building is very nice and pleasant to walk in staff are very polite and professional, rooms are very nice , they have nice spa is very nice and a lounge area that is very modern and beautiful

breakfast was not very fresh, also certain time of the day, experienced bad odor like swag, coming from the AC we asked them and they said nothing can be done , which was extremely unpleasant. location is okey not the best, had to get a taxi to go anywhere, which preferred a better location, also hallways worked with motion detector and most of the time would time out and halfway to your room is pitch dark

Amazing hotel with great staff, good location and perfect food. All hotel staff were friendly, especially Mr. Recep and Mr. Erdogan were really helpful from the first day. Rooms are super clean, comfortable and new. Breakfast is amazing. Location is really great, you can walk to seaside in 15 mins or you can take a local taxi for $3-4 max. There is a big grocery shop just near to hotel. Minibar prices are very cheap, unlike other hotels. This hotel was better than some of the 5 stars I stayed before. I will definitely stay there again. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows are ok. Varied breakfast. Free parking in front of the hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us rooms with windows facing a hall, where there was no air and natural light and it smelled very badly of mold. After I showed them that the booking does not specify this and that they are not correct in the description, they gave us a normal room with normal windows, with an exit to the street, to the air. An absolutely horrible smell came from the bathroom every time I turned on the light. The light in the room was very weak, you could hardly see anything.

Fantastic hotel with very polite staff. The room was very spacious and with good furnitures. The restaurant and reception staff are perfect.

Cleaness should be improved. A lot of noise coming from ventilation system. The breakfast needs improvement in terms of variety and also when full, there should be food for everyone. Sone mornings everything was empty!!!

- great location from Izmir airport (one train from the airport to Kemer station, 8 stops away, then 5 minute walk from station) - comfortable +++ - large room and bathroom - good breakfast - about 20 minute walk from seafront

- internet is good. no concerns but just to point out that access is provided about 15 minutes after checked in..you have to log in with your room number and passport ID. it refreshes every night.

The hotel is near Metro station and the sea side.Bazar and Agora tourist places. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The food of breakfast and dinner are delicious. The wifi is good speed. The price is good and cheap than others. The room is quite big and modern design. The bed very comfort. The room service is good. I will be come again when I visit Izmir.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, it is new with a nice design. The room was very large and it was very clean. The bed was very comfy. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and varied. It is not so far from the port and center - we reached the port in 20 minutes by walk. The area is a little bit strange but we did not have problems, it was safe, we even walked at late hours. We had a good parking right in the front of the hotel.

Mr. Erdogan at the reception was very friendly. The room size was perfect

Staff,The quality of the bed ,the space of the room and the breakfast.The hotel is new and well equipped.Breakfast was varied and offered healthy and hearty alternatives.Staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The area is not at all dangerous but a little noisy and dirty.However,it is served well by public transport and a taxi costs around U$4 to the centre.

Clean and Good staff, especially at the Reception! Mr Erdogan was very helpful and gave us the best help under the hole stay ! Great person indeed.
