The cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was tasty, although the menu was mostly the same every day. The breakfast staff were friendly and attentive. The welcome at check-in was warm. Thanks to the location, we could easily visit places like Ephesus, Çeşme, and Kuşadası using public transportation (train, metro, ferry, and bus) with the İzmirKart.

It was disappointing that the staff only recommended taxis for transportation. In reality, İzmir has excellent public transport options that are easy and affordable, but we weren't informed properly. Also, the area around the hotel felt uncomfortable at night due to many nightclubs and adult venues nearby — not ideal for families or those seeking a quiet environment. In addition, they did not accept my early check-in request and refused a late check-out, which was a bit frustrating.

The staff was wonderful, helpful & friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. The shower head was one of the best I've ever used. It's an incredible value for the price. It's conveniently located within 10 minutes of the train, and about half an hour from the airport.

The bathroom had a bit of an odor sometimes, but that's fairly common here. Some other people who stayed in the hotel were noisy (but that's obviously not the fault of the hotel).

All of the staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was lovely I personally love the tea they have, I did told the person how was looking after dinning area I will leave a good and positive review, I am sorry I couldn't remember hes name it's just my memory is terrible 😄. I definitely would stay in PERLA ARYA if I need somewhere to stay.

Rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to our breakfast guy who made sure everything was well prepared. I really would recommend the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.

It was not the most convenient location. And I didn't find alot of eating options close to the hotel.

The room is very spacious, luxurious and with great facilities. Very close to train station which is a good and cheap connectivity for airport as well. Petrol pump right outside is a great convenience for bottled water, etc.

There are no good restaurants around. After an exhaustive tour day, we had to order food online since there were none within 10 mins of walk. (Minimum distance 30 mins walk). Breakfast at the hotel had very few options.

Friendly host at desk. No restaurant but a great food delivery service. Good range of items for breakfast and great coffee. Spacious room. Walking distance to metro for transfer to airport or central station for wider travel.

Can be a little difficult to find off the main road.

I really enjoyed my stay at Perla Aya. Big rooms, clean, comfortable beds and kind and helpful people at reception.

Not the best location, far from the city centre but 10 min. walking to the train station. Poor breakfast, there's not very much to choose from.

The breakfast was simple but delightful The hotel in general is clean and comfy the rooms' cleanliness is very good It was nice to provide us with 2 bottles of water everyday and sufficient soap and shampoo the location, though in a poor and inconvenient neighborhood, is good as it is close to the metro/ train station. you can also reach konak square (the old city) by walking

the neighborhood is poor and inconvenient for kids as there are bars and cabarets it would be nice if the breakfast varied a bit , it was exactly the same everyday, and for someone who's staying for a longer period, it could get boring the cleaning staff should be more careful as one time they threw up something that was not garbage

The staff at the front desk were very helpful, especially because we were a group of tourists. They helped us with transportation and ordering food, and we’re available for the needs of our group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. a great value for your money.

Nice hotel, close to the train station, well connected to the main bus station. Friendly hotel staff, clean and spacious rooms. Izmir's main attractions are easily reachable on foot, but you can also use public transport.
