Amazing property which is well built. The apartment is even better than the pictures. Well equipped in a nice street within walking distance from the beautiful market and sea side. Studio Apartment is well equipped with all the gadgets you need. It was such a great stay for me and my mother that we extended our stay by 1 day. Helpful staff but they leave by 6 PM.

Staff was helpful and carried our luggage and gave suggestions on places to visit but it would have been nicer if they could stay until 10 PM at the property.

Self catering apartment in the centre of the city, walking distance of everything. Well equipped kitchen with two plate cooker, microwave, fridge and dish washer. Airconditioning in the lounge-kitchen area and in the bedroom. Nice big bathroom with modern amenities. Parking available on the streets around the apartment. We never had a problem in finding parking. Very nice common area with seating.

TV with only Turkish and Russian programs is of no use to international tourists.

The room and the hotel were very nice and cozy. We had a small kitchen and could cook food every day. Though the room was a bit smaller than it seemed on the photos, there was enough space for 5 members of our family. The location is great - very close to everything you need in Kas. But we struggled with parking - I guess it’s a common problem in the center of Kas. Thanks for hospitality! I would define recommend others to stay at Mare Nostrum.

Parking problem

Mare Nostrum exceeded our expectations, it was exactly as described- a wonderful, well kitted out, central apartment. Excellent location, right in the centre of town, close to atms, grocery stores, the bust stop etc. The hosts were attentive, welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. We managed to lock ourselves out of our apartment and the staff had it sorted within an hour - and handled it so graciously!! The apartment had everything we needed and more - well designed rooms with Aircon, even a dishwasher in the kitchen! Would highly recommend as an accommodation option! Thank you for making our stay in Kas so special!

The location was perfect: three supermarkets within 3 minutes walking and both the beach and the town at walking distance. The seperate airconditioners for bedroom and living room were very welcome. The kitchen and utensils were very basic but enough to prepare yourself a simple meal. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and I also loved the soap, body wash and shampoo provided.

The wifi was horrible and the bed was a bit stiff for my taste.

Comfortable bed; plenty of natural light (two large windows); plenty of hanging and storage space; small fridge and kettle in room; very good wifi connectivity; excellent walk-in shower with hot water instantly on tap at all times; lovely garden courtyard with large table, ideal for using laptop; pleasant and helpful staff; excellent value for money; nearby supermarkets, cafes and restaurants; only two minutes’ walk from 'bus station and five to waterfront. Would I recommend Mare Nostrum Apart and stay there again? Definitely!

Roller blinds or thicker curtains would let in less light during the day, if you're in need of an afternoon nap.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The host was very pleasant and kind. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the main city activities and 2 minutes from delightful breakfast cafes. The room is well-equipped for cooking if needed. I was particularly impressed with the perfect bathroom – I haven't seen anything like it in Turkey, complete with warm flooring. I recommend choosing a room on the first floor (ground floor in Turkey), as it offers additional space on the balcony. Enjoy your stay!

Nothing to do🥰🥰

I liked everything very much, the hotel is located in the center and at the same time on a quiet street. The staff is responsive and friendly, and has repeatedly helped us resolve issues. soft, clean new towels and bed linen, comfortable pillows and mattresses, nice design and there were everything you need in the apartment. Shower gel, shampoo and soap by L’occitane, it was very nice. We stayed with two children in a two-bedroom apartment and found it very comfortable. We will be glad to return.

We checked in at 7. But they had nobody in the reception. The reception supposedly shuts down at 6. And it’s really dark in the common area of the apartment . They do give us a key to the main entrance. But it’d be better to have someone in person at the place for any assistance

Excellent staff and managers, apartments and rooms are very tastefully and thoughtfully designed by architects. Secret comfort perks are lots of cushy clean towels, L’Occitane shower, shampoo, hand soap, regular cleaning service, beautiful tiles, very attentive and helpful owners. Location is also prime, don’t hesitate!!!
