This hotel is perfectly placed, a stones throw from the town and right on the sea front. The view from our sea view room was fantastic. There is a nice terrace for your breakfast or alternatively a grassed area under the trees. The sun decks are great and give you direct access to the sea, which is clear and deep, great for swimming (not good for non or less confident swimmers).

It is hard to find something to criticise.

Breakfast was typical Turkish with lots of cheeses and cucumbers, yogurt and olives. Served under the trees on the banks of the Mediterranean. The Hotel is very well located to central Kas and is just a short walk to the ancient amphitheater.

The sun loungers are very cramped on the deck, this is obviously to fit everyone in but it is something to be aware of if you like your space.

Lovely room. Very clean. Beautiful views. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food . Stunning setting for breakfast. Perfect spot for a dip and lots of sun loungers. Very close to everything and lovely restaurants on the street. Would definitely stay again 😁

Gracious family run no frills hotel. Wonderful location with easy walk into town. And a great place to jump into the sea.

Staff were good Location excellent Breakfast was good Our room seemed almost new, but was a little small, so that was the only downside

although the room was in the small side, the bathroom was big. it was clean, bright and fresh. The location was good and the setting for breakfast was lovely. Also there were plenty of sun beds

the breakfast. it was the same every morning and had very little to offer anyone who doesn’t like salad for breakfast. also there was a lot of noise from the nearby restaurants

They don’t clean your room every day. As well the second day we didn’t get hot water in the bathroom.

location is amazing. close to old town and on water, where you can swim. quiet. close to coffee. walking distance to another amazing beach. fantastic views from the room and balcony overlooking sea and town!
