A very nice apartment with a fantastic sea view that made our vacation! we enjoyed it greatly. very clean, fresh, with all necessary equipment and good quality BOSCH domestic appliances. Very friendly staff - a guy named Serhat - is always ready to help. We highly recommend this place as it’s fabulous. especially if you travel by car. the location is good, it is high almost on the top of the town so it’s a rather calm and relaxing area. It’s a 5 min walking distance to the city center. you can drive or walk. To go back you need to walk up a very steep slope, so it’s easier to take a taxi which is rather cheap.

the thing we would improve is towels. please wash them with conditioner as they are very solid and tough.

A modernly equipped hotel with a breathtaking view from the terrace. There is a steep pathway down to the city center (which is only 5 minutes away) so parking car at the hotel was good option not to struggle later on with car on steep narrow streets and limited parking at the city center. Kas is the most beautiful town we have been to in Turkish Riviera. Staff have whatsapp to communicate and is fast with replies.

The only shortage was that the hotel can be little noisy as you can hear your neighbours, including toilet business. But it was completely balanced out with all other things mentioned. Price,equipment, cleanliness, staff, location, best parking at Kas was all at 10. If there was no noice, it would be exceptional place.

Rooms were exactly what we saw in the pictures, inside was clean and neat. When we asked for one more blanket etc. we received everything right away. AC was working very well. The best is definitely the view from the terrace - something unforgettable! The apartment is located on the hill - if you don't have a car it's possible to walk or take a taxi for 150TL - but we really liked fact that it was not located in the centre and we could enjoy quiet and chill time on the terrace.

A steep hike up the hill from the shops, restaurant and marina. Definitely need to be fit. Cars don't really work in the centre due to traffic and very little parking.

The rooms are equipped with everything you might need. It’s spacious and has a nice balcony. The view from the balcony is very nice even if your apart doesn’t look straight to the sea. Staff is very helpful and quick to reply to your messages. Location is close to the center, yet plenty of spaces to park your car unlike the center of Kaş.

Bathroom seemed to require some simple fixing. Hangers, handles and toilet wasn’t screwed properly and kept falling and moving. As it was mentioned in the previous comments, the way to the center of Kaş is quite steep but you could actually avoid that with a little detour. So, it wasn’t a big issue for us.

The view and the apartment itself. Cozy and comfortable. more than enough space for a couple. :)) Location was also convenient, 5-10 minutes walk to almost every spot we liked.

Location was a bit rough, even though we love walking, the uphill was quite intense but nothing impossible. Balcony could've been a bit cleaner.

The apartment was absolutely amazing, we had high expectations due to the photos we saw on Booking and it most certainly met (and even exceeded) all of our expectations. The view was just breathtaking from the balcony, the host was kind enough to give us three apartments next to each other. The apartments had everything we needed, fridge, washing machine, even dishwasher. The rooms were perfectly clean and the equipment were quite new. The property is actually not too far from the center of Kas, it's quite easy to reach it within 15 mins by walk on the way there. However, on the way back to the apartment, it might be better to take a taxi (for cca. 3 EUR) as it could be challenging to walk up to the hills if you are tired. :) The parking spots are adequate, we could always find a parking spot at the property. In overall, I fully recommend them, if you ever visit Kas, stay here! If only one thing, the view should definitely convince you.

The WiFi connectivity was quite poor - however, it didn't matter too much, who cares about the internet when you have such a spectacular view?! :)

Great views, big enough room for solo-traveller, have kitchen, washing machine! For me all was good!

Nothing. Just keep in mind that apartments located on top of the hill and you need to really climb here from Kas center, if you are without scooter or car. But, anyway, it's good for health and physical conditions :)

The view from the apartment 2 was exceptional! The balcony was even bigger than we expected.

Some pieces of furniture were rather old (table) and I missed the cozy details, like pictures on the walls, tablecloth, etc.

Nothing, but you can’t get back from the center of the town on pie if you are not young alpinist 🤣 Taxi helps in this case.
