it. Please remember swim caps (we forgot). Breakfast was lovely and staff were helpful, but please be mindful of food waste, there is plenty of food available to go back and forth. Was really sad watching people waste so much food. The hotel is in a very good location, tram stop is 5-10 min away, so easy access to Grand Bazaar, Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque, and Karakoy(Galata Tower)

Air conditioning wasn’t working, might be because our stay was in February.

The location was excellent. Easy access to many shops, buses and Metro. Walking distance to the Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. A Beautiful Mosque is just in front of the hotel. We were given a room with the mosque view. It was amazing! We were sleeping with our curtains open coz we've wanted to sleep with the lighted mosque. The rooftop view is also great! The staff were nice and helpful. Our cleaning lady whom I forgot the name was superb! We've even hugged when we said goodbye. 😍 My family enjoyed the breakfast selection. Very healthy options available. The staff there were very attentive also. They work very hard clearing the tables and making sure the guests are taken good care of. The pool area was one of our favourite. Yunus and Deniz were amazing and has good customer service. They're were super friendly with our family! We will definitely come back!!! Thank for the lovely holiday you've given us. ❤️❤️❤️

The gym equipments need to be updated. The steam bath was not working during our stay. But that is nothing major.

Location is good. Walking distance (~25 min) to the Blue mosque, or by tram (~10min). Safe and clean neighborhood. Good stuff. Pool and spa are good (free of charge). We also paid the VIP massage (massage + hammam), was good (price was ~70e pp). Rooftop restaurant (which can be seen on pictures) is for lunch / dinner (hotel restaurant for breakfast is in the floor -2)

The ambiance of the hotel exudes warmth and attention to detail, making the overall experience truly memorable. We were equally impressed by the care and hospitality shown during our departure, leaving us with wonderful memories and a desire to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable stay!

The location is perfect, very nice and safe area, the staff are the best, especially Shahinez, who gave us a nice room in no time and she appreciated that we came tired from the airport. Also she's the best tour guide and helped us know the best places in Istanbul. Samet & Ali were always there to help as when needed. Younis explained to us the Spa area, and he was very polite with high communication skills. Kiymet did an amazing job to help us with the room whenever needed even if we are going in different times than the house keeping ones. Hotel is excellent value for money with nice facilities and great location, but the best factor is the staff. We will come again soon. Highly recommend.

Nothing, we loved everything.

I like the staff, and they also helped us when Turkish Airlines lost our stroller, Sercan (one of the staff) was helping us till we actually got our baby stroller back! Great location also with great breakfast , really liked our stay here :)

Rooms are neat and tidy, rather small but not too small. Amenities are ok, and hotel services are great! The biggest + of the place is its location - walking distance (20-30 minutes max.) for ALL of the Sultanahmet / Fatih and old City center attractions! And great value for money too! And the view from the atop restaurant and bar is just what Istanbul is ment to be :) (check out my 2 posted pictures)

Avoid rooms located at the 5th floor, as they can be rather noisy from the big AC units atop the building (or other "machinery" located up there and this can become a nuisance during the night time sleep!
