Everything! Our stay was perfect! Just what we needed. Easy reach to town but very quiet with great views. Kemal and family were the best hosts. Ever! Fantastic. Nothing too much trouble plus plus. Breakfast was truly outstanding. One of the best hotel breakfasts. Fresh , variety giving is a real taste of Turkish food. Beautiful. Kas is lovely. No blaring bars just local holiday makers enjoying dinner. I would highly recommend hotel Aysima. We hope to be back soon. Outstanding!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aysima — the rooms were comfortable, the view was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. But what truly impressed us was the level of care and honesty from the staff. After we left the hotel, we realized we had forgotten a very valuable personal item in the room. Huseyin Atalay, a member of the team, reached out to us, arranged everything, and kindly had it sent to our next destination in Side — without asking for anything in return. This kind of genuine hospitality is rare and unforgettable. We’re very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Aysima to anyone visiting Kaş.

This is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Kaş. If we ever come back, this will be where we book without a doubt! There's a reason all the other reviews are so positive.  The owners: The family that run it are the sweetest. They are so friendly and welcoming and really go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable stay and are well looked after. We felt like one of the family! Every morning there is a huge buffet breakfast - all lovingly homemade with fresh ingredients and impressive variety.  Location: Couldn't be more perfect. A 5 min walk into town, but slightly uphill so you get the best sunset / breakfast views. Similar distance to a big well stocked supermarket too.  The hotel: Immaculately presented and tastefully designed throughout. All the facilities and areas were really clean too. Room was perfect, nice space with a dishwasher and washing machine too. We opted for one of the fancier rooms with the hot tub on the balcony and it was truly worth every penny.  Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Absolutely nothing

There is a reason all the reviews are 5 stars for this place! The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable. The business is family owned and operated and the staff genuinely care for the guests. Every request of ours was accommodated. The location is also fantastic, you have a lovely view of the water and are 3 minutes from the main town! We had booked 3 nights here and 2 nights at another hotel on the peninsula and after seeing our second hotel, we came back to Aysima because it is the best option here.

This hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. The family who runs the place were very kind and accommodating - we were on a cycle tour and they allowed us to store our bikes inside the property. The breakfast was big and delicious - one of the best we had during our time in Turkey, and the views from our rooms were stunning. It’s very close to the city Center (5 minute walk) but also just far enough removed that you don’t have to deal with noise. Would definitely recommend this place and will look forward to returning in the future.

This was our last stop after two weeks of travel in Turkey. We decided to treat ourselves and this hotel met all our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and spacious room with an incredible view. The pool was beautiful and we had it to ourselves both times we went swimming. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. We loved it here.

Absolutely loved the place the moment we stepped onto it. The host & his family were absolutely delightful and went beyond their ways to make us comfortable. The location was perfect, walkable from the old town. The view from the room & the reception was breath-taking. The family made breakfast by themselves which made it very personal for us. We loved every minute of our stay here and this was our best stay in our whole Turkey travel. Thank you

Fantastic family run hotel. Attention to detail is everywhere - from breakfast to the room, only hotel so far in our trip in Turkey to provide iron and ironing board. Hotel is very clean. Best breakfast we had so far, food was very fresh and tasty, also every morning there was something new to try. Beautiful view from the balcony (if you book room with sea view), nice pool to cool down on the hot day. Hotel is few streets away from the town centre, you still get a little noise if you leave window open, but I can only imagine the noise if you stay in Kas city centre as some restaurants blast music till ~2 AM. Special thanks to the family and staff running this hotel, such a nice people making sure you have best stay possible.

Such a wonderful property, we stayed for 2 weeks this summer and everything was perfect. The family running it are very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned regularly and the location was great with just a short walk into town/to the beach and a beautiful view over Kas and the sunset every night. With a fully stocked kitchen and all our basics provided it was really like being at home, would highly recommend to anyone coming to Kas to stay in this hotel, a 5* experience
