Our large group stayed at this hotel, and we were absolutely delighted with everything! The rooms were fresh and cozy, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We're especially grateful to the staff for accommodating us in adjacent rooms - this made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel employees proved to be true professionals - extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is perfect! The hotel is right in the heart of Kaş, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the town. We sincerely apologize if we caused any inconvenience with our cheerful noise - we were having so much fun that it was hard to contain our excitement! We spent a week at Luff Suites, the staff certainly has made an impression on us, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient in Old Town but also because of that expect part noises until 2.30 am! Nice view from the balcony Other reviews mentioned the modern design of the hotel, I can agree to a certain point, it's modern but not practical, for example the mirror in the bathroom is tinted with back lit light, the only other light is slim above the door, it's so dark you can't see yourself clearly for shaving nor applying makeup. The bedside tables are also very 'modern', no drawers for storage and of the size of a magazine so really not enough space to leave your iPad, phone, glasses etc. I only mentioned this not to nick pick but hope the hotel can consider user friendly and functions over design. The shower is spacious and good water pressure. Very good breakfast

Not enough storage and a dark bathroom.

We loved this place at first sight! Stylish apartments freshly renovated! We had a spacious corner loft with balconies on both sides (you can see the mountains and the sea). We liked the ceiling window in the bathroom. Good breakfasts, something new every day. Homemade food quality. There were even detox drinks. The location is probably the best. In the very heart of Kas. The streets of the old town start right from the hotel, Marina is within 5 minutes walk. The street opposite the reception is pedestrian, which creates a quiet atmosphere and we enjoyed our breakfast at the terrace. Parking is of course problematic which is typical for Kas city center, but you can find a place after 10 pm. We parked our car in Marina free parking where you can always find a place. It's a 5-minute walk. Friendly guys at the reception and very helpful. We will definitely come again!

It would be nice to have more storage space for clothes, for example, to install additional shelves or a chest of drawers

I booked the two-bedroom suite at LoveSweets for my mother, sister, and nephew, and they absolutely adored it. The space was cozy, clean, and had all the comfort they needed—it truly felt like home. But what really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond for us—not just once, but throughout our entire stay. When my family accidentally left medication in the fridge after checkout, the staff immediately helped arrange to get it back to our driver. They also assisted us with luggage and supported us through a series of stressful travel-related issues (completely unrelated to the hotel), showing patience, kindness, and genuine care every step of the way. Their hospitality was next level—warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. It was real Turkish hospitality at its best, which honestly isn’t something we’ve always experienced in other parts of Turkey. At LoveSweets, we felt completely safe, supported, and welcomed as foreigners. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like more than just a booking—this is it.

Property was impeccable, beautiful decoration, extra clean space, breakfast was incredible with yummy food and variety every morning (fresh baked goods everyday). The staff was so lovely, warm and nice. They helped us with all our baby requests and were so warm and welcoming. Baha helped us with our next stay recommending Cirali as a location which we were extremely happy with as an alternative to Kas. Him and the other staff members were extremely nice, helpful and kind. The room is very spacious, we had fresh towels and cleaning everyday and an outstanding view from our room. The location was WAW in the middle of the small charming streets of Kas few seconds from the best restaurants and shops of the town. 2min to the waterfront and 10min to the best beaches of the area. I would go back anytime! I was very impressed with everything they offered, the space, the food, the service, etc.

The bed mattress is a bit soft and the bed was slightly smaller than a queen size bed. The sheets were not the softest but honestly it doesn’t take away from our incredible stay!

The breakfast and staff are the gem of the hotel. All staff is very nice and helpful, smile all the time and helped me to book the ferry and airport transfer service, really thanks for their great help! Their breakfast is also excellent. I stayed 4 nights there and all 4 breakfasts have different dishes!!! Their fruits are so fresh with both western and local dish! That’s the best hotel breakfast i had during my whole Turkey trip. Love it! I stayed in the triple room with balcony, everything is good with big living room and comfy bed.

My friends stayed in budget triple room as balcony triple room already full. That room is not good as the roof is too low that easy to hit their heads (they are already quite short), not very comfortable with such a low roof. That room type not really make sense.

I had a wonderful stay at Luff Suites in Kaş and would happily return. They also helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of town and just a short walk from the bus station, making it incredibly convenient. Despite being central, it still felt peaceful and relaxing. From the balcony of my room, I could see the ocean in the distance, which added a lovely sense of calm. The room itself was cosy and stylish, with modern, chic decor and thoughtful design elements that made it feel special. It was air-conditioned, which was a big plus in the warmer weather. The breakfast area had a lovely atmosphere. I really enjoyed starting my mornings there — the food was tasty and the setting was relaxed. Luff Suites has a lot of charm, and the kind staff and stylish rooms made my time in Kaş even more enjoyable.

One of the lights was in need of replacement, but honestly, it was a minor detail that didn’t take away from the overall comfort or enjoyment of the space. Cleaning is done every few days but it didn’t affect my stay personally in any way.

We stayed in an attic room with a sea view: the ceilings slope down sharply toward the window, so you need to duck a bit to step out onto the balcony and can bump your head, just something to keep in mind. Also, the double bed is actually two single beds pushed together

I really enjoyed my stay at Luff Suites. It was nicely done up in a modern, simple style, which I found both aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Other things worth mentioning : the bed was very comfortable, there were lots of mirrors and an iron (both rare these days !), the TV had Netflix… The balcony was bathed in sunlight at all hours of the day (there’s shade too, if that is what you prefer). The breakfast was exceptional. Not only was there a wide selection bought directly to your table, but all the produce was incredibly fresh and tasty. I can’t even remember the last time I had that level of quality in a hotel breakfast. It was also incredibly clean - I actually asked when Luff Suites had been opened, expecting it to be recently, when in fact it’s been four years. Location is also convenient - you are right in the center and close to all places of interest : just a couple of strides from the Old Town; 5 minutes from the sea in one direction, a Lycian tomb in another, the bus station for local connections… There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants around. Staff was friendly and attentive, and very kindly upgraded me to a suite on arrival.
