I recently stayed at a hotel in Izmir for about 10 days. The hotel was clean and well-located, making it convenient for transportation and exploring the city. However, it could benefit from some renovations to modernize the facilities and address issues like dampness in some areas. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Messut were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made our experience enjoyable by guiding us and providing great recommendations. Their warmth and care were outstanding. If I return to Izmir, I would consider staying at this hotel again, mainly because of the amazing staff. However, for an even better experience for future guests, a few updates to the hotel’s facilities would be beneficial.

Lovely hotel near the Kültürpark, with even lovelier staff. For the price you pay, this place is excellent - rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, restaurants are within walking distance. But what really makes this place great is the staff - they are all so kind and polite, especially Mesut who speaks perfect English and offered to help us with a medical problem. He really went above and beyond when he didn't have to, which is why you should be giving this hotel your business.

Not truly a negative, but - we were upgraded to a bigger room which had a strong cigarette smell. We asked to move and were given the initial room we'd booked. Maybe it's best to have a separate floor for smoking rooms? Smart TV with Netflix / streaming apps would be nice. We brought a Chromecast but there was no HDMI port in the TV, and no plug socket within reach anyway. Otherwise a perfect stay and no complaints.

I chose this location for the second time and for the second year in a row because of the impression from a year ago. The staff at the reception was very kind, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, but the sofa bed was broken [it could not be extended]. The parking space [behind the hotel] was not a problem even if I arrived at the location a little later.

The air conditioner needs repair, also the kitchenette should be better equipped. The room should be renovated a little in places.

This property is a must go to in İzmir. Very close to all shops, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach. Owner of the property is amazing😊We had a problem first night with noisy neighbours kids, she changed it straightaway for us. Staff at the reception very good and helpful too.

This is not a complaint but for improving to the even high standard. Host can look into keeping a microwave and some extra cutlery with knives etc. Also drying dish rack will be good too.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to everything you might need while exploring Izmir. The staff was extremely friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The service was professional and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the beautiful city of Izmir.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The owner and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was super comfortable and had everything we needed, they allow to use their kitchen if there’s a need to cook something quickly. The service was excellent and the staff from the reception was very kind. We definitely recommend this place 100%.

The hotel has a large barrier parking lot and very spacious and modern suites. Both receptionists were met were very kind and helpful. We especially liked the spacious walk-in shower, the individually-controlled AC, the kitchenette, the balcony and the full-length mirror. We found cold water upon arrival and we were offered cold water when we left for our journey. The main sights of Izmir are within walking distance, but you can also grab the subway. This accommodation feels like home.

Some pieces of furniture and the floor were a little worn out. My personal opinion is that a glass door for the bathroom is not practical at all and offer little to no privacy.

One of the best hotels in Izmir. The staff speaks good English, is helpful and always ready to help. Definitely 5 stars!!!
