The location is great. Very close to all major attractions yet not right in the middle of the chaos that is Sultanhamet area. Friendly staff. Good breakfast, in line with every breakfast that you get atvthe turkiahbtourist hotels: good variation of local cheese, local sallads, local bread, local salami. On top other tourist turkish hotels is the nice lady cooking an omlette the way you want it to. Satisfying list of turkiah and international TV channels, but you're not in Istanbul to watch tv, are you? Confortable beds, nice room gifts every day (free water, fruits and selection of local nuts). My wife's birthday was up during the trip and we got a surprise when we came back tot the room: we found a Happy birthday card, some choxolate and a mini birthday cake.

Clean, tidy and organized. Very central location close to everything you need. Whether leisure or business trip, this is the hotel you need. Internet was great, facilities great, staff were all outstanding. That’s my second Stay there. Breakfast was ok like everywhere else but eatery in Istanbul is everywhere.

It was an amazing 10 days in Oran Hotel Istanbul the management team Ferhat, Eyup, Abdullah and all the staff, service room, restaurant and breakfast were very helpful very polite they do the extra mile to keep you happy and satisfied, i really felt home we've always been greeted with a smile, respect and help what we needed, the breakfast is freshly made every day and we were spoiled with a lots of choices The location is perfect near the tram, Metro, buses, restaurants, shops and makes this beautiful city more amazing I will recommend and i will definitely come back to Istanbul and stay in this charming place ORAN HOTEL Thanks again to the management team FERHAT, AYUP, ABDULLAH AND ALL THE STAFF

The hotel is in a very convenient location: 2 minutes from the metro station and 5 minutes from the tram on a quiet street, within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet Square. There are many cafes and shops around. The room is large, clean, it has everything you need: a bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, 2 bottles of water, a kettle, a refrigerator. The hotel also has a free sauna, and for an additional fee, a hammam and massage. On the top floor there is a panoramic restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast is buffet style, quite varied. Very friendly, professional hotel staff. Everyone speaks several languages. Next time I will definitely stay at this hotel

All was great!

Everything. Clean, spacious rooms. The bed is very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean too with a lot of amenities. The air conditioning and wifi work perfectly. Staff is super kind, they put you two bottles of water everyday in the room. They gave us a dish of fruit for welcoming and two days they gave us biscuits. Breakfast is very good and with a lot of variety, fruits, cakes, jam, cold meats...we stayed 7 days and it was excellent

This is my first time staying at this hotel. A small present in the form of a plate with fruits and nuts was waiting for me in the room. Which, along with a cup of fragrant coffee from the coffee machine, created a pleasant mood. I would also like to mention the good location for exploring the historical sights of Istanbul. Very good impressions from the staff. Galip explained in great detail about the hotel's services and offered to leave our luggage at the hotel the next day before departure to the airport.

I expected more from breakfast. Very tasteless sausages and oil for fried potatoes with a peculiar smell

Considering price-quality this is really good hotel. We had booked two rooms and asked making them close to each. Ones we arrived the hotel promoted our booking to the Magnolia Suit for free! Every days compliments (fruits, nuts, cakes or sweets) made children happy 😊. Special thanks to Galip and Halit for the hospitality and positivity!

I had to spend one week in Turkey. I was for business trip unfortunately I was in three different hotels because I wasn’t happy for the service. I did find this oran hotel. I had excellent experience at the beginning specially with the reception stuff usually in Istanbul the reception they are quiet and pleasant not well welcoming . The hotel which I was the room are very clean . And Beautiful the bed are very comfortable, including the breakfast in the morning is full for different variety this Oran hotel he made the rest of my Business trip very pleasant and I enjoy staying in Istanbul. I really recommended for everyone coming to Istanbul for long or short stay to have same experience

The staff was really nice, especially the restaurant staff who were very helpful. We'd like to personally thank miss Kevser, miss Leyla, and mister Melih for the wonderful breakfast they provided for us, and the kindness they treated us with. The wifi was great, and the different heating devices were very effective.
