Very well located, with a parking spot (must have in Kas!).The breakfast and its view, the beach towels, the friendly staff.

There's poor sound insulation (you can hear a lot of noise in the building and the mosque is 100m away). it's super hot in the rooms as soon as the AC stops and as the air conditioning blowing directly onto the bed, it’s very hard to get a good night's sleep. The fact that the breakfast area is not tobacco free makes it impossible to eat outside without passive smoking, as many guests smoke. For these reasons, I wouldn't go back to this hotel, even though I'd give it a good rating because it matches the description and information.

Really great location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do in the town. The breakfast was a magnificent buffet with lots of variety of foods and sweeping views across the Mediterranean. I really appreciated the water filters in the hotel reception and restaurant so we could fill up our bottles each morning. We had a lovely massage in the hotel's spa and got 10% off for being guests of the hotel.

There were pipes running down the wall immediately behind our bed so we could hear whenever the guests in the room above us had a shower or flushed the toilet. Our ground floor room also meant there was a bit of noise from people outside on the street, but it wasn't excessive.

We were more than pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, the restaurant, and the location. It felt like we came upon a real gem. Everything was top notch! The breakfast, the choices, and the freshness were outstanding. We tried both the restaurants across the way, and were delighted with everything that we ventured to try. We were even able to book a boat tour from the hotel, and be picked up at the hotel for the excursion. The room was very spacious, clean, and gave us the room to enjoy just relaxing when we were too tired from the heat. I would return to this accommodation in a heartbeat. It was well worth every penny we paid.

If there was one thing I would change it would be the air conditioner to have it in another spot in the room instead of above the bed. However, having air conditioning far out weighed any personal preference.

A perfect seaside escape with unforgettable experiences Our stay here was everything we hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable — just a short 200m stroll brings you to a stunning stretch of coast lined with cozy bars and restaurants. Whether you’re sipping a piña colada by the sea or taking a refreshing dip in the water, it’s the kind of spot that instantly puts you at ease. One of the magical moments of the trip happened right off the shore: snorkeling, I was lucky enough to spot a yellow Greek turtle on my very first dip, breathtaking! The property itself was thoughtfully designed. We loved the sea view from the balcony and the tasteful, calming interiors. The jacuzzi with a view added an extra touch of luxury. Towels, bathrobes, and linens were all top-notch — small details that really make a difference. Breakfast was served in a serene spot, and we also appreciated the nearby restaurant tie-ups. A special shoutout to Obura Mamus, a lovely vegetarian eatery, for their flavorful and fresh food! The staff were kind and helpful — they helped us organize a fantastic boat trip that included ancient ruins and more snorkeling. All in all, a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. We’d happily come back again.

we absolutely love this place!! the room is exactly as shown in the pictures - very cute Greek island style decoration with an amazing sea view. I can simply spend hours on the balcony. breakfast in the garden directly facing the sea. staff is very friendly and helpful. large parking space.

The well trained staff, the very nice breakfast and the breakfast area, the quietness in the room, the view from the balcony, the free refill water dispenser (excellent idea!), all these made our three-day stay an enjoyable one. One more point: the location is very convenient. We could walk to the amphitheater, further to the beach (could even swim in mid-April) and it is only a few minutes walk to the bus terminal (Otogar) to go to Antalya or other destinations. We would come back to Payam if we ever come back to Kas. This time of the year was perfect: it was not overcrowded and the temperatures were perfect.

We liked everything, only some suggestions for improvements: one more light would be useful in the bathroom above the sink and proper reading lights next to the beds (the lamp shades and yellow lights were not convenient for reading).

The room was small but had a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet was amazing with traditional Turkish offerings all served at appropriate temperatures and all delicous.

We are beyond happy for choosing Payam hotel for our week stay in Kas. The location is amazing. It’s only 10 min walk from old town, but it’s in a quiet cul-de-sac (photos don’t do it justice!), so it felt very private and peaceful. The nearest beach is just under 20 min walk, or just 3 min by car. Speaking of which, the hotel has its own private and quite large parking. A rare find in Kaş! The hotel restaurant has amazing sea-view, and it was such an indulgent experience having breakfast with that view each morning (the breakfast was amazing too by the way, great selection, fresh and tasty food). The staff were so warm and friendly, we felt very welcomed. There are a couple of great restaurants, and a coffee shop with a minute walk.

I am impressed, a think is one one of the hotels we liked the most during our travels. It is small boutique hotels which does not look like hotel - a few building, "streets", 2 swimming pools, restaurant (with free coffe/tea break). Breakfast was just stunning - so many cheeses, salads, warm options (delicious menemen!) that can be eaten on the terrace with wonderful sea view (on bay, island and peninsula). Our room was on the bach ground, but with big space outside (with table and sofa). There was everytking needen (hairdryer, minibar, coffe set). Hotel has own big parking. Pool and beach towels are provided. Is situated at the end of the street, between the center and old amfiteather, perfect for sunsets. We really loved Payam and warmly recommend it!

We, unfortunately, only had one night at the hotel and wish we had rearranged our itinerary so we could have stayed longer. The room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast selection was fabulous with a good selection - everything was vegetarian. The breakfast area had wonderful views. The hotel has a good parking area and was conveniently located to the centre of Kas. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
