I cannot speak highly enough of this place. The location is fantastic, a short walk into the centre but far away enough to be quiet at night. Gorgeous views from the balcony. Super clean and had everything you could possibly need. And the staff from the cleaners to the gentleman on reception were beyond lovely. Always said morning and Apo on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. From helping us exchange money to looking into how we could see places we wanted to for the cheapest to gifting us some Turkish coffee he was just incredible.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment perfect for a group of friends or a family. 2 bedrooms, with 1 double bed and 2 singles, as well as 2 sofa beds in the living area and 2 bathrooms. Clean and comfortable, with air conditioning fitted in each room. The view from the balcony is a real highlight!

The view from the apartment is absolutely gorgeous, but that does unfortunately involve climbing up a very steep hill to get there from the main town. We rented a car so didn't have to carry our luggage up, otherwise that may have been a problem.

Apartment was just as shown on Booking.com It was fairly new so furnishings etc., were good. Bed very comfortable, bedding and towels provided. A toaster would have been useful for breakfast. Plenty of hot water and shower powerful. Overall it was a very pleasant stay

Everything was as described. The Apartment was at the top of a steep hill so bear this in mind. We found it okay as arrived by taxi and picked up water etc., from the supermarket to start with. It is quite close to the bus station so we just walked with our cases down the hill. .

Though there was initially no kettle, upon requesting one, the team promptly arranged it for us - another testament to their exceptional service. The added convenience of a washing machine was indeed a cherry on top, allowing us to freshen up our holiday wardrobe. For those keen on exploring Kaş's vibrant local culture, HappyKaş Apart is strategically located. Just a 5-10 minute stroll away, the heart of the old town unfolds with its myriad of shops, stalls, restaurants, and cafes - a delightful immersion into the town's spirit. There was also parking for our rental car. Every request we had, whether it was for fresh towels or more loo roll, was addressed promptly. Our 6-night stay was nothing short of magical. Between the amenities, the views, and the extraordinary hospitality of İlker and his team, HappyKaş Apart has cemented itself in our hearts. We eagerly await our next visit! Highly recommended for a quintessential Kaş experience.

A word of caution for potential visitors: the apartment is perched atop a steep hill, which might be challenging for some. However, if you're up for a bit of a climb, the rewards in terms of the views and the quality of the stay are unparalleled!

Well equiped apartment with a beautiful sea view, on the great location, close to the city center. On top of that, you will meet Ilker, the host, always positive and ready to help. If you need money exchange, to rent a car/motorcycle or just to organize a tour for you, he is there. All of that for reasonable price. P.s. he can even teach you turkish Huge recommendation for Happy Kaş!

The private terrace with Seaview and sunset and view of activities below was very nice. Clean modern apartment with comfortable bed. Large refrigerator. Very friendly host.

For longer stays, salt and pepper and initial bottle of drinking water should be provided along with dish drying towels. Fridge had fish odor, but that can easily be cleaned.

We loved everything! Clean, modern, comfortable apartment in a quiet location with a sea view. Very helpful host. My husband had a bad toothache when we arrived. Our host phoned a local dentist and arranged a same day appointment. He even offered to take him there in his car!

Everything was great. our apartment was large, modern with a big balcony with exceptional views. The facilities were good, particularly the washing machine and drying rack / space. The apartment was perfect for our family stay.

There is a hill to walk up on the way home but it was fine for us, and our kids are 9 and 7.

The apartment is perfect especially for a self driving holiday as they have off the road dedicated parking in front of the building and very quick access to the highway (parking and driving in Kas down town can be a nightmare). Also the apartment is very spacious, perfectly equipped with new and good quality appliances. We had the corner unit with large terrace which we used everyday for breakfast as it has nice sea view and lot of space. We stayed for three nights and it was perfect. Only a very short walk into town and there are 3 supper markets just around down the street. I am 100% happy with my choice of stay.

Everything was perfect. If you are on a self-driving holiday, look no further. This is THE place to stay.

Excellent in all aspects, the view, the fittings, the cleanliness, the fixtures, beds etc all excellent. Really nice accomodation.

The reception can be tricky to find and the whole area is uphill so walking is almost impossible so highly recommend renting a car or scooter in advance.
