The hotel is clean , i saw hotel with 1500 reviews on the booking and many of them said its clean and good but they have bedbugs , but this hotel is really clean and the the bed mattress it’s impeccable . Believe me its ok. I was searching for a good price hotel and clean without no mold and from outside i was thinking this hotel will be so bad but i was surprised in a good way . Single things I didn’t liked was breakfast which was same everyday and we had stomach problems two times . They need to fix this problem.

The hotel owner Yusuf was friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Location was good and I liked that it was walking distance (10-20 mins) to some of the major landmarks like the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque or Hagia Sophia.

The mattress could do with a change, mine felt a little sunk in. Despite that I was still able to get a decent sleep.

Clean, without smell bad or mold. Bed are clean . Rooms have good light . Bathroom looks nice . In one of the rooms we had problems with door from bathroom,we fight to open it everytime because was stuck. The price is correct for the hotel. Areea its safe . In twins rooms shower cabin is smaller but in the rooms with double bed its so fine . Before to book this hotel i was search for another to much and i check google reviews before to do it and i was shocked about bad comments from the another hotels. Even this hotel dont have so many reviews, i m telling you honest is good . The man from the reception is really good to help you in everything’s. They talk nice and they try to make you feel comfortable and they have solutions for everything. Also they give me late check out for free which was nice and good for us . So in this way i want to thanks them again.

Breakfast! I advice them to make a change everyday . We get bored from same food 6 days . 2-3 days we didnt eat anything, just go to take tea or coffe.

Large good quality variety provided for breakfast, to suit both local and foreign tastes. Excellent location, close to Vezniceler metro and Laleli tram, giving easy access to the whole city, the boat stations, and the airports. All staff (concierge / breakfast waiting staff / room maids) very kind, polite and helpful. Our room was cleaned and made up every day. Good value for money.

Location was in heart of Istanbul, nearby to famous touristic attraction. The staff was friendly. The view of the city from terrace was quite good. Room was cozy and clean. Overall satisfied and value to money, could not try their Cruise offer due to time, but surely next time.

The only issue I faced was with washroom sleeper, although they provided one but not the proper one. It was disposable one like made of cloth or paper.

The breakfast was ok unfortunately for my son he didn’t like it because he was not used to that type of breakfast. The room was next to the installation of air conditioners of couple of rooms so at night was kinda hard to sleep with the window open.

The breakfast buffet is delicious with a good variety of options. The staff are so nice, respectful and attentive. Special thanks to Serhan, Kadhem and Abdullah, they will always ensure you are comfortable and satisfied. The location is great as well. The room's cleanliness surpassed my expectation, always cleans and equipped with necessary amenities. .

Excellent balance between price and quality. The hotel is situated near the most of the visiting attractions. The personel is extremly nice and helpful, special thanks to Mr. Adem. The rooms are very clean: the lady came every day during our staying. Hopefully, we will return again.

Very good location near to the center of istanbul and near to the public transportation

The room is very small with no space for eating or doing some work, and there is no kettle for tea or coffee and very basic breakfast

Cleanliness in the hotel, location perfect near tram line to Sultanahmet and metro to Taksim, room was dissent and cleaned everyday, price-service ratio is very good, very quiet neigbourhood what was surprising, breakfast was sufficiant and dissent. Very pleasent receptionist.
