The staff were very nice, friendly and easy to get on with. Helped every time I needed something. Water and heating worked. Walking distance from Taksim and public transport. Shops all around the area. The apartments were clean and good facilities all in all.

The studio is tiny. My fault for booking it but can't move if you have a suitcase. The second apartment was spacious but the shower was broken so it didn't work properly at all. Parking was very hard and risky in the narrow streets. Rental could have been hit or scratched.

The staff were flexible in changing our booking to a better one, at a good discount. The place was well maintained we had good attention to details, the apartment had small items that you would want to have and saves you a lot of trips to the supermarket.

Despite the great diversity in the breakfast menu and friendliness of the staff, the amounts were not as we expected based on the reviews from bookings. Also we arrived at the breakfast area at 8:05 and the staff not all of them were there so we had to wait for about 25 minutes to get the breakfast. Inside the apartment the tub was very small. Also, location look like it was safe despite the fact that we didn't face any problems and there was a lot of security equipment inside the building. What was good about it though is that it is very close about 7 minutes walk to a very vital tourist shopping location.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the rooms look just like on the photos. There is everything you need if you are staying with your family -a kitchen, a watching machine and even a dishwasher. The location is super convenient - you can either walk to the sights (Istiklal, Taxim, Galata) or use public transport - the bus stop and metro are very close. The guys on the reception were always friendly and helpful. The cleaning services were excellent. I also liked that there was a nice cafe Berry where you can have breakfast and dinner or just order food to your appartment. So when I had no time to cook for my kids - I was really happy to have this option. I must say that I was on a business trip to Istanbul and so I wasn't planning much of sightseeing but thanks to Istanberry tours that you can order on the reception I saw so much!

Well, at first it was unusual for me to live on the -1 floor and there is a lively street nearby so it can a bit noisy. But I myself consider these facts only as pluses because I felt the local rhythm and atmosphere. It's like to stay in the very heart of Istanbul with all its narrow streets, old buildings and of course cats:) I was staying at Istanbery with my kids and after a long day of sightseeing - they always slept well and never complained of noise.

Everything was exceptionally great , the place was so clean , so tidy , very comfortable , contained everything a traveller might need during their stay, As for the staff , I can't find the proper words to express my appreciation to their service , they were all great, always smiling , extremely helpful, they were there all the times I needed them , they all speak English, one of them speaks French plus English, they were extremely polite and nice. Actually, I highly recommend this place for short or long periods of stay , I'm sure that everyone will have a great experience dealing with such a very nice staff plus enjoying the quite , wonderful place. I'm sending my appreciation and thanks to all tbe staf and the owner of such a great place. Love and peace.

The location was very nice, not to far away from the main spots, but still super quiet. Really helpful and always nice staff, they helped us to get around, plan our trip (even away from istanbul) and organized transport for a reasonable price (to the airport for example).

The only minor points are: The bed was slightly uncomfortable and there was tiny bit to less space to dry the towels.

the location is more than perfect as it’s just 5-9 mins from Taksim Square and only 2 mins from Isteklal Street and it’s just two mins from the main bus station “Omar Hayyam” which will take you all over Istanbul.

The breakfast offered with the apt is so minimal and they are calling it mini-breakfast and if you want more you can upgrade inside their cafe with more compensation.

The staff, Ersin, Hasan, Guner. These people are gems and available for you 24/7 round the clock making them the most professional people ever. They were always there to help and discuss my issues in general. I was stuck in another city but Ersin was in contact with me and made sure I made it back safely. These people are like family.

Lovely apartment with bedroom, living room and kitchen. I was on workation and fast and stable wi-fi with a desk gave me comfortable working conditions. Also I prefer cook a breakfast and there was all I need. Finally washer and dishwasher made my living there absolutly comfortable. Great apartment for good price.

People at the front desk... exceptional! Very helpful, great attitude and quality customer service! There is one guy that speaks spanish! Great vibe! 15/10
