Staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked in very late, and Mr.Enver and Mr Oğuz both very friendly and professional take care of us and Mrs. Merve, very friendly and helpful, and she made excellent verity of breakfast and breakfast called " Menemen."It was so delicious also chees omelet and other verity ,all perfect . Breakfast time was 8am to 10:30am and on last day we have to leave hotel 8am ,and she Made excellent breakfast for us early at 7am she is very kind and she did awesome job very professional. Good location, the staff was very pleasant. Parking space is provided on the street. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. Great and very rich breakfast with variability and including a Turkish plate and tea.

The bathroom didn't have ventilation. The breakfast included coffee, but it could include other kinds of coffee (e.g. filter coffee) instead of solely the nescafe instant coffee sticks.

The staff is extremely nice , always available to help if needed . No problem with cleaning. Windows are free to open. There is a parking lot.

I think I am not the first one speaking over a lighting in the rooms , unfortunately to make it as a twilight is not a good idea. In my opinion.

Very well located hotel for a reasonable price. If you're with a car, you can park at a nearby parking lot for free. The rooms have nothing fancy, but are equiped with everything that's necessary and are a good size. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was very dark, you couldn't read a book with the dim lighting.

Hgrreat location near Basmane and bit on the busy street which made it quiet. Staff was friendly and offered to provide any assistance we needed. Great shower and bed.

Blanket is thin like a towel can be cold at night.

There was cigarette smell all over the building. Elevator wasn’t functioning once so we had to carry all our luggages to 3rd floor to entrance once we exit.

I like that it was close to the city center, the hotel reception team was accommodating and super friendly! I like their breakfast too :)

Friendly staff,great location,comfortable and cozy room.we've stayed for 10 days and I highly recommended. The breakfast was good.our room was on the 5floor and overlooking the Park. That was so amazing.

we had a great holiday at the hotel, the people at the reception are very attentive, friendly, kind and very helpful, the rooms are clean, good location everything is next to the hotel ( metro, train, taxi, centre ville, restaurants…)

you get what you pay for good clean hotel nice staff and great wifi location was decent can’t complain
