The apartment is a good value option in central Kaş, within walking distance from the town centre. The apartment is spacious for a family of four, especially for a short stay (we did not have to look for two rooms for 2). We have not used all the facilities, so I can't say if the kitchen was well equipped, for example. We did not have any bad experiences during our short stay.

I accept that this is an apartment within a regular residential building (a new one) and not a hotel or pension offering hospitality services. But still, I would appreciate at least a smile during the keys handover. :-) Also, if I remember well, some things in the still new apartment already need maintenance, for example, one electrical socket was not well fastened in the wall. (But overall, we had a good experience).

It is big enough and it has enough equipment for the kitchen. The location is very central.

AC in the living room is too noisy. The AC in the double bed room is not working well, and the remote doesn’t work. There was not enough toilet paper and soap. The pictures in the booking is not shown good, and it caused misunderstanding. We thought we booked an apartment with two floors.

Fabulous location, very close close to old town..an easy relatively flat walk. 3 min walk Parking in the street. Nicely decorated. A few stairs to our particular apartment. Staff very helpful with providing anything that we needed.

A few extra basics in the kitchen , a small saucepan.Salt , pepper .

The apartment is nice; we stayed for one night to be close to the city center. The location is excellent, with everything nearby. Parking the car next to the hotel was no problem. You can have breakfast at a neighboring hotel owned by the same owner. The breakfast there was excellent.

Everything is quite good and clean. Some items, like the oven, are a bit worn out.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. It is conveniently located close to various shops, restaurants and the marina. The walk down to the marina is quite steep and the walk back up hill could be strenuous, depending on physical ability, so keep that in mind. The balconies were a nice touch to add to the holiday atmosphere, but it was also nice to feel like we were living close to the locals. There is a washing machine and clothes lines to dry washing, but remember to bring washing pegs!

The bedrooms could use some more blankets during the winter. We were a little bit cold during our stay. The shower water would only get luke warm, not hot.

It’s new and very comfortable to stay with children. Onur is a great host, always responsive and supportive. We extended our stay because we like the property and the price. Nice location and garden with fruits☺️

The furniture was partly in need of repair or replace. The house was not really clean on arrival. Parking was an issue but somehow manageable.

I looked at the reviews before arriving and was concerned about cleanliness. Our apartment was very clean. The house is very well designed. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils for cooking. The staff is very attentive. He helped us carry our luggage and park our car. Location was very good. It’s very close downtown
