Amazing spacious apartment, very clean and has everything you need. Our apartment was on the third floor, there is no loft just in case you need to know, but it was not a problem for us. It is located near the Mosque and it was amazing waking up to the sound of prayer, it is not disturbing at all as some mentioned on their reviews. There is a coffee place near by which belong to the host, very friendly service, amazing lady who looked after us. We also requested to leave our bags after check in as our flight was at night, the host kindly agreed to look after it so we spent one day at the beach. Big thank you from our family.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient with a supermarket, bank and various restaurants on the doorstep and the beaches were walking distance. The Friday market was right next door and a great source of fresh fruit and vegetables. There are a row of car mechanic shops to the side of the property. We didn’t find them too noisy though even though the area can get busy at certain times of day. When we needed anything the hosts were friendly, easily contactable, helpful and responsive. There are plenty of free parking options if you have a car.

Many things looked new, clean, and tidy. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment with 5 people, but it was spacious and comfortable. Close to city center where many restaurants are. Washing machine was useful for us as we enjoyed marine activities every day.

Nothing was critical and we enjoyed the stay, but; They refused to refill the toilet paper… For people staying for about a month, I think they can buy 10of them at a supermarket, but not the same for us like staying for 3days… Also it’s pretty difficult to find a space to park your car in front of (=near) the apartment although they mention as if there are a lot of spaces to park around the apartment (but it’s not impossible). Regarding the 3 bedroom apartment, it’s a maisonette type, but upstairs is for short people say up to 170cm. Only children can stay comfortably.

From the first point of view you could think that apartments has very strange location, but it's really good. To the town center you will walk only 5-10 minutes, and in another direction you can walk 15 mins to Incebogaz beach, that is small, but really cool.

Nearby are car repair shops and if you like to sleep long, then closed windows will not help you escape from the noise in the morning :(

We had been staying in the apartment for two weeks. The apartments are large and bright. Everything you need is there: a kitchen, dishes, an oven, and a washing machine. Good beds with comfortable mattresses. The host is a very nice person who is always helpful.

I wouldn't say I liked the location. The apartment's surrounding is trashy: destroyed territory and car service that produces a lot of noise during the day. The positive thing about the location is that all shops are close to the apartment, only a 5 min walk to the city center, restaurants, marina, etc.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Everything you need close by, bars restaurants, supermarket etc. Lovely view of the sea from the balcony. We absolutely loved the balcony. Kitchen had all the basic things we needed to cook and even a washing machine. Timur was a good host. Came to meet us at check in. We could contact him for info on Kas. He recommended a lovely restaurant close by called Ege. Great Pide and nice price. We ate there twice :)

The worst thing was the Wi-fi. Unfortunately it was very bad. Hope they fix this soon. They need to also make sure to do maintenance. The towel hanger on the bathrooms were all lose and kept falling to the floor. All it takes is to tighten one screw. In the upstair bedrooms there were windows on the ceilings. That's fine but the need to be blinders to have the option to cover those up. There is a lot of street light coming in at night. I am someone that needs my bedroom to be pretty dark to sleep well. So I had to cover up those ceiling windows the aluminium baking foil. Did the trick but a bit of extra work for me. The apartment is so fantastic that I hope you guys will improve the internet connection and these small things. If you do I am coming back to stay at La Moda Apart again :)

Flat is big and full of light, because of big windows. We liked interior and minimalistic style. the location is really convenient, because shops are close, old Kas is few minutes by foot. We didn’t have car, but all important spots were close to us.

During the day time is nosy, because of car service just behind the building, and mosque also. We stayed for 3 weeks and it could be nice to have more crockery

The location is very nice, city center is near but area is quite. Timur is very welcoming, we asked for warm blankets and got it in few hours. Wifi connection was fast and stable, it was important for us because we have online job.

Sometimes we didn’t have hot water, maybe because boiler couldn’t heat up big amount of water. And ceiling on the second floor is low, it could be uncomfortable for tall people

The apartment was beautiful and well located, it was exactly what we needed for our stay in beautiful Kas

If I had to say something I didn't like as much is that the apartment only has one bathroom and when you are 4 people it makes it a bit difficult,but it wasn't a major inconvenience given that the place was beautiful and comfortable

Near to major shops and restaurants in Cas and close to the sea, and very accurate photos from inside. Timur and the other genrtelman where very respected men and responded instantly

Very close to a few car workshops and Smiths from the other side ( not in pictures) where you will be annoyed by sounds!!
