The hotel is situated in the center, everything is very close. The breakfast is really great, staff is welcoming! I had a room without windows, it was very spacious and comfortable, conditioning was working great, so I did not notice the lack of windows;) The prices in mini bar are like in a grocery shop. The only thing that I didn't like, that I can mention, is that water in bathroom was warm and not hot, but maybe I did not understand how to switch it. But overall, this is a great value for the money.

The only complaint is that the room and the bathroom are so small. The bathrooms are built in the room later on, and that is why there is no place in the room to move or open a suitcase. But like I said the hotel is clean, staff is nice and location is great.

The location was wonderful, right in the heart of the shopping and restaurant district of Kas. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was also very good.

There was some noise late into the evening on Saturday night since the hotel is right on the main square, but that comes with the location and it was worth the noise to us to be in such a great location.

Staying in the city center made it super easy to explore the beauty of Kaş on foot. Everything is just a short walk away—shops, the marina, and plenty of great restaurants. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. If you want to be right in the middle of everything, this place is a great choice

It’s an excellent building in the Center of the village. Great food and drink options on your doorstep and minutes to the various beach clubs. Staff are always wonderful

All was fine - just remember to switch your light on or the cleaner will pass you by

So it's my second time in this place I really enjoyed my staying here, room is clean, breakfast very good, location in the center and very friendly stuff. Bars, restaurants nearby, it's could be a little bit noisy for someone, because everywhere playing music, but for me I slept well and didn't hear anything

Hotel staff were super friendly. Room facilities were fantastic with an amazing shower. Location was superb as right in the centre. Breakfast, hotel staff were really on point bringing coffee and juice when requested.

Great location. A little worn. Comfortable bed. Had to go through the shower to get to the toilet. Loud at night due to being in the center of things. Good breakfast. I would stay there again!

Great experience from start to finish. We only planned to stay in Kas for one night but there we were in the heart of it all so we extended for a night. If we didn’t have to get down the road I’d have stayed for a month. Great buffer breakfast too!
