Vey nice boutique hotel right in a Kas centre. Excellent breakfast on a terrace with an amazing view-that was a treat! Location is very handy, bus station is just around a corner. There are at least 4 supermarkets around the hotel. Nice clean room with a very good shower. Balcony with clothing rack was a nice touch, handy to dry your towels/swimming costumes after a day on the beach.

Paper cups in our room, they could be easily replaced by a proper glasses. Staff, although friendly, their English is very limited so you are on your own if you want to get any information.

It was the first Hotel I’ve stayed in which had better facilities better than in the pictures on Booking. Also the staff were really kind, welcoming. They were really quick to solve any minor issues we had. Breakfast and the view of the rooftop was amazing. Overall great experience

If next door neighbors were talking a bit loud, you could easily hear them. Also if you’re staying on the top floor and you’re not an early bird the cleaning of the terrace before the breakfast could bother but none of these are big issues and they are almost in all hotels

- Extremely small rooms -Gas station next to the hotel. The view on it - Staff looks unhappy everytime. - We booked a room with promotion which included bottle of wine. Once we checked in there was no wine and we had to ask this kind of things to the receptionist. It's a simple thing but not a good start. - Also I asked earlier about duvet in the room (there was only bed sheet) and they didn't prepare it - Poor breakfast. First day we asked to make fried eggs, which every hotel do around the world and they asked me what is this. Then later they made it but said that next time if we want it we have to pay! Seriously? What kind of service is it? We already paid for our breakfast

We had stayed in Neva for 1 week. Location of the hotel was magnificent and so close to city center and attraction points. You could go everywhere by walking easily in 5 minutes. In addition to that, cleanness of the room was amazing. And breakfast that had been served in hotel was perfect. Everything was handmade in breakfast and so rich. Hotel staff were so helpful and positive. We left so grateful and it was a pleasure to stay there! Next time, again our address will be Neva! Thank you for everything!

The reception staf was polite and helpful (especially Onur who seems to be the soul of the hotel). The room (305) was very well and modern decorated, spacious and clean. Breakfast was very satisfactory for us, served to the table (not buffet). The hotel is only 500m from the city center.

There is no private parking. Parking is on the pablic road in front of the hotel. Next to the hotel is a 7/24 gas station that serves many motorbikes!!!

The best location in Kaş, everything within walking distance including the shops, the beach, the amphitheater! The staff were fantastic, particularly Onur, who ensured we had everything we needed and that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the beds were comfortable, we had a wonderful stay!

The room was slightly smaller than it seemed to appear in the pictures, but otherwise it was fantastic.

The property located right in the center of everything in Kas! It’s very convenient absolutely you can get to main square with shops and restaurants just by walk! If you are on a car…parking space is just right befind the place or you can find parking in a street. It’s a super nice boutique hotel with updated modern style. The room was cute and cosy…it has everything you need! Stuff was super nice, friendly and always helpful! This value for this price I think was definitely worth it! Definitely recommend to others!

Clean room, the location of the hotel is very central and the staff was very helpful for everything. From parking the car, bringing the luggage to the room, answering questions, etc.

Parking the car around the hotel can be a bit challenging. The hotel has its own parking spots, so places are available but maybe a bit challenging to reach, given the central location of the hotel

This was our second time staying at Neva Hotel. We were very happy with our stay. Neva will be our first choice for the next time. The hotel is in the Kaş town center. You can walk to beaches and restaurants in a few minutes. It has tasty and varied breakfasts on the hotel terrace overlooking the sea and the town. The room is clean, there is a kettle, water, coffee, tea. Staff is friendly, they helped with our questions and requests.
