Gül, the young woman who gave us the keys at the nearby coffeshop, was extremly helpful and nice. For our late departure at 10pm, she accepted to store our luggages in the coffeshop and to comme back after her day work to reopen the place for us. The apartment comes with a private free boat for the nearby beach of Limanagzi. The apartment is very spacious, clean, with a balcony where to watch the sunset It's close and conveniently located near the bus station

First impression was mitigated, because there are auto repair shop on the way to the building and a parking lot on the other side, so the immediate surrounding is not so nice, but that's quickly forgotten : appartement is nice and close from everything

In front of the building is car repair shop with all the loudness and dirt that it entails Floors were coated in a layer of sticky black dirt, probably from the car repair shop There was a constant sewage smell coming out of the bathrooms that no venting or covering the drains fully got rid of

Comfortable, spacious, aircon in every room! 2 storeys and we had 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms,i enough space for everyone. Supernice Sea view (Kaş Marina) and sunset view. Central location 5 min walk you are at the central plaza of Kaş! decent fee, value for money would recommend! They have also a beach at Limanagzi bay(accessible by boat-inclusive in your stay) strongly recommend if you have kids, bilals beach is your go to beach! Without kids La Moda or any other beaches at Limanagzi would work.

Very new development, clean rooms with simple new furniture - we really did like that. Easily fits 8 guests. Two balconies - one with amazing view. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere - beaches (15-20 min), city centre (7-10 min), groceries (2- 7 min). Good size of the living room. We were given a high chair for the baby and a cot. All rooms are air conditioned.

Flat would benefit from a dishwasher - as a number of rooms suggest, it is perfect for extended family reunion, or a group of friends, but it is a very minor flaw

Close to shops and centre of town. Lots of space in the apartment. Great view from balcony and kitchen.

The upstairs rooms are not ideal for tall adults. Barely room to stand in the rooms and bathrooms upstairs. It is also too bright at night with roof windows (needs proper blinds). Night lights in room would be nice and microwave in kitchen. Upstairs bathroom shower also needs some attention.

Lovely modern apartments, with great facilities. Perfect for a long or short stay. The host was lovely and very accomodating.

Faster WiFi would be great. The apartment is also a bit of a white box. There is nothing on the walls, the furnishings are minimal, linen is plain. Not a huge deal but a tiny bit of colour/ effort would make it a lot more homely. Worth considering if you have a longer stay.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Good kitchen space, well equipped for preparing food if you want to eat in. Washing machine and outdoor balcony for drying clothes which is really helpful. The balcony also nice to sit in the evening. Large living room. Location is quiet but still pretty central - 5-10mins walk to shop, restaurants and the harbour area for boat tours. There's a nice beach on the peninsula which is about 30 minutes walk - also served by buses if you don't want to walk that far. Owner was kind and friendly.

I really like the place due to its location, it is quite close by to the center and super stores. The host is also very nice and supportive. Our airport transfer was after 1.5 hour from check out time but she made arrangements so we can stay in apartment for 1.5 hour more after the checkout time.It was also very easy to reach out to host and she responded quickly.I will definitely stay in same place if I go to Kas next time.

Amazing spacious apartment, very clean and has everything you need. Our apartment was on the third floor, there is no loft just in case you need to know, but it was not a problem for us. It is located near the Mosque and it was amazing waking up to the sound of prayer, it is not disturbing at all as some mentioned on their reviews. There is a coffee place near by which belong to the host, very friendly service, amazing lady who looked after us. We also requested to leave our bags after check in as our flight was at night, the host kindly agreed to look after it so we spent one day at the beach. Big thank you from our family.

We loved the location and the property view. Bonus that the local Friday market was right in front of the apartment and that most places were walking distance.

The washing machine did not work every single time, we had to turn it off and on a couple of times before it worked. But it was not a big issue as we managed to do all of our washing.
