It was good.

Some traveller's behavior did not like which it was: when leaving, or coming to the room they were talking, or walking very loudly, and closing the door very hard which was disturbing others. If you wake up early it doesn't mean others should do too. Pls, respect others too. Thank you!

The location is close to the public transport and easy to locate. The staff are nice, cordial and professional and helpful. The rooms were neat and tidy. They clean on a daily basis. I would recommend it.

Not that I hate it, but I want them to improve their breakfast dishes and water heater. They have few breakfast options. The water heater takes 5 mintues to heat up for the shower then no heater for lavatory. I checked in and the electric kettle wasn't working though they managed to changed it right away. There was cigarette scent - I didn't request for non-smoking room and am not sure if it was smoking room or coming from another room.

If you’re looking for an affordable place within walking distance (20min) to the main city center area and Bazaar, you have found the best place. For the price it can’t be beat. The room was small but very very clean. The bathroom was even smaller but very clean as well. I was traveling alone and got the smallest/cheapest room so these may not apply to your situation. The room was totally fine for 1 person. The breakfast was the same each day but it had solid choices! Chopped sausages, hard boiled eggs, multiple types of cheese, meat, veggies and most importantly Turkish tea. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The WiFi was BLAZING FAST. I was shocked. I was streaming and watching YouTube videos the whole time with no interruptions. I don’t know if all rooms have this amazing connection but I was in 304 if that helps anyone. The A/C was nice and cold.

The air condition worked very well however, it was directly above the bed and would occasionally spit out some condensation water on me while laying down in bed. It wasn’t a lot and it didn’t really bother me so I didn’t see the need to complain. I’m not sure how this would be fixed but if it can then the room would be perfect!

My room was big and functional. It was a little difficult for me to find the hotel on the first day, so if you have luggage and are a foreigner it would be better to take a taxi (from center, its like 5 min by taxi to get the hotel), and it was 25-30 minutes walking from the center. In general, it is also close to the metro and you can even reach the airport easily by metro. Breakfast was included in the price as well and in my opinion it had everything a breakfast should have, so that was fine by me too. There were kettle and TV in the hotel as well. The staff were so friendly and positive as well. In short, the price balance was good for the hotel.

Very clean, spacious and cozy rooms. Excellent breakfast and the stuff was very helpful and friendly. There is a taxi parking close to the building and a mini market next to it.

There were too many mosquitos in our room.

A small hotel at walking distance from the Culture Park and the Metro station Basmane (about 750 mt), it is cozy and clean and the staff is very kind, English speaking, and helpful. In the room there is a mini bar and a kettle so it is always possible to have cold or hot drinks. Two small bottles of water are provided daily. Wi-Fi and A/C are efficient and working well. The breakfast, based on the typical Turkish salted one, does not have a large variety but all the products are fresh and tasty. It is a very affordable little hotel for Turkish families, but also a nice stay for foreigners who appreciate simplicity and local habits.

The consistency of some towels is not very appropriate, it would be nice to have them renewed. There is no view from the rooms, but if you stay out all day it is not a big issue.

The staff were great, very welcoming! The bed was quite comfortable. The amenities in the room were good. The house keeping came every day. Free water in the mini-fridge. Breakfast is 4 hours long. Quite close to the railway station where you can go to and from the airport.

Very thin walls, you can hear anyone. Breakfast was okay. The shower is quite small and shower head was not in a very good condition.

The staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was good and clean. Kulturpark and Konak Bazaar are within walking distance. The Izban and other public transportation are also nearby. In the area are also some places with traditional Turkish food. I can recommend this hotel.

Great location. The closest train station is Hilal (which has metro and izban line) and is only a 5-min walk from the hotel as compared to Basmane (10 min walk). It is also near to many local restaurants, pharmacies and hospitals (the hotel is just few feet away from the hospital’s emergency entrance). The manager (who I am assuming is the owner) was very accommodating to all my requests, and he is also very friendly. Roomkeeping is done daily which is very good.

Nothing. The property is a bit old but everything still functions perfectly. Except the TV bcos maybe i dont know how to turn it on, but that was not a problem because I was not there to watch TV
