Staff were friendly and at service, breakfast was good and the location is in the center of the city near all the transports, The room was clean and they change towels every day, comfortable beds

I wished we had blankets in the room as the air conditioning is a bit cold, some noise from the air conditioning motors cause the window directly opens on the patio where the engines are but it's ok

Breakfast was great - good variety and filling. Make sure to eat properly before heading out as eating out in Istanbul in 2024 is super expensive compared to previous years! Great location near to tram station (few stops away from Grand Bazaar and Sultanahmet) and metro. Neighbourhood felt safe and lively at night as lots of restaurants nearby.

Upon entering the room, there was a sewage smell that lingered throughout the stay but it was not so strong that I couldn't ignore it since we were out most of the day and only around to sleep at night.. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, found old hair in the shower. The air-conditioning was central so the room was hot and stuffy, we had to open the window to let in air but the surrounding noises of the shops and construction made it harder to sleep.

The gentlemen at the desk are very polite and always willing to help with getting a taxi for me.Taxis stop in front of the hotel. The lady at breakfast was always helpful. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere at the top floor was a nice experience. Everything wasn't too very clean! The location between tram and train stations and the stores and restaurants around the hotel is very convenient.

The staff was extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating. You get 15min of free sauna and Turkish bath every day. The hotel is very central in the Fatih area, and is extremely close to a metro station.

The rooms are tiny, barely enough room to walk or leave your stuff around, making it almost impossible to spend time in the room.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel! The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk from the metro station, which made getting around Istanbul very convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was amazing – always smiling, kind, and ready to help. I felt very welcome from the very first moment. I would happily stay here again!

This comfy hotel is perfectly located in the historical district of Istanbul, close to several attractions and historical bazaar. The place is also accessible by metro and tram just approx 100m away. The hotel features a shared stable Wi-Fi in-room and public areas. A separate toilet and a shower are provided, plus aminities. Various continental breakfast option is available every morning at the hotel.

Liked the staff , they were amazing Hotel and the rooms were clean . location is amazing near the tram and the metro station ,also taxis and cars can pick you up from front of the hotel .

breakfast was good, but not that much variety, they could do better They only served water bottles , tea and Nescafe the first day in the room .

Informed the staff I was coeliac and if there were any gluten free options for breakfast. The replied quickly via message. At the hotel they had prepared a dish specially for me. The staff showed me the dishes I could have and the ones I couldn't. Top quality service.

Shower flooded the bathroom.

Location is very good, between Metro and Tram. Quiet area near university and restaurants. Staff try very hard to communicate in English using google translate. Staff very helpful even no smile on some faces. Shower temperature is very steady.

There is no hanger for towels in the room AT ALL! I got to put my wet towels in the sink or on the bed. Floor carpet in the room is dusty, bathroom is not clean, i can easily see yellow stain around sink area. Breakfast is a bit less, i expect more international breakfast. Room size is very small for 2 person, and place to open your luggage is on the bed.

After check-in and open the rooms door the smell of room was not good (like sewage drain from toilet). The rooms should be ventilated and using air fresheners
