Breakfast was nice with friendly and helpful staff that let us keep our bags their while we waited for flights after check-out. It was a decent location, could walk all around Alsancak/Konak to the seaside with plenty restaurants or café near and could get to any transportation easily. Decent space in the room with kettle and small cooking area, a good bed and table.

Shower was slightly broken but wasn't much of an issue still worked fine.

Great location, very kind and helpful personnel, good WiFi, cooler and kettle in the room, welcoming water, tea and coffee set. Reasonable price. Supermarkets, food spots, seafront in the walking distance. I would like to emphasize the hospitality we were given by reception guys, cleaner and breakfast ladies. Special thanks to them for making our stay comfortable!

Standard room window is very close to the next building and covered by blinds which are blocked in the "closed" position. I felt a bit claustrophobic due to this. There is also an emergency exit door in the room which we used like a source for a fresh air pretending having a tiny terrace :) One more thing that should probably be really taken care of is a problem in the bathroom. When guests in the upper room have been taking a shower, we experienced a "rain" in the bathroom. So while you are at the toilet bowl, the water from the ceiling drops right on your head and the floor around. We used feet towel to mitigate the river on the bathroom floor and it helped, but the problem itself is strange.

Very good hotel. Nice staff with good English, helped us to find the best way to our next destination. Good location: train from the airport (25 minutes) and taxi (5 minutes) or by foot (20-25 minutes because of big road junction. From the hotel in 10 minutes is a subway station or 20 minutes to the embankment of Aegian sea. The room is middlesized, has a little kitchen, if you want to cook something (kettle, induction cooktop) and private bathroom with good shower system. There were two bottles of water in the fridge - it was really lovely because of hot weather. Comfortable double bed. Also there was a coach and a big closet. Conditioner is on the very good place to cold the air, but not to make cold to you 😄 Somebody has written about some noise outside, we have heard nothing. At the morning we have had fine breakfast with fruit.

Only one thing: watermelon at the breakfast wasn't fresh, but I hope it was a one-time mistake.

Nice place to stay in Izmir, close to the center

There was a small kitchen - which is perfect - but not even a single pan... Instead there is a service that you can order some food to your room, which actually works great

My husband and I traveled to Izmir for holiday. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was decent, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for money. The hotel is close to public transport and many restaurants/grocery stores.

The room smelled very badly of smoke.

Very nice mini-hotel with a perfect location right near Kultur park in the city center. Walking distance to the central areas. Personnel is helpful in advising on the city and solving issues. Wi-fi provided. Overall very good facility for affordable price.

Hotel room is bit shabby. Breakfast is rather limited. Anyhow if staying for a few days the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

Good location, friendly staff and quite good breakfast

Breakfast was ok, but hot dishes such as sausages or eggs should be kept hot as breakfast is served between 8 and 10 and at 9 all of hot dishes were already cold...

Excellent staff. I was staying there in the middle of September 2022 for one week. Among all the staff members that were amazing I would like to say special thank to Mahmet (receptionist) and Nusret(lady from house keeping).

The location of the hotel is very good. The pedestrian street is 10min away by foot. The rooms are clean, big enough, fasionable and comfort. The bathroom is nice, clean and light. Would visit again!

There was no place to park the car, we had to pay extra for a parking place.
