Spacious apartment, with 24 hr front desk which was useful because we arrived on a late night flight. Our apartment also had a TV that rotated between the lounge and one of the bedrooms, which was quite a cool feature! Nice bathroom and shower as well. Plenty of wardrobe/storage facilities.

Wifi wasn't always great, and there was a bit of cigarette smell. Air-con was also only in the lounge, not in the bedrooms. And it was quite far along the beach front in Atakum to where most of the popular bars/restaurants were (even further to Samsun itself)

The suit is specious and very good for families. The hotel is in a central location within a walking distance to the beach walk and a great choice of restaurants. I want to point out the name of the outstanding receptionist Mr Abdallah Abass, a great individual who spoke Arabic, English, and Turkish fluently and was supportive at all times.

The hotel is located on a Main Street so it’s a bit noisy at night when you are trying to sleep or in the mornings when people head out to work.

Friendly and helpful staff, well-equipped clean apartment, and an excellent location with nearby shops, restaurants, and the beach. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

No AC in the bedrooms, and there are some cigarette stains on the carpet and sofas.

from when we checked in we were met by Furkan, all expectations we’re met from the start, from service to helpfulness to overall mannerisms. Furkan, Fatih and Eren were extremely helpful throughout. a massive thank you to all three of them

I would most definitely say a deep clean on the furniture was required (it wasn’t dirty, just a few old stains(on bottom on opposite side of mattress) along with perhaps getting rid of the cigarette burns on the sides, floor and furniture. there was other thing which we mention to Furkan who spoke with house keeling but it was dealt with. we did have to put the mattresses in the living room as there were no air conditioning in the rooms. when we’re we’re asleep the cars from the road were quite load as there is a window vent so noise was coming through but I can imagine if we were to have slept in the rooms it would have been fine 😀

Would be nice to have some cleaning supplies available (like some stuff to wash the dishes)

Good Location, Near restaurants & supermarkets also near to the Sea, I recommend it.

Only problem I faced was the parking, because there were few for the Hotel.

So cozy! Secret bedroom is great, team is friendly, all great.

Water temperature in shower kept jumping.

Clean, quiet, value for money, and friendly staff

We stay during July one night, and it was hot weather somehow and the apartment has only one AC. It took 3 to 4 hours till the the apartment get cooler.

Very big apartment, good location, friendly staff. We stayed here for a second time and enjoyed it. Also we had a sea view in this time.
