In great location to explore Kas. Building is bit old but it was very clean and comfortable with great facilities. Nice to have kitchen, washing machine and balcony. Spacious living dining space for couple and balcony with beautiful flowers.

It was missing basic amenities like shampoo, body soap, tea and coffee. Maybe it was listed on facility guild but just thought it would be nice to have as basic accommodation offering. Building is not very noise proofed so every night we could hear loud music from bars and loud neighboring guests until past midnight. Also, curtain doesn’t shut the lights so we were lucky that we had ear plugs and eye masks.

Location was amazing, short walk to the harbour. A lot of the properties are up very steep hills so this was a bonus. Kitchen was very well appointed and had plenty of cooking utensils etc., Very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and plenty of bedding provided.

The apartment we had was on the ground floor with a patio and was very nice but I had requested an upstairs room with a balcony. So that was the only negative.

The location of the apartment is close to the city centre. There are many restaurants nearby. The owner is helpful. The nearest beach is less than a 10-minute walk away. There were ACs in both bedroom and living room which comes in handy when the temp is so high.

The only problem was the noise of the water pump (I don't know what it is called). Hot water is provided by solar panels. We were on the ground floor and whenever someone in the building was using hot water, this pump became noisy.

It was well equipped with a full kitchen set, dining table, washing machine, separate bedroom from the living space and a balcony. Great location right in town. And friendly staff. There was also cheap private parking available for our rental car right behind the accommodation.

The pictures can be deceiving as the bright blue living area is part of the reception and not part of the accommodation, which is a lot less colourful. The garden that the balcony goes out onto is pretty sad and there are several stray cats hanging out the back wanting attention. If you’re not a cat person don’t stay in the ground floor apartment.

The apartment was amazing. It’s clean and comfortable for a group of people. Everything is so thought out down to the smallest details. There are dishes, a washing machine and other staff you need at home. The host is so friendly and helpful.

The stairs are quite challenging to climb with heavy loads.

I love this place for location and the view of the penthouse. City center is just 2 minutes by foot!

The apartment was lovely. It was clean and in a good location. Near to shops and restaurants.

We had confirmed there was free parking onsite. When we arrived we were ushered into a very tight parking area adjacent to the hotel that was very difficult to access. We were then told that we had to pay for parking. The wifi was poor.
